Have ordered plenty of times Has been good. But tobight the quarter duck i recieved was literally just bits of hard skin.. no meat. I managed to get 1 wrap made and it was awful. Very disappointed. Everything else was fine.

Delivered in about 30 minutes-ish and the food was nice. Usually the egg fried rice from other places is too dry and the chicken balls greasy and hard. This place the chicken balls were soft and not a whole lot of grease and the egg fried rice was just right. Not oily or dry. Good quality food!

5 star hygiene rating so we had to try!! Great food, we really enjoyed. We had food delivered via Uber eats. Chinese takeaways are so hit and miss, first thing I always check is if the egg fried rice is white, other takeaways the egg fried rice is dirty brown. The egg fried rice rice was hot, fluffy and white as it should be! We ordered £100 worth of food and all was very tasty my only fault was the satay sauce was spicy not a lot but too much for 8 year old. So just ate the chicken skewers without. We ordered a variety of beef, pork, chicken and squid dishes. Along with Singapore and egg fried rice, all my delivered hot and tasty! Will definitely be ordering again in the near future!

Nice food, bit late but it was Christmas Eve and I imagine they were very busy. Still, went down well when it arrived.

Delivery is a long time, could be a lot quicker with their deliveries.

Extremely succulent and filling, got the meal for 3 and it was worth every penny, support local businesses, mcdonalds can do one.

One of the best roast duck rice bowls I've had, no bones and all flavour, wonton soup was a bit lacking though.

Good Delivery Time but I’m only 4 mins away, Ordered Singapore Fried Rice which is meant to be spicy but it wasn’t to be honest most of the rice was white, I did order close to closing time but I’d expect the same food no matter the time, also ordered Sesame Prawn Toast which was amazing could possibly be the best I’ve had ;) but the fried rice let me down not spicy and not a lot of meat I could count on 1 hand how much meat I got

spent £19 for mixed vegetables egg fried rice and crispy shredded chilli chicken way wsy over priced, The mixed vegetables egg frond rice had only 2 tiny broccoli and peas nothing else and the crispy shredded chilli chicken was hard like chewing a dog stick, Devilery prices are 90% higher than a take away, Foog tasted disgusting I WOULDNT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. IT TOOK NEARLY 2 HOURS TO DEBLIVER MY FOOD.

Every meal from this restaurant is always excellent. Always delivered promptly by friendly drivers. The food is the best chinese I have had and I have visited China. You can't go wrong here.

Lovely delivery driver! The food was very nice except I found the rice so be sortve oily and bland. The prawn roast and spring rolls were delicious along side the chicken balls! Great quality for the price! Portion sizes are very good :)

My order was over 30mins late, called the restaurant twice was told my order has already left and will be here in 10 mins and then told driver is stuck in traffic. The driver said the reason for delay is due to the restaurant being busy and order left late. When order finally arrived the curry sauce was missing.

The Satay chicken starter was without the sauce, voids the while point. The main dishes were really tasty, just black bean chilli chicken had a lot of onion and a little chicken. Will I order again? No. Chow mein noodles were nice

Usually great local Chinese food, but second time in a row I've ordered the dry house special chow mein and it's lacking flavour/bland? Strange because before it was great. The pork rice was nice according to my brother, so I'll probably order similar next time.

The food was not tasty at all. As soon as I opened it, it didn’t look anything like Singapore fried rice, just looked like small amount of colour flavour on rice with piece of chicken and then had no taste just salt taste. It was disappointing I couldn’t eat much of it. I order the food by mistake there was a wrong address they delivered the food without call me nothing,when I contact the restaurant Indian guy very rude and arrogant call me lyar and screaming to my after I say please help they say the guy gonna pick up the food and bring I’m I have to pay 5£ more I say ok when the guy arrived he’s want 10£ and again starting a discuss ..,finally the guy accept the 5& and give me the food when I test the food is not a Asian food …they are all Indian make the food …. Lovely food, but was missing the curry sauce.

Crispy fried beef in chilli sauce was more like a sweet and sour ma po tofu wasn't spicy and didn't taste as it should.

Hadn't ordered Chinese since moving as we were skeptical about the taste because the last one was divine but honestly this food was absolutely gorgeous 😍 will definitely be our number 1 Chinese to order from everytime.

Tasty food ad always but could do with more egg in the egg fried rice

I'd waited 4 years before trusting a restaurant called Good Luck. It'll be at least 4 years before I do again. The dishes were between warm and nearly hot. Not particularly generous portions. And not especially tasty. (Special chow mein was ok). Lots to avoid when ordering from here.

Sweet and sour chicken looked radioactive, the sauce was bright red and artificial tasting. chow mein nice but dry. salt and pepper chicken also dry. Speedy delivery but food just OK/average

This is my absolute favourite Chinese restaurant in West London. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! The delivery was slightly late for which Good Luck had sent 2 cans of drink on the house. Can’t wait to order again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere in West London to eat. :-)

Ordered at 19 40, the food came at 9 45. Over 2 hours. Call them at 8 30 to chase, they said there is nothing they can do and I can cancel if I want. Rude, arrogant and defiant. Food came cold and disgusting as you would expect after so long in transit.
