Staff best at what they do here been to plenty in my area and rare you'll find one like ravensthorpe clean, fresh and staff give you plenty if you ask for it plus they're helpful too to help you understand whats what

They say they close at 8 I went way before 8 and they’ve closed up and doors locked change your timings if your not going to stay open till 8

Really bad experience here, best to avoid, your better off going to another subway branch. Ordered 2 kids meal, bread was rock solid and was inedible. Went back to the subway, supervisor and staff said it was there fault for toasting the bread for too long and to come back the following day as the manager would be in. Went back the following day and no manager, so the staff helpfully called the supervisor and owner. I then spoke to the owner on the phone who had zero customer service skills, was extremely rude and rather than accepting they had made a mistake which the supervisors and staff had already admitted to the day before, the owner continued to speak to me rudely and make out as if it was my fault. Would give zero stars if it was possible. Disgusting customer service Poor quality food

Went there at 6 50pm and they looked like they were closing up. Asked if I could order said yes and my god everything was empty and run out if cheese. Never again.

Very dirty. Came on a sunday, floors are dirty, tables dirty, no customers inside and nothing being cleaned. Just terrible to eat in.

Very Rude are the 2 Asian ‘ladies’. Ordered on the app for collection got there at my time slot to be told ‘you’ll have to wait mate we’re busy’. 25 minutes later I’m still waiting and they’ve served 3 walk in customers. At this point I asked how long it’s going to be to be told ‘I said wait mate we’re busy’. There was no one else in the store when I first entered and when I asked how long there was no one else left in so I have no idea what they were busy doing when they’re both just stood their talking in Urdu. After 40 minutes of waiting a delivery driver comes in who’s been waiting for his order for what he said was 50 MINUTES in his car. The driver told the two Asian ladies this is such a bad experience for the customer and one of the ‘ladies’ (the fat one in a scarf) responded by saying ‘if they’re too lazy to come to store they can wait for us to do their order when we’re ready’. Is that really how you talk about customers who are paying for a service? I eventually got my order after 45 minutes. Them ‘ladies’ should be ashamed of themselves! Don’t get me started at the absolute mess the place was in and this is when they’d just opened.

I don’t usually give reviews but had to on this one and Would give zero if was possible! The man working there extremely rude and arrogant and when complaint was made the Manager - Saima Tabassum refuses to deal it and ignores all communication! Calls customers liars! Could not believe her really appalling manner! Sent emails for a month and she NEVER REPLIES!! Never come across a Manager to work in this manner extremely unprofessional but Asian woman Manager who think she is above the law! Disgraceful terrible woman! PEOPLE BEWARE when things go wrong!

absolutely disgusting. Ordered a footlong ham salad, it comes, completely different bread, no lettuce and no cheese, and a completely different drink,I have rang up and the lady was disgusting, sayibg she put cheese on and they sold out of bread and lettuce when they should’ve let us know in advance,saying bring the food down when we ordered on Uber eats for a reason, she’s ended the phone with no respect at all.

Lovely staff and service very clean place

I took my mum to do some shopping and she needed the toilet. The girl behind the counter was so kind and asked if she could clean it before she used it and offered help. Young girl with longish hair. I wish I knew her name. It really helped me out as there were no other toilets about. Thank you for kindness and support - wish there were more people like this.

Served by the lady who was wearing a head scarf. She was very welcoming and helpful. She gave her 100% whilst taking our order and everything was on point. Food was fresh and tasty. Overall we had really good experience and definitely recommend this place.

The 2 female staff were very rude and the place looked like it needed a really good clean rubbish on the floor and under the seats we went in at 12.15 and it was obviously not cleaned the night before

Theres a fat guy called Mahad here or his name is along them lines. Has zero customer service skills, never changes his gloves after touching meat even though he's serving a vegetarian. Throws your food around and onto the counter. Flies were also sitting on the salad so the place is being kept very unclean. I think this guy might be the manager which says a lot. I saw him training a couple of years ago and the guy barely knew from A to B and now he’s the manager. Today he’s scammed me and charged me extra for a bag I didn’t ask for. After I told him I don’t want a bag he refused to refund me and take the bag back. Its always him that i’ve had problems when ordering, I was a regular but won’t be returning again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service provided by staff at this store, visited with my kids and was advised coupon was not acceptable (despite the store address visible on coupon) very unprofessional and showed no courtesy or professionalism. The staff member was very rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend this store to anyone. Very disappointed. Will think twice before coming here again.

