Mi esposa y yo pedimos comida a los 17. 50 , nos dijeron que estaría con nosotros a las 18 . 50 . A las 19. 00 nuestra comida no había llegado. Me puse en contacto con Golden Bridge para tratar de averiguar si nuestra comida era, me dijeron que estaría con nosotros a las 19. 20 , le dije a la joven por teléfono que no estaba feliz ya que nos habían dicho que estaría con nosotros a los 18 . 50 , ella dijo que no es mi culpa, pero no tenemos suficientes repartidores, le informé que esto no era nuestra culpa, y que no nos habían dicho esto cuando pedimos nuestra comida por primera vez. Le pregunté cuándo se entregaría nuestra comida, ella dijo que estaba en camino. Volví a llamar a las 19. 15 Preguntando por qué nuestra comida todavía no estaba aquí, la joven se estresó conmigo, yo también estaba muy estresado y debo admitir que levanté la voz del monte. Con esto me colgó, intenté llamar de vuelta, pero ella siguió rechazando mi llamada hasta que puse identificador de llamada delante de mi número, luego respondió, la desafié en cuanto a por qué me bloqueó el número, luego comenzó a llorar y luego me entregó al propietario creo, me dijeron que nuestra comida sería de 20 minutos más, ya que ni siquiera se había cocinado todavía. Estoy absolutamente disgustado por la forma en que me trataron y me mintieron, el gerente nos dio un reembolso completo y prometió que nuestra comida se entregaría en diez minutos y estaría caliente, finalmente llegó 2 horas y diez minutos después y era tibio. Por lo tanto, esto convirtió lo que debería haber sido una noche relajante en una noche muy estresante después de una dura semana en el trabajo. Mis amigos de la familia y yo hemos usado Golden Bridge durante muchos años, pero desafortunadamente no los volveremos a usar ya que esto se trató totalmente de mala manera, todavía no puedo creer lo grosera que fue la joven al teléfono conmigo, y cómo me mintieron. Absolutamente asqueroso.

Really lovely Chinese takeaway , every dish we ordered was hot and tasty & was ready to collect at specified time . Would definitely return

Menu shows free delivery within 2 miles but £2 was added to the meal cost and we are 1.8 miles as shown on Google maps! Best not say free if you are just going to add it?

Best Chinese in Cambridge! Delicious food for a reasonable price and the friendliest owners. A family owned business that never disappoints.

Had fish and chips the fish was definitely frozen there was no skin at the bottom of the fish the batter was soggy and very thick not crispy. It was awful

If you remember the hing hung in Cambridge many years ago then you will appreciate this takeaway as it is a throwback to that lovely style curry with loads of crunchy onions and the big juicy pancake rolls (ask for the meat ones) I dont normally praise a takeaway but this is the nuts 😋 by the way this was a delivery and was very quick.

The food is great but we were told 1 hr 15 and it took over 2 hours to receive. Very frustrating when you are hungry !

We used to use this Chinese takeaway when we lived in Cherry Hinton and was always very pleased with the food. Since moving further out we didn’t think they would deliver. During lockdown we discovered they do. We ordered and were delighted with the way the food is as good as it’s always been. I have a feeling we are going to be regular customers!!!!

We have had 5 takeaways from here in the last few months, and everyone has been superb. Great quality food and very tasty. Highly recommended.

We have been using this place during the Coronavirus as our local isn’t always open. All our food has been hot, fresh, and truly delicious. I’m tempted to change to these guys permanently!

Staff friendly, food freshly cooked, delicious and a reasonable price I have to write hundred words but that’s too many I can’t think of a hundred things to say. So because I thought the Chinese golden bridge was so delicious I havre to write an essay, hope this is enough ❤️

Pidió dos platos que se cubrieron con una especie de jarabe espeso de color amarillo macabro en un plato y un jarabe de naranja en otro que parecía y sabía a jarabe de postre demasiado dulce. El plato parecía arrojado a toda prisa.El pollo era grumoso, duro, seco, no masticable, no comestible y no se detectó carne en el otro plato, que estaba grasiento y sin sabor debajo del jarabe. Estaba esperando una salsa sabrosa con al menos uno de los platos pero ambos sabían raro, como comer un postre dulce muy enfermizo y una comida sabrosa en uno. Vil. Chips muy grasos, amarillos duros y no frescos.Vile, incomible y un completo desperdicio de dinero y decepción. Sorprendido por la mala calidad. Nunca para volver.

I have eaten from here plenty of times. But yesterday I had the worst experience on delivery. Not only did you get our order wrong we then phoned and explained. Still the order was wrong when it was delivered for the second time. I ordered 2x plain chicken rice 1x plain egg fried rice. And got 1 steamed rice 1 egg rice not plain and 1 chicken rice not plain. Not happy at all.

Now called Golden Bridge it’s probably my favourite Chinese takeaway in Cambridge. They’ve recently started delivering and the food has always come within the guided time. I’ve ordered a few times and never had bad food. It can sometimes be abit hard to order on the phone depending who you get but I always managed to order ok.

Now it is called "Golden Bridge" for Chinese takeaway food. Pros: 1. Near my home; 2. Service is good. Cons: 1. Food is below average; 2. Dishes are usually not what I expect from the dish names. But I'll visit here in the future as there're few Chinese restaurants nearby.

The Golden Pizza as was - Golden Bridge now that it's stopped doing pizza - is a gem amongst Chinese takeaways. It has a wide and varied menu, and an adaptability to dietary requirements that many Chinese takeaways lack. But the real win here is the food itself. It's (almost) always cooked just right. Prawn toasts are fresh and juicy, not hard and dry; the sweet and sour prawn balls are tender and not doughy; dishes are nicely seasoned. The only things I'd suggest avoiding are the shredded beef (overcooked), and the chow mein, which seems to include some kind of sweet and not entirely pleasant sauce. The egg fried rice contains spring onions, something most Chinese takeaways don't do. If you like it, that's great; if you have an onion allergy, it can be an unpleasant surprise.

We go here most weekends for a take-away. The food is always generous in portion and decent quality compared to most take-aways. It's a fairly standard take-away fare, so as long as you don't expect gourmet food you shouldn't be disappointed.

I found them rude on the phone and didn't understand my order, then received the wrong order and food looked like been made yesterday I called back up and the lady was soo rude to me totally ruined my experience and i won't be returning !

Me paré en recientemente a cenar algo y nos pareció que el Golden Pizza una media llevar. madera sillas plegables para esperar, el típico plato chino señales de propaganda, y un orden en la barra llevar sistema. Los platos chinos eran sabrosos y no demasiado Msged, y el tamaño de la porción era bueno. La comida estaba bien preparado, y la espera razonable. Vale la pena una segunda visita.
