Wasn’t too impressed with this place. One very grumpy member of staff wasn’t very helpful. She was preoccupied with giving another member a bit of a hard time about his service skills. I thought he was ok. She was short with him and us. Not great!! Overpriced for what we had. Didn’t really care about what they were serving us as well. Not a good experience

It was so lovely to drink buble tea. Kind and friendly staff helped us to choose our drinks. It was delicious. My children were excited. Thank you, we will come back.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The traditional bubble tea was incredibly tasty and perfectly complements the Malatang offered upstairs

It's so great to find a decent boba shop in Scotland! Huge menu of flavours, recommended flavours for the season and yummy traditional and popular flavours! You can choose how much ice and sugar you want, and can even have it hot! Really yummy and fast service, would definitely return. And of course, gluten free! But check first as not all options are gluten free

Very good experience! Friendly staff and fantastic flavors! Highly recommend the brown sugar ones and the fruit tea there!! Try to add the salty cheesy cream on the top!

Absolutely fantastic for experiencing of lovely food and monolithic bubble tea. Definitely recommending this lovely place but just be careful it’s going to be super busy and I would recommend it to reserve the seat as I was waiting for 1 hour for all the deliciousness！这个地方的奶茶特别正宗，而且他们出背的速度也很快，除非我的等待时间有一点点的慢，但是他们服务态度特别好，而且店员也非常的时尚。很喜欢他们的星云柠檬气泡水。

This place is a hidden gem in Edinburgh! Amazing service, beautiful flavours, I am so sad I'm leaving Edinburgh tomorrow because I wanted to have this every day!! Brown sugar milk tea with extra mochi and taiyaki, highly recommended!!

Perfect sweetness and combinations of milk tea especially in a hot day. I personally like the signatured milk tea with coconut jelly.

I have been there several times. I tried the most popular brown sugar milk tea, and I love it. The bubbles were not so sticky, different from other bubble tea shops. Also, the milk tea is good. Made my day.

来到凰茶店 我最爱的就是黑糖珍珠奶茶！黑 糖软软的和别家的感觉不一样. 就是很软糯很有嚼劲. 然后就是海盐奶盖乌龙奶茶，海盐做的真的很到位.以至于都忽略了底下的茶品 下次就直接买一大杯海盐哈哈哈哈哈哈哈 再次光临还要点别的样式尝尝！

The variety of tea was great and unique, and the creme brule oreo was delicious. I visited twice on my trip! However, the service was a bit confusing and the first time I asked for tap water but was going to be charged for it, then the second time my order was initially wrong and their jubilee discount caused more confusion on top of their regular discount. Service not the best!

Excellent location and great place to get refreshing and sweet boba after a long day of historical touring! The cashier was super nice and accommodating, and there is a nice restaurant directly above if you fancy a meal with your bevvie.

Very cute environment and in a great part of town. Service was pretty fast too, and they played nice music :)
