The Chicken Parmesan was outstanding! Great menu idea: offer your Parmesan sauce as an option on chips, it will be a winner. 2 thumbs up.

THE BEST FOOD EVER. Honestly! Over the time we've ordered pizzas, beef burgers, beef loaded fries, chicken parmesan.. Fresh ingredients in every dish. Which is so important for the taste and quality of food. And the food is juicy, never dry, garnished with delicious sauces, herbs. And they have proper wood fired piza oven. Amazing food! So so good! Once we had a problem with Just eat driver, Burger Lab was so helpful and sorted the problem out asap. You've got a client for life! :))

Burgers have changed not like how they used to be. Nuker burger was so bland.

The place must be under new hands, I used to order The Hyde chicken burger and it had gorgeous smoky sauce, now it tastes like it is smeared in really cheap curry paste, pretty sure that’s what they did, sad because this place used to be GREAT!! But avoid now

I received a gluten bun when I ordered gluten free thankfully I realised it wasn’t gluten free and didn't eat it because I am allergic to gluten and would’ve become very ill if I did, requested a refund after 3 useless phone calls and still have not received it 2 days later!

my buddy ordered a gluten free burger and when sent a burger containing gluten there was no refund or replacement #notcool...

This place clearly does not know what roasted chicken is as I was given breaded chicken tenders which tasted like any other fried tenders. Ringing them did not help as they claimed the dish is supposed to be like such.

used to be the best burgers around, not sure what happened but the burger I had was not good at all, no flavour and buns were soggy

Ordered with Uber eats a burger, french fries and diet Pepsi. That's what I got: no buns!! The salad is thrown a side, the meat is so overcooked and dry you wouldn't believe it. And finally, look at the fries in the pics... No words. Directly to the trash: this ain't a restaurant it's a scam!

The Hot Dog D'Lux and D'Lux Cheese Fries were so spicy, I wouldn't have ordered them if I'd have known.

Diabolical. Cold and undercooked chips, overcooked but cold burgers.

Burgers were spot on! Just as good as Five Guys. Opted for cheese on my chips and they don’t go shy on cheese. Although I’m not a fan of crinkle cut chips, I think I’d prefer fries but overall amazing and filling!

The chips were extremely undercooked. The burgers had been wrapped tightly in foil and were squashed, wet and soggy and were very sloppy.

Special instructions were not followed leaving food inedible ,wont be ordering again ,they do not value customers if they did they would pay attension to the customers requirements ,was not asking for much just simple instructions.

Food was fantastic served by Zain service was spot on, one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Bargain for the quality and portion.

Ordered food.... they waited 40 minutes when we are on a schedule then just cancelled the order. Cant say if the food is good or not as its currently non-existent.

The food was alright. There were two waitress, one of them took our order wrong so the manager had to sort it out. After we finished eating we had a lot of left overs so we asked the same waitress to pack it for us to take home. We were waiting. The second waitress was soo good and kind, while we were there he kept and coming to us asking if we were ok and if everyone was alright and if we needed anything. While we were waiting for our packed food the good waitress came and asked us if we needed anything then we said we were waiting for our food to be packed so he went into the kitchen to check at the same time the manager passed by and asked us if we needed anything then we said we were waiting for our food to be packed so he went into the kitchen to check as well. Guess what? The good waitress came and told us that the bad waitress had threw our food in the bin instead of packing it up, he apologized sincerely on behalf of the other waitress. The manager came and apologized too and refunded the price of our order thrown in the bin. So the wrong waitress came and apologized and claimed he was tired and had a lot in his mind.

Friendly customer service - polite service from people who know their food / burgers - Fast food turnaround, we usually ring in and pick up in 20 mins 👍 2. Great selection of menu items / burgers - it's pricey stuff / get what you pay for; the 'Big Bang', 'Dynamite Chilli' and 'Mr Hyde' are always a hit for us, well presented and filling; standard chips are good quality / good upgrade options available e.g. loaded beef fries 🤤 - Good options for kids! 3. Cosy environment / plenty of seating - no booths but enough seating for 20-30 people; can feel like you're squashed in if busy - Big windows / plenty of natural light / city centre action 😉 4. Prayer room facilities - no dedicated facilities but single prayer mat can be arranged; local mosque 5 min walk away 🤲 5. Tricky parking it's the town centre 🤷‍♂️ - we usually park around the rear for evening pick ups; during the day best to use the city centre parking facilities 👍

Wasn't great , Wasn't terrible average place. I got a burger, loaded frires and mocktail. loaded fries were decent burger was ok and mocktail was a bit disappointing. Came here after seeing a tiktok video.

Wow ! I’ve live locally and didn’t know this place had such amazing burgers ! I had the Prime Beef Burger, and simply put I was amazed at how good it was, fresh juicy, and you could taste the quality of the meat, and the way they prepped it with the sauce and burger relish was perfect. I’m going to be trying a lot more food from this place, I’ve heard good stuff about the pizzas also, so that could be next on the list InshaAllah

We ordered 2 burger’s 1 southern fried and 1 prime beef burger for take out food was lovely and warm when we got home.The burgers was the best burgers we have ever eaten we will definitely go back for more!😊

Burgers are extremely nice but my only complaint is they are very spicy! And I don't understand why. I built my own burger but all I could taste was my mouth on fire!

First time trying Burger Lab and was very impressed. The Prime Beef Burger was fantastic, beef was juicy and cooked well. Definitely one of the best around Dewsbury and Batley

I have previously visited and never had an complaints. However this time was another story. The man taking our order wasn't very pleasant or happy. When asked to clean the table he wasn't very happy. Eventually did clean the table. The floor was very dirty and needed a good clean. The nachos were good. The strawberry margarita was merely a diluted cordial with strawberries thrown in . The staff need some customer service training.

Burgers from Burger Lab are absolutely next level stuff, the flavour, the quality is easily the best round. If you know other local places, forget about them. This is total game changer. We've had supernova beef burger with pulled beef and beef fries and just wow, what a feast. If you want best quality, Burger Lab is place to go.

We did a small job for Burger Lab and as well as paying for the job they very kindly brought us some burger for the work force. everybody really enjoyed then . the burgers were really tasty and defiantly not processed or frozen. I would recommend them to anyone and i will be visiting again for certain.
