Steven was absolutely amazing. Food was good, cooked to our request, mixed grill was the best I've had, good portion size very fast service. Friendly, and polite at all times. Exceptional service with quality cooked fresh food.

Amazing food. Mr Steve was the host. His service was superb. Everything is 10/10.

Went on a Thursday night for dinner after work. Mysore dosa was really well done and enjoyed the chunky softer vada to my surprise. Steve was lovely, even remade my mango lassi after he thought there was too much salt in it and let me have both lol.

We had an incredible Diwali celebration at Rickshaw Lounge last week with a group of about 35. The food was absolutely delicious, and the team at Rickshaw Lounge went above and beyond to make our event special. They dedicated half of the space just for us, giving us a private area to enjoy. They even provided complimentary soft drinks and set up disco lights, creating a perfect party vibe. This is the third time we've hosted our Diwali party here, and every experience has been amazing. The food, the ambiance, and the staff’s hospitality make it a fantastic place to celebrate. Highly recommend!

Food was amazing especially dosa and crispy bhindi and Manager Steve was also polite and very helpful.

We visited Rickshaw lounge on Sunday afternoon. Wasn’t disappointed. Service was immaculate by Mr Steve. We had issue with the food but it was rectified straight away. My toddler was happy as well as Mr steve was kind enough to play cocomelon on tv as there was no other customers at the time. Will definitely visit again.

I had a wonderful dining experience, thanks to Steven, the manager. He was incredibly helpful and recommended the Chicken Chettinad, which was flavorful and delicious. I also tried the biryani, and it was absolutely amazing – full of spices and cooked to perfection! Great service and fantastic food. I highly recommend this place!

We were looking for places to dine around Uxbridge and came across this restaurant. As we were approaching it, they had sign in the window that said "they were booked on Saturday, for a private occasion". We were about to turn back, when I decided to check if that really was the case, to which the stewardess replied they were open for regular business. We decided to have lunch and ordered a chicken fried rice, with chicken lollipops and we also had the all you can eat dosas (although the price in the billboard) was different to what we were quoted. The food was decent, it had flavor but took some time to arrive, even though we were the only table there at that time. The masala dosas were spicy, but we then requested for a non spicy version and they were beautifully crispy and delicious. We were served by the lovely and sweet Yashoda, she made sure we were looked after really well. One of my concerns with the place was that they charged £3 for a small bottle of coke (200ml) that's ridiculously high and not right and also the hoarding on the display, is incorrect which is not correct advertising, hence the rating of 3 ⭐.

I am presently here and in a very good mood, owing to the excellent food. The service is superb, and the atmosphere provides a delightful dining experience.

Cleanliness wasn’t great, half the menu was unavailable on a weekday dinner (for reference, we ordered 14 times including drinks and we’ve been told that 9 of them were a “no”), zero communication between the staff - they took orders from us when the others said it wasn’t available, hygiene has a rating of 3 and quite fairly so. I feel honestly sorry for my mom since we celebrated her birthday here. The young lad in the suit was respectful and tried his best, but all the others are just awful. Never again.

Honestly so disappointing, service was so meh. Food was okay. But the service just means I’m never coming there again. And be careful, they gave us a paneer dish as a sorry.. but it was chicken. 🙃

The food and atmosphere was decent, service was a little slow but it was quite for a Saturday evening. Most dishes tasted good especially the main currys, the only dish that was a let down was the seshwan noodles - minimal flavour which enhanced the taste of frozen veg.

Visited this place couple of times, both the times place was quite and got the table without any wait. We wanted to order veg platter which was not available. The sambar which was served without Dosa was not good as it was just thick daal, paneer dish wasn’t great. But other dishes that tried were good. Service was overall good. Only thing is it’s best to not include something on the Menu if it can’t be served.

Rickshaw Lounge is a very nice and friendly restaurant where diners can come and enjoy meals in a friendly atmosphere which looks pleasant and upmarket too. The selection of food is vast and caters for vegetarians too, it also tastes great and was pleasantly flavoured. Definitely worth a try and I would go again.

