Good Food Inn in Derby

Absolutely horrible. From start to finish…. But there wasn’t a start or finish. Ordered yuk sung as a starter. Looked like a tub of fat and peas and onions. Then the so called beef in black bean sauce was wrapped in cling film and was freezing cold. I actually drove to the what is called a restaurant. To have the owner try and dictate to me about food. He stood there fingering his pork right in front of me saying it’s good food. For at least five minutes. I wouldn’t want to eat that. Would you? Oh and I had my food delivered too. But they wouldn’t refund me? Offered me 5 pound. I paid 22 this company…. Are jokes

Really lovely food, big portions, delivery quick. Ordered through Uber eats. Will defo be going back. Duck dish had loads of meat and was melt in the mouth, tofu was cooked well, and they do chilli oil (massive bonus for me) which was hot and smokey -yum! Thanks

Decent! Really cheap and friend staff. Really nice tbf first time ever going, But defo would recommend if you’re local.

Ordered a takeaway after our plans fell through. First time we'd ordered from Good Food Inn. Delivery was on time and the food was really tasty. Excellent spring rolls and prawn toast, my beef dish was lovely - well seasoned and spicy. Good value.

Tried for the first time Sunday 20th takeaway delivery. Total let-down and very disappointed and actually offended that they would send such cr@p. Avoid!

Ordered a takeaway as a celebratory tea. Extremely disappointing, first and last time of ordering here sadly. The food was dry, well overdone and over seasoned, tasting only of salt. Great delivery is the only positive I can find. Most of the food has ended up in the bin, an expensive waste.

Great food and service. Delivered on time. As a very occasional takeaway customer, we found the food to be consistently good. Pre order delivery. Delivered within minutes of our requested time. Hot and ready to eat. Well done.

Ordered though JustEat based on their reviews. Was not keen on the egg fried rice as tasted a little burnt but OK. Some of the prawn crackers were quite greasy. Chicken in black bean sauce nice and enjoyed the extra chilli.

Food cold and soggy chips,food took nearly an hour to come ripped off £15.70 the food was cold the chips where soggy and greasy the sweet n sour sauce was cold to the meat was tough this Chinese has defo gone up £9.70 last time before lockdown this time £15.70 they charge u for using ur card 50p day light robbery I have also read they had 1 star hygiene rate as milk out of date washed meat in the sink his overall was very dirty etc o m g DONT USE WARNING

This place was recommended by a friend and boy were they right about the food. Loved every dish that we ordered. In particular the salt and pepper crispy chicken was fantastic. As was the prawn toast. Portion size was huge lovely high quality ingredients could not fault any dish.. We will definitely be back for another takeaway very soon.

Ordered here a few time and food is always great! Delivery time was on time and the food was excellent and hot. I ordered spring roll, yuk sung, 1/4 duck and salt and pepper chips and they were all tasty and not too greasy. I would recommend Good food inn as it is reliable.
