Came in for a coffee and a quick snack in between shopping and avoiding the classic wet British weather. Ordered a bagel and a coffee and they were both very nice. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to dietary requirements which was great to see. Overall nice experience, cosy cafe with good food. Would come here again and recommend!

Girly on the outside and manly portions on the inside. Absolutely loved it and the staff were wonderful.

The coffee was absolutely amazing. Food looks freaking amazing but the portions were incorrect. Too much sauce over powering what you wanting to have.

Was asked to vacate the table outside even though there were no customers waiting for a table (??) Said thank you to the waitress and didn’t get acknowledged back. Rude.

My Girlfriend had the beetroot sourdough toast. A normal sized plus a tiny slice of toast, very little grilled haloumi. Most importantly the taste of beetroot spread was way below average. Overall not worth the price tag of 12£ at all. I had the salmon bagel which was average at the best, no love, came with a little dried out piece of lemon. The ginger & lemongrass tea was ok. The best part of the lunch was my sparkling water, which surprisingly seemed underpriced at 1,75 £. Service was friendly but nothing special. To my surprise the waiter did grant herself a 12,5% service charge, which I wasn’t asked about nor couldn’t find any information about on the menu. Over the course of our travels across the UK in more than two weeks by far the worst food experience we had. It won’t be hard to find better in bath !!

Wonderful selection of cakes and baked goods. Also a fantastic drink selection. We sat outside and ordered food in and food to take home with us as it was so good! The mimosas are also great. Wish we could have eaten everything!

Disgusting cakes. Bought them for me, my friends and family and they were horrible. And now several people I gave the cakes too are extremely ill, woke up vomiting the next day after eating the cakes. They were very very soft which we thought was how it was meant to be but something just didn't seem right. Wasn't happy with the customer service either, very negative!

This is purely based off of my experience with their coffee and brookie, but I don’t exaggerate when I say the brookie was the best dessert I had on my 2 day trip in Bath. We stumbled upon this place on our way to get coffee at another cafe, but I’m so glad that the line caught our eye and we ended up getting a flat white and two brookies. I think I’ll keep dreaming about the almond crossaint brookie because it was that delicious.

Busy cafe with good food and service. We enjoyed the French toast with beetroot and Halloumi. The Happy Hippo Brookie was great.

Very busy cafe if you don't book you may not get a table. But if your passing it's worth asking if there is any tables going, you won't regret it.

Super cute cafe in the Center of bath! 💖 There is outside and inside seating on the second floor! They serve breakfast and brunch as well as coffee and cakes 🍰 Staff was super kind and helpful. The menu has many different breakfast options! 🤩 The Cappuccino was delicious but barely had any espresso in it ☕️ The avocado toast🥑 was really good! But the toast with scrambled eggs 🍳 was even better 10/10 !! Definitely recommend coming here for breakfast 💘

Nice cafe. We had brunch here and it was delicious. The mushroom hashbrowns was very yummy. Latte was good! Would come back again if were in the area. Was not able to get the name of our server but she was really nice as well 😊

Really good food! We went in the morning for breakfast had some iced mochas- a little strong for the mrs liking and not as iced as we would like but fine (4 quid a pop) had Cheddar and chorizo loaded hashbrowns which was delicious and then bacon and maple syrup French toast-nothing wrong with a classic. The waitress said it was swimming in maple syrup and as a syrup fiend I was glad to hear it. Still got extra just to be on the safe side. Sat outside which was pleasant enough but for not having many tables (didn't see inside) took a long time to be served, to the point I had to go in and order and the couple that sat down 20 mins after us had to do the same , we were a bit further round the corner so felt a little out of sight out of mind. Came back in the evening for some dessert and that did not disappoint! A Nutella cookie dough slice and magic stars cookie pie were delicious! Really good stuff and would recommend- they also do too good to go but you need to get on the app pretty early for it as I can imagine its popular!

Great place for breakfast in Bath! A charming place (in summer there are also tables outside), a large selection of different breakfasts (sweet and savory), very nice service. The breakfast burger was delicious and I definitely highly recommend it.

Found this place whilst in Bath for the day. Brunch was lovely, the French toast was out of this world. We even purchased some cakes to takeaway, so much choice!

A small but cute cafe, with a queuing system to get seated (which seems fair). The staff were welcoming and friendly and the food is very tasty. Most of the seating is outside and gets the sunshine. A nice spot to sit in the sun with a coffee

Great brunch place but slow service due to the number of visitors. The French Toast is done perfectly and the portion size is huge!!

I have dined twice at this cafe - once in March and again this May. I will not be returning for a third visit, despite how good the cakes are, as the members of staff I have been directly served by have been generally hostile. Other members of staff have been very welcoming but those who we have been served by have made us feel uncomfortable. We were told on our first visit to be “more considerate” of other customers as we sat outside on a very cold day rather than joining the queue for an indoor table. The people in the queue had confirmed to my friends and I that they were waiting for a table indoors. The member of staff who served us may not have been aware of this but the way they told us to think of others was very condescending and rude. On my most recent visit the young man serving us was completely dismissive and I apologised to the person I brought with me to this cafe for this. I have worked in a café myself for a number of years and understand that people can have off days but remain quite stunned by my experiences with these particular members of staff. The food is lovely but my general experience has been less so.