I have ordered food for collection and I have been told to come and collect after 30 minutes and I was here on time and when I have collected the food the food was stale and it was so cold and when I came back with the food and told them it’s too cold they said they are going to reheat and give it to me. It was very bad experience I have and I don’t recommend this place. I have been calling them 5 times to ask about the update for the food and they didn’t bother answer the call.

Had no drinks on their menu, but no apologies! We ordered a mixed grill and just watched someone else's come out sizzling ours definitely was not and there was not other customers in the restaurant!! We ordered starters and before we had even close to finished our main had been brought out and put on the table when I asked if they were in a hurry for the table they said no take your time as you can imagine I felt confused! Such a shame as the food had lovely flavour and was tasty but service and lack of menu items was diabolical and ruined our valentines meal

Fraud - Be-warned. We want to this restaurant a few weeks ago at 4pm for the unlimited doshi We were told that we missed the offer as it was only valid until 4pm. However, we just arrive today at 1pm and was told that the offer finished 2 months ago. The owner does not want to remove the poster as they want con the public.

Visited on a Sunday with family we had the Vadai and sambar , masala dosa , fish fry lamb Biriyani , all the food is fresh and quality ingredients used . Very impressed.

Went for dinner. Most of the items on the menu not available. Waitress did not understand English. After a long wait served dishes we didn't order. The food was quite pathetic. Different items prepared in the same gravy.

Had the lamb chettinad after a 4 hour drive, Nice heat with lots of flavour. Had with a butter naan and pilau rice, all complimented each other and was reasonably priced. Would definitely come again

We celebrated my sons second birthday here last week. The food was amazing and the pricing was affordable when compared to other restaurants nearby. They were kind enough to arrange a buffet, which not many of their competitors agree during week ends. They provide projector for entertainment and the place was spacious unlike other restaurants. Above all, they have ample parking space available. We had a evening party, so parking was free. Location is also really pleasant with a stream running nearby and couple of parks. I've ordered lamb curry and lamb Karahi through the Deliveroo app (both mild) to be delivered. The delivery was on time but both curry was flaming hot,its not what I asked for. I will never order anything from there again. Mild is meant to be mild not hot. 😡

Amazing place go there about once a week Love there Fried rice and soup along with butter chicken and Naan went there tonight despite an incident with another customer The staff Handled it really well. Really grateful to have a resturant like this near me and probably my No.1 indian resturant in my area. To add the staff are super friendly and you can joke around as much as you want there won’t be a problem. I hope to go there soon again. Finally I think saying thank you to the team at rickshaw lounge is due because of there undeniable great service.

Had dinner with my partner here tonight. Just moved to Uxbrigde and we both fancy some indo chinese food. We were delighted to come across this secluded restaurant. We ordered kashmiri gosht, lachaha paratha and chicken manchurian, all were cooked to perfection. Seasoned very well, generous serving sizes. Drink were tasty, refreshing and cheap! Staff were very nice, friendly and welcoming. We plan to come back for their 2 for 1 cocktails. 😀 Would definitely recommend to anyone who would want to have good food at reasonable prices in Uxbridge.

I had such a bad experience. No customer service. The special offer advertised they said is not valid. Although the sign was still there. He agreed to give the offers. The food was so cold. As he went to heat the food the other food got cold. Wasn’t happy with the customer service very slow. In the evening my stomach started bubbling. I am sure it’s the food. As it wasn’t fresh very stale. Will never go again

The place was ok for a one time visit, place was quiet no atmosphere. Food was average, service was slow as just one person.

