Missing item, was late and cold when delivered .. not happy .. want a refund .

The food was great but i couldn't find any eggs in my egg fried rice

waiting time is nothing similar to what it says on the order. 3 phone calls and the app says its here...sadly nowhere to be seen.

Late and low quality - smallest chicken balls, no taste soup, jar tasting curry, small meat amounts, over priced, very late and unapologetic server on phone, will not use again

It was cooked well and arrived hot. Roast duck Chinese style - very bland, flavourless and grey looking. A forgettable meal sadly.

. I find the Just Eat system of notification about expecting order very confusing. I ordered the meal at 17.52 and was told it would be ready by 18.50 to 19.10. Then nothing until I received a message saying delivered enjoy your food at 19.10 approx. then it took 4 attempts of contacting you and phoning them. by the time we eventually received it, two hours had passed.The couriers satnav took him to a different location,which didn't help. I expected more help from Justeat than I received

I waited over 2 hours before my food was delivered which I wasn’t really impressed about. I phoned several times and there was no reply from the restaurant so I had to go down myself to see where the food was. The fun was nice but probably won’t be ordering again as the past couple of times this has been the case.

This now wins as the worst Chinese food in Eastbourne. It couldn’t get much worse in Eastbourne it just did. £40 wasted on Singapore noodles arrived cold and hard inedible. Pork balls was that even pork? Or Pirelli tyre? Chicken tasted oddly sweet? Wasn’t brave enough to try the prawn. The spring rolls had been punched a few times and put under a tap - damp and damaged. Crispy Chilli beef like chewing gum nothing crispy about it. Will never order again. Oh & to insult me further was 20mins late.

The order was delivered to the wrong address Luckily it was to a neighbour that we know. And they asked us if we were expecting a delivery as their son had taken it in. The food was good although a little cold by the time we got it.

Tracker showed all sections ticked, the delivery was due between 19:00 and 19:20 at 19:25 we called the restaurant as it was showing as delivered to be told they were only just preparing it

Absolutely hurrendous. It was the anniversary of my Dads death and I explained that them being late was not great tonight. They said tough, it’s not their fault if they can’t deliver on time. I ordered 2 hours previous and they still couldn’t deliver. They then asked me to cancel the order (2 hours in) and I said no that It wasn’t fair. It then got delivered 2.5 hours later. Horrendous, uncaring for a customer for someone that has ordered from them weekly for 4 years.

crispy aromatic duck should be delivered whole NOT shredded it was awful.

I usually order my Chinese takeaway from this shop and usually it is very good but today i ordered ribs which were very tough and dry(having had them before which they were exceptionally good).Also it was late arriving !

Absolutely spot on! we had pancake rolls, they were crispy, light, flavoursome and non oily. The duck and pancakes were delicious and the Singapore noodles were fresh, the meat was moist, and noodles flavoursome. All in all..well done Golden flower!!!! we're very happy satisfied customers.

Food ways delivered a little late HOWEVER we had asked for delivery to be made to a carpark on a dark road, and honestly I expected the order to have been cancelled, the fact that it wasn't and was still delivered hot on what is probably a busy night is a real testament to the team. The food was absolutely delicious and well worth the price and the wait, absolutely first class all round

The delivery time was good but I wanted this to reflect 1 star. This Chinese has gone massively down over the last year. Such a shame. The crispy shredded beef was advertised as hot and spicy. It was totally bland. No flavour whatsoever let alone hit and spicy. Not sure what is happening with this restaurant but what was an amazing Chinese has gone to pots.
