Haven't been for a while because of illness and lockdown. So pleased I decided against the usual coffee shops/cafes. Wonderful fresh and nutritious salad for me and a huge breakfast sandwich for my partner. (Half was wrapped for takeaway). And so reasonably priced for Hove. Obliging helpful staff and manager. Defo back on our radar.

Always greeted with a smile and asking if you want your usual. Great choices, fresh food and quick service! Love the New Yorker sandwich with pickles mustard and Pastrami

Meet a friend for coffee, and stayed on for lunch. The staff were so friendly! They really made me feel comfy and welcome, especially when I was on my own. The lunch was fresh, tasty and healthy. I had a chicken wrap with salad, so good! If I lived locally I'd be there all the time.

Whether eating in or ordering out, the food is always fresh, tasty and the staff are friendly and professional. Must order items are: Scotch eggs, sausage rolls, chimmi churri wrap and avocado & chorizo on toast with poached eggs, oat milk coffee! Dog friendly 🐶 Perfect!

I am not actually vegan or vegetarian but I went here today to grab a takeaway lunch and ordered a falafel wrap and a vegan carrot flapjack. I never nomally write reviews but this place deserves one.. my lunch was delicious and I will be a regular from now on.. also VERY reasonably priced at £5.50 for both and I am stuffed.. It was recommended to me and I suggest everyone gives it a go No1 for healthy work lunch in Hove in my opinion!

We popped in here, as it looked friendly and inviting. We weren’t disappointed. Lovely staff and even though we only had a coffee, the food looked very tasty. There were lots of meal choices on the blackboards too. Definitely recommend.

I have been here several times now and love the food plus they have great service. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I love their toasted sandwiches with cheese, tomato and their homemade pesto. Their salads and salad bowls...
