Been going here for 30 years. Usually go once a week. I have tried many different meals and have not had a bad one. Great service and lovely food. The best Chinese in Winchester.

I have been going here for over 30 years, hadn't been for a while and was shocked at the 0 food hygiene rating also the food was awful. Thought it might just be an off day so have tried it a couple more time but unfortunately still just as bad..... Bring back Jack

An excellent Chinese - highly recommended. They don't deliver or have a website so you need to do a good old-fashioned telephone order and go and pick it up. Definitely worth it though! The food is always freshly cooked and hot, and the owner is always so happy and friendly.

Excellent food and great service.The crispiest shredded beef I've ever tasted. Always freshly cooked. Highly recommended chicken satay -main course and shredded beef.

Fresh, tasty and consistently good food. The owners are always friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a good, local Chinese takeaway definitely try this one.

I was diagnosed with celiac disease and thought I could never have Chinese again. They have been amazing catering for my gluten allergy. Very knowledgeable. Been using them for 3 years now and never had a reaction to the food. They will also cook meals for me that are not on their extensive menu. I cannot tolerate even the tiniest amount of gluten. Cannot recommend them high enough. Very generous portions, food always delicious. I will know within 20 minutes of eating if the food has gluten in it.

A family run, traditional Chinese take away located in Stanmore for over quarter of a century. The food is well cooked, generous and tasty. A traditional range of dishes cooked fresh every time and a generous gift of prawn crackers thrown in unknowingly. A real gem in the heart of Stanmore.

Turned up at 10:50pm and although they was technically shut the lovely people let me in and took my order and the food was not to disappoint! Lovely and fresh and everyone enjoyed it! Thank you so much!

Nuestra familia ha usado Jack's por más de 25 años y siempre me han encantado la comida y la familia. Incluso si nos alejamos de Winchester, todavía regresamos por un 'Jacks'. Jack your food is amazing. The spare ribs cooked beautifully meaty & tender. Chicken chow mein sauce lovely. House special fried rice one of the best I have ever had.

Have used this takeaway many times and have always had good quality and value food. Can't rate high enough.

Excellent service and ALWAYS excellent food , The curries are highly recommended and always provide a great take away . Great value and always tastes freshly cooked . A wide menu and fast and efficient service .

This Chinese takeaway has been consistently great for as long as I've been going (over 25 years!) Always a friendly welcome from Jack too. The food is lovely, and very reasonably priced - the sweet and sour sauce is the best I've tasted.
