Go sing seriously gone down hill, service was very very poor, we were ignored, when food finally came it was delivered as if they were feeding animals, table were not cleared, main course was service amongst the dirty plates and starter dishes.. FOOD WAS OKAY..

Came here for my birthday dinner on a Saturday evening. Food was delicious as always. Staff looked after me and my guests exceptionally well. No complaints whatsoever. 100% recommended!

Unfortunately the Go Sing has gone down hill to say the least , Hot food served on the stone Cold plates ? a lot of the dishes were oily, the duck was not Crispy, in fact the Skin was soggy, Nothing seemed to taste Authentic, the food Quality was like a cheap Chinese takeaway at best , I told the waitress that I would not be leaving a tip as the experience wasn't up to Standard, she looked sad and indignant at the same time , I won't be returning along with the rest of my extended family , £52 for 2 today a waste of money and time , we will find somewhere better from now on

Ala carte buffet for £27. Terrible. Spicy fried beef without beef. Pork char su was like eating raw sugar. Service very difficult to get. Repeated requests for the same things as they were forgotten. Environment itself is ok but you do sit very close to other tables, can't discuss anything without others over hearing. Not going back, not for a very long time.

Very lovely Chinese buffet in West Drayton. Eat as much as you like for a set price and the food is brought to you by the staff. Quick service and lovely tasty food. I will be going back again soon

Enjoyed it but no chop sticks provided and may be a little too much soy and salt but i will be back next week 😂

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. They don’t take the order properly and then try to blame it on you. I ordered vegetarian dishes very specifically and i got shrimp in my noodles and when i called to complain i was told that i would not have placed the order properly and below average food.

Very good, fast, worth every penny

We went in for a Sunday lunch and wanted something not too meat heavy. The restaurant had amazing prawns and wonderful fresh veggies as well as all the normal Chinese delights. It's great value for money and you can order a la carte whatever you like (the crispy duck is limited to one each though). I would happily return, although you cannot dine solo as tables are for a minimum of two people. Staff were friendly and service was quick :)

Went for an early Sunday dinner, first time visit!! All I can say is thank you! Great food (good quality) and lots of it... keep ordering, it keeps coming...Great service, very attentive staff. Nice surroundings, clean and bright... Cost is fair at £26 (adult) a head for all you can eat! Cannot recommend enough!

The food was satisfactory, but the staff member who attended to us was rude, possibly even racist. We felt extremely uncomfortable. I have noticed similar comments from others about the staff being judgmental and rude, and I believe this issue needs to be addressed by the management.

Always a family favourite to go to and known in the local area as being one of the best places to go eat.

Save your money and your time to get there. The service was shocking. Everything came to the table bit by laborious bit. We asked for the soup and crispy duck to be served together. This was ignored. Even though we could keep ordering more we had to send back one dish as it was so cold. The flavours were indifferent and seasoniong barely made an appearance. Worst of all was their so called char sui pork. I have been to China and Hong Kong many times and it's one of my all time favourites. Theirs was rubbish. It bore no relation to the real thing and the "sauce" was clearly little more than honey. We will not be back.

Really unhappy with the service, staff were very rude. Throughout our time staff were grumpy and acted as if they did not want to take our order although it was a buffet restaurant. It got to a point we felt as though we couldn’t order or didn’t want to ask for anything due to the staffs rude attitude. I’ve been going here for over 10 years and have recommended to friends and family. I’m very disappointed with this service. I will not be coming back

Ate here with a family of 5, starters were great, however then had to wait 40mins for second course, a small portion of duck to share, barely enough for 2 pancakes. Next a 50min wait for main course, all the beef dishes were cheap cuts and chewy, a small portion of noodles to share, and only 1 small portion of sweet and sour chicken when I had ordered 2. I ordered extra noodles and sweet and sour and waited further 40mins, gave up, paid the bill and left. Never again, shocking service, less than basic food.

Not cosy at all, felt cold and service wasn't great but wasn't bad. I went with my partner and we had the buffet. No way did we eat £50 wirth of food. I think £25 each is a rip off to be honest. There was a table of 4 couples and heard them complaining that their bill would be £200 before even getting drinks. For two of us our bill was £68. Outrageous. Might as well get a Chinese takeaway and stay home. And the portions are small. Not happy at all.

We dined here on a Thursday evening when the restaurant was quite crowded. We were made very welcome, and advised that payment for the meal must be made prior to receiving it at our table. We found this growing trend in restaurants quite acceptable. The menu is huge, and the friendly staff endeavour to temp you to try as many meals as you can. Considering that this is a fixed charge, "all you can eat" restaurant, it's refreshing to find food being literally forced upon you! After we each worked through several very tasty entrees, we sampled some of their main courses, finding them to also be beautifully prepared and quite delicious. Even after reaching our fill the smiling staff were still trying to entice us into having another dish! Despite the busy night we still found the staff attentive and service was rapid. If you are looking for a great Chinese meal at a reasonable price and have a big appetite, you won't be disappointed!

