It was nice but some came cold

Apart from the spring rolls which weren’t very nice, everything else was lovely

Turned up late But was informed that it would be late

Always order from here and normally fantastic arrived 30 mins late and tasted horrible we had to chuck in bin. Disappointed tonight chans we will not be returning as I would rather pay more for fresher food ..

If I could put zero I would. It is usually nice here but we’ve waited 90 minutes for our order and everything is cold. The chips taste like they were cooked an hour ago, they are dry and not seasoned despite these being salt and pepper. Disappointing!

Food was over an hour, then got marked as delivered when it wasn’t. Had to wait a further 20 minutes after they’d marked it as delivered for my food. When I called to ask they were very rude to me on the phone. Very poor customer service and the food wasn’t worth it

We ordered our food with two hours notice. Admittedly, this was on a Saturday night, but the food still arrived a full ten minutes after the initial 15 minutes we got a message to say it had bee delayed by.

Great food & delivery. The dumplings are delicious. Only issue was there was an excessive amount of soy sauce used it the spring rolls that left a strong salty taste afterwards, but that is a personal preference. Also, adding a few napkins would be a bonus

The salt and pepper chips had no flavouring to them at all, just tasted like normal chips. The salt and pepper chicken was dry and also just tasted like plain chicken

Not really enough meat for 2 people. Mostly rice noodles and chips. A bit more salt and pepper chicken would’ve been great for the money. Other than that, tasty food

It was cold when it came and the pizza box was all soggy the omlet looked like it had been run had been run over

We have ordered many times from here, But after last Saturday the 21st of September no more. The food took well over an hour to arrive after calling again to ask how long now? The reply was it's on the way. The driver must have done another 19 drops before ours. When it did arrive the food was cold, and the order incomplete. When we called again they said we didn't order the missing food even though they read the order back to us. So now they will not be getting anymore orders from us.

The food was burnt and tasted disgusting and was very oily

Took a gamble ordering from here as we are not from the area and to our surprise the food was FANTASTIC!!!!! Couldn’t fault a thing. Top taste and quality!!!! Next time we visit this area we will definitely be ordering again.

Used to be amazing back in the day it was the eat Chinese around. All the food had a sweet taste to it its absolute garbage dont know what happened but its not the same wont be ordering here again

I previously I enjoyed this place. However the spring rolls tonight were literally filo and beansprours. The main was enjoyed by other half but I’m gutted. Will try once more then never again, hoping it’s because of demand.

When the food is good it's great, when it's not it's just good but it is always nice. My biggest issue is that it costs more to order online and they have no card machine and they charge extra for bank transfer payment.

Asked the restaurant to remove the mushrooms and onions from the food and they literally removed every bit of vegetables. This made the food very bland and not nice to eat. Had to throw it away. Chinese isn't cheap at the best of times so to throw it away wasn't ideal. The food here is normally spot on so I don't understand what happened on this occasion.

Solid food :) Everything tasted more than ok - nothing to complain about really! Chow mein, salt and pepper king prawns, egg fried rice, tofu (bean curd) - all tasted pretty good

The food is really tasty, well cooked and come in generous portions. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We order online regularly, we forgot to put a note once asking for a substitution and they rang us to make sure we had the right order. Top notch service. This is my go to place for Asian cuisine.

Hot and sour soup more like sweet and sour. Disappointed!

Duck so overcooked it was cut into shards not shredded prawns in thick undercooked batter will never order from Chan's again £37 in the bin if I had of been served that in a restaurant would have sent it back

Usually good from here but today the food was delayed which is understandable if it were busy. But I was hoping my food would arrive warm and fresh. Chips were cold and everything in my starter had gone like warm and lost crunch/was dry in the ribs case. Sucks cause I love this place usually.

Best Chinese takeaway in the area! Never had any problems with my orders. Worth every penny! Food very tasty and freshly made! Wide selection of dishes. Orders always made fast and ready to collect in 15minutes! Will recommend to everyone! On the picture my favorite mix- deep fried shredded beef in chili sauce and singapore vermicelli! Always yummy!

40 mins late after calling then to see we’re my order was . The rice and noodles were in cardboard box not very warm food . Spare ribs were nice if wud of been warmer .

Driver charged extra £1.50 cash for delivery

Twice now, 3 months apart they have let us down. Ordered at 6;30, at 7;30 no sign. We are 2 miles away. Called , they said on its way - 10 minutes. 20 minutes later no food. Called again and cancelled the order. 8;00 it came and we sent them away.

