Golden palace is one of the best takeaways in town! Not only do they have the best food they also have the best customer service! The family is amazing! Bonus they have Halal chicken AND The chicken chow mein is 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic Chinese take away, a real hidden gem and well worth seeking out. Generous portions and very tasty without that over processed taste. I had Sweet & Sour Prawns Hong Kong Style and was up there with the best I've ever had before. Did I mention the staff are super friendly and helpful too. No Cards. Cash or Bank Transfer Only.

The food is always wonderful and delivered in a speedy fashion to Stokenchurch. The lady on the phone always remembers the specifics of the order (don’t write on the bag) and the delivery guys are very polite too. The chilli and garlic beef is absolutely brilliant! Keep up the good work guys!

As usual, the food we ordered was excellent and very tasty. We opted to have the order delivered and it arrived earlier than quoted over the phone and was piping hot. My guest said it was the best and tastiest Chinese meal she’d had in a long time.

I’ve tried many Chinese takeaways in my time lol. This is by far the best I’ve ever had. After leaving london it’s been hard to find a great Chinese. Lemon ribs are to die for. Duck. Rice. All of it lol. Spot on every time. 😍 delivery is always prompt and the young lady who delivers is always great in finding the house. Even in the dark . And lady on the end of the phone is lovely 😊 A*****

Very generous portions, good value for money and the food was very tasty. The beef Szechuan had nice kick. The crispy duck was excellent (minor quibble is perhaps there were not enough pancakes for those of us who roll on the slim side). The sweet and sour prawns Hong Kong style were delicious. Very pleased to have found this place. Worth noting that it was cash only when we visited, but that did not interfere with the order.

Best chinese takeaway hands down. 5* service from behind the counter to home delivery, 5* food honestly its super nice would give it 6* if i could and only visited the actual takeaway itself this last weekend and its got a propper little chinese takeaway feeling about it.

The food was amazing, we had sweet and sour chicken balls, bbq spare ribs, salt and pepper chicken, egg fried rice and special fried rice. I can honestly say it's one if the best Chinese meals I've had. Everything was piping hot and the service was very good. Would definitely use them again if over this way.

Unfortunately, incorrect order delivered. When contacted, the lady on the phone said ‘there’s nothing we can do’. She then hung up. The food that was delivered was not of a great standard either. Overall, the service was impressively bad - we have not had an experience like that before. Would not recommend.

Me & my partner are really impressed with golden palace! We’ve tried almost every Chinese in the area but this one is our new go to, especially with the reasonable price - The first time we’ve both finished our plates!! The girls at the counter seemed lovely too, despite my awkward questions about the kung po chicken (which is battered btw- the best way!) & my boyfriend said they were the best salt&pepper chicken wings he’s had! We will defo be back 🥰

Best Chinese in the area. Only downside is they don't take card so either have to have cash handy or stop at a cashpoint on the way. Food always nice and hot and crispy and not soggy. Decent portion sizes!

After moving from London, I've struggled to find a good Chinese restaurant in Wycombe that even match the standards of my old local. This is by far at the same standard as the previous restaurant in my old area. Plus the woman at the counter is so friendly as well as the women in the kitchen. Only had to wait 10 mins, was very quick. I definitely will be back!

Friendly service, great food, what's not to love?! Cash only so make sure you're organised. Parking on road and haven't had any trouble finding a space close by. Not my most local Chinese but well worth a few minutes extra drive.

Lovely food never had a bad meal from here! This is our go to Chinese. And the only Chinese place I know that do chicken and cheese rolls which are delicious! Always a pleasure to order from here!

Ordered from here several times, always really great meals. We love them.

Used and recomended many times, however recent order wasnt good and what was more dissapointing was the response from them. I may well not return and based on the response I cant recomend any further. Service is as important as the food and when the food was not good the response was equal to it. I have based this entirely on this recent use as I have used a lot and it has been good, this however undoes the good. I did give them the opportunity to resolve, but they chose not to which certainly changes my views. Will try one of the others next time so hope some good reviews local on others.

First time using Golden Palace, superb food. Has the set meal for two, big portions, good quality. Will definitely order again even though we are in Totteridge.

We have used this take away before but quite some time ago and was happy with the food. I am pleased to say that the food was excellent again. We had the food delivered and the time from order to delivery was quoted as an hour but came in 40 minutes which was great.

Phoned and placed an order as reviews were looking good. The lady on the phone was friendly and polite. The young guy who delivered our order was again friendly and extremely polite. Once we received our order we were extremely disappointed. The smoked shredded chicken was burnt, the duck was dry and rubbery, the rice was dry and like plastic and the chicken in black bean sauce was of poor quality!!!! I phoned back and spoke to the same lady who was again, very friendly and helpful given that I was complaining about the food! They came and collected and gave me my money back! No issues! If the caliber of food is like it was for us tonight all the time then I do wonder how they are still in business. I can only hope that this was a one off! Shame because we wont be using them again!

Food was taped shut in plastic boxes and tasted as if it had been cooked way in advance and warmed then served that way however staff where nice and portions where more then adequate

A great Chinese takeaway local good value fast and friendly staff serving always smiling didn't have enough money and they said pay tomorrow which is very trusting in today's society unfortunately. Have been here quite a few times they deliver too which i think is free love the chicken chow mien, they have an extensive menu and are always helpful when stuck on what to choose and cannot fault the layout with nice seating while you wait newspaper always available will return soon :))