Have been frequenting GoSing with my family and friends for more than 10 years. Many of my own recommendation. Today i went to find that Unfortunately the Quality, Treatment, Care has all gone downhill. The establishments policy's and greed prevented me from enjoying a meal in what I called the "Family Restaurant". My disappointment has reached a peak as a result I will withdraw the support given by my own and known persons. Was about time to look for a better restaurant.

Difficult to rate as we went there twice and food and service was fabulous. The 3rd time food was fantastic as before but the staff serving us was so awful that she even knew ! We refused paying for service only paid for food . But being fair the food was great . There is a lady that was always there quite helpful and keeping busy I don’t know if she is the manager or owner but she is always attentive

So tasty!!! The buffet is freshly cooked as you order and you can opt to have single or double portions. The staff are very attentive and welcoming. I would recommend the honey chicken wings, chicken and mushroom soup, pineapple rice, saucy chicken wings, any of the sizzling platters and any of the desserts.. Update: went today and still amazing food, great service and fantastic quality ingredients. A pleasure going back.

First time here last night, and its lovely great staff, im a celiac and the waitress knew what food i can have and not have, to me thats a 5 star as most restaurants have no idea what a Celiac is. Well done GoSing . Food was amazing

Go sing is always an option for me. I'd go for breakfast lunch and dinner. I highly recommend the fantastic restaurant to absolutely anyone. Vegan, vegetarian, meat eaters fussy eaters and no so bug eaters. Don't say I didn't tell you. Enjoy!!!

Buffet style menu. Unfortunately everyone who came after us got served before us. Our starters took ages had to complain and main course never came at all so had to complain again. Server said she forgot to submit the order. Would not go agai .

Cantonese restaurant next to West Drayton station, quite disappointed that they are no longer serving dim sum at lunch. Set lunch is quite nice with delicious and authentic fried rice / noodles, with reasonable price.

I have eaten here many times and I’ve love the food each and every time.

Good food and a rather big choice. Note that you are ordering from the list and portions are relatively generous. Even starters on their own. We are glad we waited until we finished our starters and only then ordered mains. There was, sadly, no place left for the dessert!

This was recommended by colleagues and the food was so nice! Felt as if it was morally wrong to order more once we had ordered even though it’s a buffet, but can’t fault the food. Service was rude out the way out, we left a tip what else thought was learnt, staff were trying to add the service charge on top of what we were tipping which was wrong! I’d recommend for the food but service staff tried to sting us for more money

Not the fabulous culinary experience it once was. The service was awful, starters arrived at different times over the period of 20 minutes, food was dry and tasteless and nothing on the table could be described as delicious. Fast-forward just 8 months, and I don’t know what they’ve done, but the Go-Sing is back to its old glorious best again! Now, the food is delicious, the service couldn’t be faulted and I would recommend the Go-Sing to anyone and everyone! I’m going back very soon.

Fantastic place, value for money. Didnt know it has been around 50 years. Great staff. You pay one price and keep choosing off menu so buffet with a difference. Food is therefore fresh. Downside if there is one it takes along time to come to table but its. Piping hot

Waited over an hour for food. There was only two waitresses waiting The portion is not satisfactory when I asked for more sauce the waitress said I already had sauce in my food. Service was terrible will definitely won’t be going back again. Was not worth the money I feed my toddler, bigger portions the serving plates was the size of my hand and a starter was meant to feed 4 people had one item each sorry that’s not all you can eat.

2nd time I've been , food and service were both excellent, worth every penny, go in a group so you can enjoy more dishes from the all you can eat menu

Had a reservation at 8:30pm yesterday. There were around 4 other groups of people who also had 8:30 reservations and we were all made to wait. Whole restaurant was packed so clearly no tables were actually reserved for us. Waited nearly 30 mins and then eventually we decided to go somewhere else as didnt seem like they were going to have a table available any time soon. Very poor management and service. No apologies given. They wouldnt even come to us to say anything, they were just avoiding the eye contact because they knew there was nothing available and they have over booked for about 4-5 tables. If we have reserved a table, that table should be available at that time. Clearly they had taken a lot of walk ins that day or overbooked and couldnt manage the time properly. Needs better management as this was just embarrassing.

Food was great don’t get me wrong… But the service was appalling . Not only did they question us for asking for more food when it’s a literal buffet but also gave us dirty looks. Even when we tried to call them to order something one of the waitresses literally saw us and ignored us. I remember coming here with my wife before Covid and this place was a blast and very entertaining, since then I don’t know what has happened but I’m very disappointed. The atmosphere was also very unwelcoming and it felt like they didn’t want me and my family here . Overall, I’m very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be paying a visit again.

