absolutely shocking, the all in one trays are very very dissapointing, you can tell they put them straight in the microwave,most the chips are hard the beef is chewy and the chicken is dryer than a crusty flip flop, spent £30 and the only thing that's was decent was the lettuce for the yuk sung and we didn't even get free prawn crackers 😯😯😯😯

First time ordering, won’t be the last. Very impressed by the delivery time (especially starting from 4pm) and driver was great too. Food arrived lovely and warm and tasted really great. We would highly recommend the chilli honey chips, absolutely sensational.

2 things was missing from my order

food was disappointing as it was cold and 50 minutes late and missing items off order, won't be ordering again

I did order just after 5 o’clock and we only live on the milking bank and it arrived in the time slot but it did take longer than our usual quick service 1 3/4 hour from order to arrival just for 3 items . Still lovely food .

food was delicious, came within half an hour and couldn't say anything bad about it! both me and my partner really enjoyed our meal, if I had to say anything bad, put the drinks separate from food, but its a minor inconvenience

normally get free prawn crackers and spring rolls if spend over certain amount had none. and my partner ordered in week and was the same very disappointing 😞

Ordered food from golden garden in gornal Waited 1hr 30 mins for food was told would be 30 mins phoned to see where order was after an hour to get attitude and no apology driver came asked to check if food was cold and was told not his problem snatched money out my hand asked why it took 1hr 30 mins and he said he didn't start till 7 so nothing to do with him and sped off in his car website says delivery from 4.30 till 10.30 and no apology for delay food was luke warm and just about edible whole attitude from start to finish was diabolical will never use these again

Not as good as usual. Crispy chicken requested was soggy. Hot and sour soup was sub par.

My husband was unwell all night, the steak and gravy which was separated smelled funny, he was throwing up all night. Not impressed with the food at all

Sad to be writing this as normally the food is lovely but the last time wasn’t as good as before but we thought maybe it’s a one off but today the food was horrible chicken was stringy and chewy and the curry or chips left a horrible taste in our mouth also the onion in the curry I had onion skin in it. so that was the last straw and it went in the bin. Must be a new chef but I won’t be using again. Sorry

Wrong item delivered ordered chicken balls with chow mien got chicken balls chips and rice???

All dishes extremely spicy. Even the beef in black bean sauce was overly spicy. It over powered the taste of the black bean.

Waited over 1.5 hours for food to arrive, when it did it was cold. Ordered chicken and prawn curry got just prawn curry with no chicken. Food not bad but won't be returning because of these issues.

I am a regular at Golden Garden. The food is usually spot on. But tonight it was late and cold. I always spend over £20 with every order and I never get any complimentary prawn crackers. Considering I’m a regular I do think this is a bit bad.

Food was delicious, we all enjoyed our meals. My daughter said it was the best Chinese meal she had ever had!

Great food we had a set menu for 2 and plenty of extras a great meal to celebrate New Year’s Eve. Would highly recommend the Golden Garden.

Do not order from here, my order wasn’t even delivered had to go and collect after paying delivery and you might aswell talk to the wall because you can’t communicate clearly with staff and just to rub it in the food was cold

Best salt and pepper chicken wings , but sadly quantity is small along with other dishes from this establishment, times may be hard but at least give a suitable portion to accompany your prices

absolutely disgusting i’ve just paid 35 pound for my order for it to come and be cold had to put it in the microwave the curry was like jelly, chips were black and hard rang to complain to be told it couldn’t have been cold will pass your message onto the chef, i definitely won’t be ordering again disgusting!!!

I paid £35 on my order for it to be delivered cold! The chips were mostly black and really greasy and had sweated in the bag. The curry was all congealed and wasn’t even able to pour the curry sauce out of the tub. When ringing to let them know I was told that it couldn’t possibly be cold and that they would just pass on the message. This is absolutely disgusting, will not be ordering again!