Judgemental and discriminatory environment Really disappointed as this was my first dine in experience. Extremely rude and judgemental staff member shouted across the cafe to let me know that she would not be holding the cookie I had ordered (until after I finished my food) despite having paid and placed an order. She said the cookies may run out which is not true as it was fully stacked and I was only asking for a 10-15minute delay (with flies flying about them too) I thought this was a simple request to have a sweet treat after finishing your food & not before. Not hospitable nor welcoming towards me however were very friendly and pleasant towards the Caucasian customers that followed. The brunch was very basic looking & tasting and the Brookie was as hard as a brick

Absolute must visit if you are in Bath, the food is great, coffee lovely and the service is exceptional. I ordered breakfast take out for 13 people to be collected and everything was presented fantastically, it kept its warmth and was delicious! I went back the next day to go pick up as many of their brownies as I could carry they are that good!

We visited here on my birthday trip from York! We gave it a go as we'd read Google reviews on arrival in Bath and wow it did not disappoint. Visited as a family of 4. The food was exceptional! A perfect birthday breakfast for me. Lots of variety. We enjoyed it so much that we visited again the day after for another breakfast! I cannot recommend it highly enough. A very warm welcome and we bought delicious cake to take us with for our long journey home before we left too! A HUGE thank you to all involved in our visit! We will be back!! 😋😋

Cute little place for brunch, lovely vibes and friendly staff. We got the berry berry compote french toast and the mushroom loaded hashbrowns. French toast was perfect and the loaded hash browns were so delicious but could do with less seeds sprinkled over the top. The iced matcha latte was great but the breakfast tea could do with being stronger as it was incredibly weak. Overall a great, central place to grab brunch before a busy day exploring Bath.

This is an amazing cafe. We arrived and managed to get a table for three as it is a very busy cafe. There are a few tables inside and some outside, there is also two more floors of seating upstairs. After looking at the great menu we all decided. On arrival the presentation was great and the portion size was just enough. My wife ordered savoury French toast which looked and tasted fantastic and I had the Brie, Bacon hash brown stack, our son went for a sweet treat and ordered brioche, Pistachio Butter Cream Cheese and banana. The cafe is dog friendly. This cafe is very busy because they sell the most amazing brownies and cakes. Check out their website, well worth a visit if you are in Bath Amazing

I only came in for coffee- but mushrooms on hash browns caught my eye- delicious with flavours not tasted for years- seeds and tarragon I think?- yum! I love the sunny room and laid back atmosphere. Attentive staff -this is my new go to cafe when in Bath for sure!

A busy place! We ordered a few cakes and our favourite was the brookie by far, definitely go for heating it up. The other cakes were a bit too dense for me but my partner ate it all up so what do I know! The staff were absolutely lovely even with the crowds. Would come here again

An absolute MUST visit when in Bath. The most delicious cakes, especially the brownies, wow! A really special little cafe; they even have a wall of Polaroids showing all their doggy visitors - get your dog’s photo taken there to feature on the wall! So cute! Absolutely loved it and will be dreaming of those brownies long after our trip to Bath!

Food was beautiful as always, been here a few times now and have never been disappointed! Service from Alex was great too! - even when he was getting some attitude off a Bath Rugby player on a different table for not being able to get fried eggs (as if he has any say over the menu), he handled that really well!

This is a fun and bustling spot for a brunch with friends. We ate eggs and sourdough and drank coffee, which was all perfectly nice. The cafe was a little chilly, but it was a very cold weekend in Bath. The real treat came at the end when we stopped at the delectable cake counter. I got a 'brookie' which is a cookie with a chunk of brownie baked into it. Absolutely outstanding and when I managed to stupidly drop half of it in the street, I nearly cried.

Cute cafe with the cutest dog Polaroids on the wall. I came here because of the great reviews but I don’t think it really lived up to them. The dishes don’t really come with much and portions are pretty small so you don’t have much of a choice to pay £3 for every extra. I don’t mind paying for extras when you’re craving something particular but you kind of have to create your breakfast with extras and it adds up fast (at least for the savoury dishes). Eg. On the avocado toast you have to pay extra for those eggs- otherwise it’s just one slice of toast and some avocado spread (not even proper straight up avocado) It’s more of a sweet tooth place anyways rather than a well rounded brekkie place. The atmosphere was cheerful and the chefs were continuously singing which I could hear from our seat downstairs (it was lovely though knowing they’re enjoying their jobs!) If you’re into amazing looking brownies/blondies/pancakes then this is the place to go to.

There is not a single bakery in the world better than this one!!! I wish calories didn’t exist because I would eat the entire stock. Everything is always perfectly delicious and I stop here every time I come to Bath!