If I could score 0 I would. Staff are rude but we ignore because my kid likes the food and value for money so we put up with it and return. We always go as a big family. But on Saturday oh my gosh the rudeness was another level almost as if we stunk. I like the starters but today the food was so salty I couldn’t eat it. I reordered just to make sure it was not a slip of the hand but it was the same. It taste like someone had poured salt over it at the end and given it to us to eat. It never tastes like that. Then when we finished we place our plates in the middle as usual but no one cleared it away. The waitress then came and place our new ordered dishes on top of the dirty plates. I said excuse me could u not have cleared this up first. She walked off then came back with more food to place on top of the remaining dirty dishes. I said no thank you where is the manager. She got the manager and the manger actually gasped and quickly said I will clear it away I am sorry. I complained and she took the price off the 1 single beer my dad had We spend £177 and for that service never ever again, ever ever ever

Me and my family have been going for a while now, however on this occasion the waitress was very rude, and I think a bit unhelpful, our whole experience was spoilt by this, didn't ever have much appetite after seeing how we were treated, complained to the owner and she she gave us 1 beer for free, wow never again we r a big family spending over 2 hundred pounds every time we go there, but I just think in this day and age there should be zero tolerance for any racism

Ordered Takeaway at 6pm told to pick up at 6:30pm got there’s and waited almost an hour for our food with 6 other takeout customers, offered nothing for the inconvenience when asked, and then to be told I’ve given you Prawn Crackers.as an apology for the inconvenience… come on your taking the mick, you give prawn crackers with every takeaway, nobody was offered a discount, or even a drink for the ridiculously long time we had to wait Yes the restaurant was extremely busy, but why oh why are you still taking orders for take away when you obviously can’t fulfill them on time an hours wait is not acceptable. We’ve been coming to your restaurant for the last 10 years and this is the worst customer service we have received, really disappointed.

This is a great all you can eat Chinese restaurant. You order off the menu and the food is made fresh and brought to the table. Very reasonably priced.

The food is cooked to order which makes for a better and fresher tasting experience than a buffet where the food is left out. Additionally a great selection on the menu aswell as polite staff made for a wonderful meal.

Has been consistently good for over a decade now. Caters for the larger groups too with no issues.

Never knew this place existed. Been around for 50 years. For a one off price of about £25 ish you can eat as much as you want off a menu so buffet with a twist as freshly cooked. Drinks obviously extra aswell as afters. Will go again

Many of the restaurants we used to visit are closed now so when we found about Go Sing, we really hoped the reviews and good online recommendations were authentic. We(x2) had a lovely meal, great variety, delicious seasoning, decent portions tending to small but ok to try many of them, absolutely worth it. The staff is busy all the time and is very respectful and kind. A la carte, the dishes vary from appetizers and rices (£6-8) to mains (£8-12) plus drinks .. you actually end up paying the amount of a buffet for an adult (£24.5). Really fair and inviting to return. I totally recommend this place, which btw is on a street with enough parking spots (no charge in Pay and display area after 18:30H Mon to Sat) and full of grocery shops! we took advantage of this and managed to get fresh fruit and veggies... two birds, one stone!

Food ok, just the regular Chinese food. Not a friendly atmosphere though. They rather tarnished the experience. Had to keep asking twice because they kept forgetting to bring things. They took 45 mins to take our 2nd order. Our waitress was cold and unwelcoming throughout (short hair middle aged with black specs). She only smiled and spoke to us nicely while asking for us to add a tip to the bill.

The restaurant was extremely busy. The staff were very helpful and gave a good service. The food was amazing, and portion sizes were perfect if you were having the banquet. The restaurant was very clean and very well presented. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely go back again when passing.

The food is generally very good. The setting is attractively decorated and is clean. The staff know the menu well, but are a bit lack lustre in their service.

Good all you can eat table service. The only thing I didn't like. I want to try a little bit of each dish. Despite my asking many times, just serve me a quarter portion of a standard size dish, so I can try as many dishes and have more variety. The staff kept on bringing full portions to my table. They should be inspired by Indian Thali. Lots of little dishes up to 20 around a centre of rice/noodles....I would love that.

Order for a work party told 25 min , 45 min later still waiting .. anyway about the food , the sweet &sour is a pale yellow colour with no flavour whatsoever, the Malaysian noodles also lacked any flavour , out of all the meals these were all flavourless.. they all tasted the same , so £380 for the food that had no taste whatsoever not even a bit of garlic this was for 10 People so worked out at £30 ahead for takeaway , then there was the salt & pepper ribs these where cut into 1pm bits with mostly bone and no meat , overall I would never recommend this place for either tasty food , or value on the food portions , also we recieved more of something’s and less of other things we ordered and the less ones being the most expensive … this was a take away and not in the restaurant but I wouldn’t even eat there when there is certainly NO flavour to the food … would NOT recommend

All food was freshly done and very tasty. Service was very good and staff was very kind. First time coming to Go Sing and will come back for sure.

The food here is really good. We ordered the beef, the fried seafood noodles and the prawns. All of the dishes were made well and had a nice flavour to them. The service was quick and prompt with our orders as well, the waitress accidentally overcharged us but immediately sent out the refund after. The atmosphere was a bit muted since we got there at the tail end of the afternoon shift, but i could imagine it being buzzing had we gone earlier.
