Food was nice, burgers were great especially with the extra burger patty chucked in :) cheesy chips perfectly melted, cost similar to other places but that’s not a bad thing, super friendly family staff, came at a slow time but the atmosphere is nice

Fantastic staff good quality food i really recommend this cafe if you are in Plymouth why not it's got a bar breakfast main and dessert atmosphere tick's every box for me and my friends and family 💖

This is my 3rd time visiting the infamous Goodbodys, since it has reopened, bringing back some great memories from my clubing day's. The new owners have brought back the good vibe, with great food, which has always been hot and tasty, loving the pints of tea and coffee, and milkshakes with a great choice (bounty for me, yum ), staff were lovely. Not getting the bad reviews but hey, it's only just opened and I'm sure there will be teething problems, after all Rome wasn't built in a day. I personally have thoroughly enjoyed my visits and will be back soon. Well done everyone, good effort 👌 ooo and love the goodbodys rubber ducky so cute and limited additions brilliant xxx

Not alot to say other than the food here is absolutely wonderful. Tasty, generous helpings. All accompanied by a great team of friendly staff. Recommend the roast dinner, American Breakfast and Very goodfiller Breakfast. Knickerbocker Glory is also a sweet treat :)

Waited over an hour for three breakfasts. When it eventually arrived, no eggs, no toast, beans and tomatoes were cold, bacon burnt and hash browns very over done. Also order 2 pots of tea only got one even after requesting the second. Was glad to get out of there and will never go back.

We went to this place as it's been shut for quite a while and it must say it brought back so many memories ordered a roast selection of 3 different meats (I had all of them ) 😂 and what a roast it was when it came out fully cooked properly home.made Yorkshire puddings the plate was full struggled to eat it all taste was banging and for the price it's an absolute bargain topped off with a few cheeky cocktails and why not buy 1 get 1 free highly recommend this to anyone

Have heard about this place, it closed for a wee while, but now it has opened again and what a great place! Had a really great time, great atmosphere, nice owners and reasonably priced. I like the decor, very funky! :)

My first visit for me with my family, the place had only just re-opened after being closed for a while and was under new management. The service we received throughout our visit was excellent, very welcoming. We ordered the burgers and my sister-in-law ordered the large breakfast, omg it was large. All food served was freshly cooked and delicious. What an experience, worth a visit, will definitely be going back.

Stopped for lunch with my niece and nephew, and was not disappointed. The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was well cooked and really enjoyable. Glad you’re open again! Will be back soon!!

Visited for the first time in Oct 2022 with my family.i had a really decent fry up which was plentiful and really nicely cooked. The staff were great really helpful and lovely relaxed atmosphere. And a bargain at £8 for a really big plate full, will definitely be returning in the near future.

Sadly both the front (shop on Mutley Plain) and the adjacent cafe and bar areas (Lisson Grove) are now shut and bear To Let signs. The Plain itself now has very few empty premises so there may be fresh interest before long.

Saw today it is still closed after a year and with no sign of reopening, although the virus lockdown could be offset against a third of that. Mutley still cries out for a cheap and cheerful informal cafe. Time please to plan a relaunch.

The menu is huge. Every type of breakfast you can think of... English / American / Irish / slimmers breakfast. They do steak, and the Texas bbq sub, is amazing! They do 2 or 3 pint milkshakes, which are really good. Great for the kids...

Menú muy extenso que satisface cualquier necesidad y cualquier resaca. Batidos son excelentes, la comida es de calidad y precio que cabe esperar, el servicio es un poco lento. Comida para largas pueden ocurrir, pero esto ocurre al otro lado de la ciudad. Este lugar es también ligas por encima de la cafeína.

The place itself is cool..dark, dingy and it feels like a old American bar..the kind you see in films. The food is not top quality, but portions are big. Ideal for students or if you need a hangover cure! My visit was friendly enough.

Epic breakfast. . (Size) had a table of 7 of us cruise down from Cornwall especially for a bank holiday monday breakfast. Was your standard greasy spoon cheap and lots of it....food really wasn't great. I will go back for the epic portions lush milkshake and the fact it's so cheap.Will say this though the staff/service where horrendous no hello's, thank you, checking on the food, please or goodbye. The only service we had was when they threw our meals at us and the lady looked miserable doing this. Could go on and on with the lack of service but Manners really doesn't cost a lot and the business would do wise to try and teach their staff this!!