My wife and I found this cafe whilst trying to get out of the rain and it turned out to be one of the best meals of our trip. Very attentive service and delicious goodies. She had a biscoff Blondie that was like biting into a big old chunk of butter. So big she couldn't finish it. Lucky I was there. I had perfectly done poached eggs on toast. They tasted and looked fresh from farm. Try this place when you visit Bath. It's terrific.

The staff is always friendly and every dish is delicious. Some of the treats are quite Rich and large but nothing from stopping you taking it home!

My favourite place in bath! We went for a long weekend to Bath and visited this cafe everyday for either a take away sweet treat or eat in brunch. We tried a cookie pie (and took one home), a brownie stuffed cookie, a cookie sandwich, loaded hash brown and pulled pork French toast. All of it was delicious, this place really is an asset to Bath as the staff were so lovely- also the dog wall is a beautiful touch. A MUST VISIT! (We visited around Halloween so most of the treats were themed which was nice).

Lovely front of house lady helped us to our seat and was very friendly and attentive. My friend and I shared a brownie, which was delicious warmed up. Tea was very nice and served on a cite little tray. Would definitely recommend a visit here!

We ordered cookie dough cakes and cookie dough pie for our wedding cakes. They were such a fun dessert to have. All our guests were raving about how delicious they all were. We bought 2 pies and 2 cakes to cover 90 people, this more than sufficient with a little to have for ourselves the next day! They were clear with the communication to get it organised and very helpful. We couldn’t recommend them enough for an alternate wedding cake!

I’ve been going to Good Day Cafe for over a year now. Their brownies are to die for. The perfect amount of crust with a gooey middle that is similar to ganache. Sadly they are trying to be good at everything which doesn’t work. It was my first time sitting inside the cafe and trying out their brunch. How disappointing. The staff are extremely rude and too young to understand how to treat customers. I came in with a friend and my dog carrying a matcha latte I purchased elsewhere. A staff member came up to me and stated I couldn’t drink my drink as it wasn’t purchased there even though I was going to spend money on their products. She then stood at the end of the room watching me every couple of minutes as if to tell me off if I were to drink my drink. At the end of our stay the card machine wasn’t working. She half made a joke, half told us to come up to her to pay but in a way which wasn’t polite. Made the whole situation uncomfortable. The food was also disgusting. I purchased avocado on sourdough toast with vegan sriracha mayo. I wish I took a picture. It was the thinnest slice I’d ever seen. The avocado was made into a paste and thinly applied as if they were spreading butter on toast. I had about 1/4th of a radish as garnish and a thin drizzle of sauce. I love spending money on food but £8 for that was a joke. You’d get a better sandwich from Greggs for half the price. Will definitely be returning for the brownies but sadly nothing else.

Good Day cafe was always busy, especially at the weekends. Great selection of vegan cakes and cookies. The service was friendly. The cookie dough looked very interesting and yummy but the taste was too rich for my liking.

I came to Bath recently, for the first time, on a mini little break before starting at the University part time. I did my research before travelling, so decided Good Day Cafe may be a good place to pop into for a sweet treat! I popped by at the end of the day on a Monday and decided to pick up the Blueberry Cheesecake Blondie. The staff were kind and boxed this up beautifully for me to take away. I'd never had a blondie before, so did not really know what to expect! This was a lovely little 4pm pick me up. There is a Cheesecake base, topped with Blondie, then topped with some Cheesecake mix and Blueberries. The flavours all go together so well, and the product is beautifully moist with the Cheesecake base giving a nice bit of texture. The Cheesecake part was my favourite, giving a nice tang and creaminess. I have given one less star simply because I felt there could have been more Cheesecake and Blueberries, and because you get quite a bit of excess "base" when getting an edge piece (though this is just my preference to have more blondie/cheesecake!l Nevertheless, I would recommend the blondie here and would like to return to try some of their brownies and other products (perhaps just specifying one from the centre of the pan in the future!).

The food was nice, just nice. Kind of like what you'd expect your mum to make you... Bread with some weird slices of radish and jarred peppers with some squiggles of sauce on top. I was disappointed that I got a very ungenerous 4 small peppers on my two slices of thin bread (£7.95+10%). It was nice like I say but nothing more than that, and quite pricey for average. The staff were nice enough and the atmosphere upstairs was fun. The highlight of the place is definitely the sweet options so maybe my review is harsh for savoury. The salted caramel pretzel slice was a definite 10/10 and great value at £3.50. Is recommend but for coffee and a dessert, not lunch.

A really wonderful breakfast with excellent service to match - we were seated quickly, even though we were a fairly large group. I had the banana and honey granola bowl and a latte - both were delicious and served by incredibly friendly staff. Would love to go back to check out more of the menu the next time I'm back in Bath.

The Bad Day cafe: the staff were super rude to me and made me feel unwelcome. The coffee was fine.

Plain dishes with not much on it. Expected better. They give you a tiny cube of butter for 4 slices of toast which is definitely not enough. The presentation of the food is mediocre and the coffee had a weird aftertaste. Waiters were very nice though.

We had a lovely brunch here to which the staff were also so attentive and lovely!! Deffo try the hash brown stacks!!