Unfortunately our order was short one of the noodle dishes. We ordered a special chow mien and a prawn pad thai. We called the restaurant and informed them but unfortunately no one was able to resolve it. They seem to be arguing amongst each other. Submitted a refund request on one noodle dish and awaiting it back from Just Eat. The food that was delivered was ok.

The special fried rice and noodles was ok but too spicy. My kids wouldn’t eat it so I basically wasted £23. I don’t expect fried rice and noodles to burn my throat but this did.

Our delivery was shocking was first estimated to be delivered between 7:10 and 7;25 but then at 5 past was informed it would arrive between 7:25 and 7:45 and the order still arrived late.

I do not like the food at all. I asked for prawn chow mein and received noodle soup with all this extra vegetables and mushrooms it wasn’t a chow mein at all, barely any noodles and I hate the taste of everything overall. Would rather get my money back and definitely not eating the rest of the food. Never ordering from here again.

Always 10/10 food it’s my go to restaurant when I want a Chinese it’s the best around here would definitely recommend.

Fat, Uncooked Skin and Soggy Onions delivered rather than Duck Meat, Ginger and Spring Onions. Avoid using as the food is absolutely hideous. I didn't even eat it in the end or give it to my dog. It was absolutely disgusting.

Ordered 2 chicken dishes, not much chicken in either dish.

Best Chinese we've had in ages! Really fast delivery and all the food was absolutely delicious! Won't go anywhere else for a Chinese takeaway from now on. Thanks for a great meal

Food was good I got a 12" munch box just don't be fooled the box it filled with Noodles, rice and chips. Compared to other places which have more variety in the box

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This has always been our favourite chinese, after not ordering for months we ordered last weekend, waited 2 hours and what we got was diabolical. My partner got some bad chicken, we rung them and told them it didn't taste right. 3am in the morning he was up in the night been sick, we rung them again the next day to tell them he wasn't well and the customer service was terrible. So annoying because we've always loved chans. Now to find a new Chinese!

The prawn toast was clearly reheated from a previous day. The Beef in OK sauce was cold and flavourless, very unpleasant. The fried rice was fine. Overall, very disappointing and overpriced.

Awful! ordered at 5:45, told 30-45 minutes. Rang back at 6:50 to be told driver on way, turned up at 7:55 over two hours later. Never seen Chinese food like it, chicken curry was mushy as if it had been reheated, same for chips very soggy, salt and pepper chips didn’t even have any peppers in? rang back and complained - waste of time wasn’t interested and waste of £40. Never again, didn’t realise it had changed hands, used to be lovely

Got wrong order. Wasn't willing to correct it even after offering to pay the difference. Very rude. Even after ordering from here often enough.

Collection was earlier than expected and due to this, the food was cold. The rice was undercooked and lacked flavour for obvious reasons that it was under cooked. The noodles were undercooked and cold. For the price of £19, I’d expect food to be up to a much better standard and definitely not cold and undercooked. The chicken was cold and wasn’t able to eat. Really disappointed with my food and order.

Ordered the £19 salt and pepper meal deal, thought it would all come in separate containers like any Chinese would do but no, all came in a pizza box all opened up apart from curry sauce. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon

Very disappointed. We waited over 90 minutes for order to be delivered. Ordered wonderful dragon, 2 of the main ingredients were missing, duck and prawns. Ordered a portion of OK sauce instead we got some kind of lemon sauce. Lemon sauce isn't even on the menu so how the hell did this happen. Definitely will NOT be going there again.

Not in the slightest bit happy , i placed my order at 7.20pm and was told between 8&820pm for delivery. It is now almost 9pm and my order still isn’t here as the driver has presumed he knew where he was going and not put my post code in to sat nav so at completely wrong place - food cold and no real apology.

Tried to ring continuously to cancel due to how late my order was and the phone was obviously taken off the hook. Arrived at 9.45. Tried to send back with driver as we had eaten by then but she said it wasn’t up to her and may not be refunded. I would like a refund as this food went to waste. Appalling service as had I been able to get through on the phone I would have cancelled upon receiving the late notification. It still didn’t arrive within the time given.

Spring rolls were not spring rolls they were the larger pancake rolls, which I normally wouldn’t mind but these were disgusting, couldn’t eat them after the first bite, chips were rock hard like they were re-fried from the day before & the gravy you could’ve stood a spoon in it it was that thick, won’t be using them again

Food quality was rubbish. Already had an hour wait time when ordered, but was half hour late. Drinks were warmer than the food. Definitely won’t order again

I pressed to collect by mistake !! So it was a quick call problem resolved & the came piping hot & very tasty ? So all I can say is 10 out of 10 & I will be ordering again
