Golden Pizza in Kirklees

I just ordered on uber eat omg it came cold and I mean cold I had to put it in the microwave and chips wow soggy , wet , disgusting.... and the delivery guy... no comments... takeaway its our weekly treat and really... was ruined !!! What a waste of money!!!!

frozen pizza could have cooked at home it couldve been at least warm ad well but came cold the garlic mayo was discusting runny and looked like glue the whole thing was just grim DO NOT ORDER !! requesting a refund

Horrible give this place benefit of doubt a couple of timr but horrible live of the old aranian owners name who used to run the shop and were good at it now absolut rubbish stick to a butter sandwich at home.and as for your reply not really you get a bad review because you are bad at what you do and you guys have seriously got it wrong for a long a time and a bit sad try in to hit me back on what I rated other take aways your food low quality and expensive for what it is even tho you probably cheapest take away in batley and look at most of your reviews all crap

Really poor food. Got donner in naan but it was obvious they had not let the donner cook (maybe there were too busy?) but that's not an excuse for the price you pay. Very average pizzas. Not going here again.

Uber eats manage to mess up my order but the manager rang before I could realise. They brought the missing food Uber eats left behind without hesitation. The food was lovely and will definitely be ordering again, fantastic service.

Food was very very poor, burger buns were hard from some places as though they haven’t been defrosted fully and chips were oily. I had to pay extra to pay by card at the shop when collecting the food - strange. Don’t think I’ll be returning for further takeouts

Ordered 2 pizas and samosas for about 16 pounds d yesterday grate value for money piza was good too they even threw me a extra portion of chips for good measure very friendly over the phone when I asked them not to put veg on 1 of them will deffinitley be back

Food was hot, that’s the best I can say about the food, lacking flavor and substance, just kinda mid pizza, had better Tesco own frozen meat feasts that I’ve lobbed in the cooker, service was alright, driver was fast, but maybe that’s where the problem lies.

Owner is soo arrogant rude Luke a mental nut job running around constantly shouting at staff, he treats them like sheep in a barn

I just ordered a Donner Calzone and a Rolo wrap and now I have been throwing up because of how disgusting it was. You've put the pepsi in the same bag as the wrap+chips so it was warm pepsi by the time it got here, the chicken in the wrap was overcooked and made me feel sick, the donner in the calzone tasted like cardboard and the dough was undercooked. All in all I feel nauseous and had to literally vomit the gross food out to feel better, regretful that I ordered from you lot, and will never order from here again. I waited ages for the food too. Please give up on making food and start a different business.

Horrible pizzas looked store bought and absolutely tasteless worst pizza

Pizza kinda tasteless. Hardly any toppings and just generally weirdly bland even though it said spicy in the description. Wouldn't recommend. Owner has an attitude problem.

Top quick service , great staff and most importantly great food

I just ordered from Golden Pizza Batley , and this is what we got, a burnt pizza with a sign saying "Rustic Edge = For the Italian crust" How they allowed to send burnt food like this to customers is beyond me

Only a small place so wait times can be longer than others but always helpful and open about prep times if asked. We have used them for years all food has been good and represents good value and quality. I always pick up so I know it's always hot. Why do people complain about cold food, get up and go get it yourself or accept it could be not as hot. McDonald's is often cold by the time it's even in front of you if your even eating in but do you complain?

Absolutely horrible place, wanted to order a milkshake and got refused as they were "busy making alot of food" I can understand if your busy and it might take a while but why have something on the menu when Ur not going to serve it when asked. Don't recommend whatsoever, disgraceful place and terrible customer service

Took over an hour to arrive. Food was luke warm and nothing that stands out. Then to top it off they forgot items. Probably give it a 4/10. Doubt I’ll hurry back.

Pizzas were cheap which ensured it got 3 stars. I will not be buying again however as base's tasted like they had been bought from Morrisons. Pepperoni pizza also came with veg which was not stated on the menu. I would rather pay more and get a freshly made base

Ordered a half-and-half pizza, 10 chicken nuggets, and cheesy chips. Pizza came with the completely wrong toppings and was thrown into the box haphazardly, folding the pizza in on itself to an unsalvageable degree. We also received someone else’s Coca-Cola and sauces. It’s unbelievable how badly the order was ruined, verging on hilarious.

Nice pizza’s but will have to wait for food even when preordered.

Its been 3 hours what time do they call this its not hard to make a few burgers but its seems for them it is. Dont ever order from them if so be prepared with a few snacks.

Great pizzas and awesome offers on the door. Keep an eye open for the 3 pizza for £10.00. Friendly staff very entertaining and give a good service. Only reason why its not a 5 star is its not gourmet, but for a satirday night take out its great.

The food was really nice but the chefs should know their own dishes so I’m finding it difficult to understand why my meal was missing one of the listed ingredients on the menu.

Really good value for money! £3 for a combo burger meal, couldn't believe it! Chicken and lamb burger with chips and drink for so little. Can really recommend!

I wouldn't even rate this 1 star. Ordered 2 pizzas 3 hours ago that arrived an hour later both burnt with completely black edges on the crust and burnt crust bits in the box. Slices not even cut throughly to the end due to the hardness of the burnt base. When called we was told a replacement would be sent in 30 minutes, 2 hours later still no delivery. What a joke, now the staff are telling us that no order has been placed to be sent out to us. And that they can only give us a replacement if we pick up. Absolutely livid that my kids are going to bed later than normal after sitting around waiting for these idiots with their dinner!!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE COWBOYS!

ordered a pizza in 2006 recieved wrong order. It was supposed to be a pepperomi instead i got a donner on top of a pizza. filed a complaint but to no avail spent 4 hours waiting for a driver for our refund to come. Got bored with waiting so rang back but just gave us excuses instead of credit back. I recorded the complaint thru my mobile although not admissable but its in black and white anyway.

do not go to this place. rubbish pizzas and terrible service