Food was okay,Nothing great but not terrible just standard. The problem was we had to stop here to feed our baby and I've never seen a high chair so dirty. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Not very safe when babys eat their hands after touching all this mess. I would advise staying away if you need to use highchairs

Very polite staff making beautiful sandwiches.

Went today, gentleman behind the counter preparing my sandwich was polite enough. However, I was served a sandwich on stale bread. The veg was wilted and part of the tomatoes put in the sandwich we’re frozen. It ended up in the bin.

Do not recommend Food feels soggy and old and the location is poorly ventilated. I'm a regular subway customer but this is one of the few places I wouldn't recommend.

Shame they couldn't be bothered to put any notices up to say they would be closed for refurbishment. Will have to use one of the others in the future.

Always come to this subway while in the area. Young lad I think his names Uzair is quite helpful and very friendly. 100% recommend this place.

Ignorant staff more interested in playing on their phones than serving.

Blonde girl quite rude and arrogant my 5 year old grandson requested a very plain sub consisting of only cheese no salad or sauce she asked if I wanted extra cheese for an extra 20p I said would he not get that any way as he wasn't having anything else on it(not even toasted) and I got a blunt answer of "No! It doesn't work like that" not very good customer service will use the other subway local to myself from now on

1. The blonde girl needs to learn some manners. The way she speaks to customers is rude. 2. The sandwiches used to be really good but have recently gone down hill.

Love the breakfast subs. Choice of sub roll , bacon with cheese melted under grill then add salad and sauces with a coffee from just over £2 available till 11am. Only downside is when it's busy you have to queue and wait as all subs are freshly made to your taste!

So tried the new chilli and paprika bread for my lunch today with my usual veg patty sub and love it

Not the best subway in terms of food quality but very friendly staff and was glad to find a toilet even if it was only for customers!

Not as keen since the menu changes as my favourite items have been discontinued. Might have to find somewhere else til the next lot of changes are made. Wouldn't mind but I've really loved there menu, especially the turkey, bacon and avocado wrap...and the honey oat bread (RIP honey oat).

Very disappointed. For 5 years I was an almost daily, (eat in) customer here. In all of that time I was impressed with all aspects, especially the competent and friendly staff. For the last year I have only been a weekly, (eat out) customer. During this time I have noted a very steep decline. Menu items too regularly unavailable. The general appearance of the food counter and seating area has suffered. The bathroom facility is often unclean and shabby. The staff are now slow, disinterested and flippant in their communication. I will endeavour to remain a customer but I appeal to the manager to up the game before people start to go elsewhere.

Brilliant, steak and cheese 6 inch meal, granddaughter had 12 inch on the new cheesy garlic, we both enjoyed it very much, would recommend subway to everyone, a good meal out.

As good as most Subways and better than some. Not as small as some I've been in lately either. Food is fresh & with all the salad it's super healthy. And a 6 inch tuna on 9 grain wheat is only 7 points if you're following the Weight Watchers thing.

A bit slow on serving at times but good food

Watch out for the young blonde girl server if you order 6inch sub, because she doesn't cut the bread rolls in half, so you only get a 4 inch sub. She does the same with the salads you don't get value for money.. 😢

A nice subway. Not halal - but their large lattes at £1.89 are pretty cheap, so I would recommend these with perhaps a sweetener to boot! Staff are pretty friendly, but it does get pretty packed during lunch hours (11am - 1pm) as one would expect. So try to come here outside these hours if you're in a rush and want their cool sandwiches. Their nachos with cheese at £2.49 (I think) are really nice. Just make sure you say you want a 'generous' amount of cheese, because if you say 'extra' cheese, they will charge you more! Have them with a dash of Salsa, jalapenos - and even light mayo on the top if you fancy! But remember to get a knife and a fork too, because the cheese sticks to the base of the cardboard serving box - and you wanted more cheese anyway, right? Enjoy! Ibrar

Quick and easy food. The wait is usually very short and I have never had an issue with the staff or cleanliness of the store.

Served by two men who appeared very untidy in appearance and certainly not very clean looking considering they were preparing food. Laid back attitude and had to ask me twice what I wanted. Poor.

Been to one you've been to them all but then again Subway is the only place I know of where you can get jalapenos & chilli sauce on a breakfast sub 😋