This has got to be one of the most surreal curries I've ever had. When I asked what beers were available, I wasn't shown the drinks menu but told a list of beers of uncertain prices. I ordered a Cobra but was later told it was unavailable for a strangely described reason that sounded like they were out of gas but turned out to be that they had run out of Cobra. When I ordered a spicy dish the waiter made the racist remark to dissuade me from my choice that "white people don't tend to like spicy food". When the papadams arrived, what the menu described as "served with a selection of chutneys" turned out to mean one very small portion of mint sauce and nothing else. The atmosphere was beautifully complimented with music that would not sound out of place in The Ministry of Sound. Afterwards, when the bill (eventually) arrived I was only then told that I should pay with cash and that there were no ATMs nearby. When I told them I didn't have enough with me, they admitted that they could take cards but still wanted what cash I had anyway (strongly suggesting there's a tax dodge going on here). Not to mention how expensive the whole thing was - I've paid less for better currys in Central London. The only reason this place is not getting one star is that the food was actually very good.

£3 for a 'portion' of poppadoms, which is one poppadom cut into six pieces. Food comes out in dribs and drabs, final meal comes out as other people are finishing their dish. No vegetable side dishes, when asked if we could order them as a side was told that 'we can bring them in a smaller dish but you will still be charged full price'!

Visited recently. Very good staff, excellect food. Resturant is very nice. Clean, with music. Toilets were clean. This place is a stones throw from Uxbridge town center and has plenty of empty tables. Im sure if this place was in the town center it would be a packed. Enjoy.

Went there with my partner to have dinner. Initially There was only one staff member taking orders, preparing deliveroo orders, doing drinks, serving food! The place wasn’t full but had big tables! We did the order and after 40 minutes the waitress told us the item we ordered was not available! We did a second order, as we had already eaten the starters, and the food came cold. The white wine was warm! Then a second waitress came when a big table arrived (around 14/16 people)… staff started dragging tables and chairs around making a lot of noise to the point we couldn’t even have a conversation, therefore we left! Rubbish management! Waitress and waiter were doing what they could and trying their best! Manager is rubbish! You don’t deserve the staff you have. How can you leave your staff alone with such a big restaurante? Hope you are at least paying them enough and not exploiting them!

I was met with a very warm welcome to a beautifully decorated bar and restaurant. The menu had plenty of choice. The portion sizes are generous and my Butter Chicken was cooked fresh and was delicious. If I lived closer I’d definitely be a regular.

We arrived, were seated quickly and were served by two new members of staff, they were very attentive, and their manager was keeping a close eye on them too. The food was excellent. There was a young family enjoying their meal there too, it was all very jolly. The back room had a projector and huge screen.

I have ordered veg manchurian and veg noodles but the manchurian are burnt and the noodles are over cooked. Once before we ordered the same food that time also the noodles were over cooked and they didnt do anything and infact responded that i might be due to the packing.

Wonderful preparation and an extraordinary customer service. I ordered the food from JustEat, and there was some confusion in their portal, as JustEat had their restaurant posted with their old details. So, I was not able to trace my order. But they recognised the issue, called me and their team especially came to deliver it to me. Not only that they gave me a complimentary and were very polite when I told them that because of my misunderstanding I left them a bad review on JustEat. Sorry can’t delete that review, but would everyone try their food :)

I was a little thrown by a Indian and Chinese restaurant combination. But the food was truly good. I would recommend the mix grill meat platter as a starter. it is definitely enough for three people and I didn’t even remember to get photos as the food as we all were enjoying our selves. We be returning next time I’m in town

Was told meat is all Halal so came here for dinner. Restaurant was very quiet, only 2 other diners. A lot of the menu was not available to order. Staff were lovely but service lacked attention. Kebab portions were small & felt they had been reheated, definitely not fresh. Food was okay and overpriced. Wouldn’t come again.

The reason i decided to give a 1 star review is because I have visited this lounge last night I asked for a mix grill when it was coming to the end of our meal we requested for take away tubs The man who served us came back with a food bag then insisted he would do it himself which was the biggest mistake he picked up each piece of meat we had left over without washing his hand and placed the food into the bag really poor hygiene Over then that food is nice just need food safety and hygiene training

Nice place friendly staff, two dishes we ordered wasn't very good too spicy, but manager did salt this out, few things need tweaking, understand new management just took over but a very nice place

I went there to have dinner with my family; we were very satisfied with the food, the service, the atmosphere, the staff. We had some typical indian dishes and the taste was authentic; we'll be back.
