A little gem 💎 of a takeaway,beautiful food delivered hot and tasty!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered for collection for the first time, pleased with the food and the service. Had crispy duck with plum sauce, king prawns with ginger, yeung chow rice, ribs, dumplings and a portion of vegetables. Everything was delicious, duck was very crispy, lots of ginger with the prawns, lots of meat in the rice. Dumplings had gone a bit soggy in the box but that's expected. Friendly service. Got some veg rolls as freebies, very nice.

Ordered for the first time tonight, decided on delivery rather than collection. Ordered duck spring rolls, salt and pepper chips, chicken/beef curry with egg fried rice and Singapore chowmein. These are our usual choices ( not usually all in one order!!) but we thought it was worth it to try out. The duck spring rolls were amazing with the dip. The Singapore chowmein was very nice with lots of ingredients prawns, chicken, pork etc as it should be ( not overly spicy but very tasty indeed ( we'll just add a "hotter" request to the next order no doubt, but thats just us). The curry was nice with decent amounts of both chicken and beef and onion, egg fried rice was fine as expected and salt and pepper chips were SUPERB! With bits of sliced chillies they were SO tasty. It's the 1st time I've had those, but will definitely be adding that to the next order in place of regular chips. Ordered online and were quoted 60 mins, but arrived fresh and piping hot in 30 mins which was great and delivered by a lovely friendly lady. Totally satisfied and will be ordering again. Thank you.

Nice food phone service very polite

Had a spring roll, chicken curry and egg fried rice. Curry was excellent. I think the spring roll and rice were cooked in old oil as they were greasy and burnt tasting. Not so nice. I'll go back but maybe do my own rice

Ordered special vermicelli special chow mein in sauce... what I got was a dry chow mein with rice noodles... delivery was within 5 mins of ordering. I would like to know the make and model of their microwave cos I want one. Bye bye kowloon house, never again Gave them another chance. Same precooked frozen microwaved garbage. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Used them for over 2 years now and never had a single complaint. Always delicious, always fresh and piping hot. Even my husband has never moaned and that's a real rarity. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else

Ordered for my brothers birthday, asked them to write happy birthday on the bag and they did bless them, thanks very much he really enjoyed it

Best Chinese ive had in a while !!!

Never have a bad meal from here, we have a Chinese opposite our house and always use New Kowloon. Always comes fresh, hot, drivers are always friendly and delivery is always quick!!

Tried for the first time as was staying local …you won’t be disappointed….love my food and this place was tops …definitely recommend…great meal great value

Have grown up eating this Chinese and even now its changed hands its still bostin! Highly reccomend the chicken satay skewers they are to die for and crispy beef. I was pleasantly greeted by Kyle on the desk very friendly and polite we had a good old natter while I waited for my Chinese. Will deffo be back soon

Good food, good service, much better than the previous owners, as someone who worked for them, trust me, these new owners are much cleaner, no cardboard on the floor from what I can see, no yelling, the new plastic containers. Food is cooked well, good value for money, and fast.

First time trying this takeaway, if it was only possible to give negative stars I would. Waited a hour and a half for our food only for it to arrive looking and tasting like it had been cooked sometime earlier in the afternoon. The ribs looked like someone had wrapped jerky around a dog treat (the ones that had meat on that is), the chips could have been used as nails they were that hard and the processed chicken in the curry was as bland and tasteless as the sauce. Only thing that was ok was the prawn crackers. It's very rare I write negative reviews as I usually find some redeeming qualities, but I struggled with this place. I'll pay them for their time but they'll never see another penny from me.

This was the best Chinese until they moved back to China now its horrible over 30 years of good food gone

Buy as a treat to myself as I haven't had Chinese in age. No taste or flavour smh. At least the fried rice was kind of ok.. I definitely wont be buying again.

We use this chinese every Sunday and can honestly say it's the best food we have ever had, seriously cannot fault service,time and food 👍👍👍

I can honestly say this is the best Chinese Restaurant in Dudley every delivery I have received from them as been great the food is hot and always on time you can tell they always use fresh produce nothing is ever reheated the staff are always polite and very friendly the kitchens are spotless clean you could eat your meal off the floor literally marks out of ten is 10/10 all day long no other Chinese in Dudley comes close this one trust me.

First time ordering tonight, Food arrived early, everything was piping hot and delicious, excellent portion sizes for the money, really pleased. I'm always nervous to try new places but was very happy with the food tonight. Well done guys, if this keeps up you might be my new favourite chinese takeaway!

This was by far the BEST Chinese iv ever had, but since being back open after the lockdown in March 2020 then reopening in July, we have eaten there once and will not be returning, we was ordering once a week without fail I believe its changed hands the food is awful I ordered everything we normally get especially my favourite salt and pepper chicken pieces, when I got home I was absolutely devastated to find salt and pepper frozen chicken dippers! £5 I paid for just chicken dippers!

The best Chinese in the area by far! Portions are huge for the price you pay and the food is always top quality. Delivery is always early and never had anything missing off an order.

Wouldn’t bother ordering! Chips were missed from my order. They then sent another delivery driver out to me and changed an additional £2 delivery charge for the £1.70 chips. I could only make card payment and the gentleman did not have the machine. When I called the girl spoke with management who rudely told me I could not have the £1.70 chips. Laughable really. Will not order again. New management need a lesson on customer service.

Use it ever Friday love our Chinese food from here been having them now for 3 years from here wouldn't go anywhere else. Always beautiful food and fast delivery. Can't recommend highly enough.

Awful meal..order greasy and not the same as what we ordered ..the girl was new that’s what the manager said when I rang to complain ..she offered me.something free but tbh I won’t want to eat there again. Tread with Caution!

Very sorry but I was recommended this takeaway by a good friend .....but food was not too warm, bland and not what we ordered , disappointing and expensive, manager tried to offer apologies as the person taking order was “in training” - didn’t realise I was paying so much for their training programme- perhaps they should do more practice before releasing them on the public 🙄

So glad i found this place i used to use Golden City when i moved to woodsetton, let's get the not so good points out of the way, but i'm sure they will make it better, ordered a beef curry egg fried rice once, beef tiny amount rice over cooked, Now for the good bits sirloin steak and chips bang on asked for thicker gravy next time and this has continued everytime i order and the size of the steak is big proper value for money, friendly staff on the phone and the same for the delivery drivers, food always comes hot and very quick would recommend these people to anyone
