I stupidly didn’t check reviews. I went by the 5* on the door of the restaurant. Plus I was starving. This is horrible. The worst special fried rice I’ve EVERRR had. My first and last time ordering from here. 0 star

The vegetables in the fried rice and chow mein were undercooked and so were the custard buns. The menu has many options, but I enjoyed none of the items I ordered. Very disappointed.

After waiting a 1hour and 15mins for my food when it finally arrived everything was cold. The worst chinese I've had in a long time.

Very good food, nice size portions. Salt and chilli chicken was very good and the buns.

Everything was fantastic only thing missing was are free prawn crackers which you should get when you place an order of over £55.

The food was cold. Probably because the cans of cold drink were put in the same plastic bag as the food. Therefore, the drinks weren't cold.

Disappointing food quality. Lacked flavour, poorly cooked and seemed like something I could pick up at Icelands to cook myself

Sadly we didn’t get any prawn crackers and after spending nearly £70 we thought we’d get some as advertised

We had one item missing from our order, but the restaurant was very quick at refunding us for the item, so excellent service.

Sadly the food was all very watery lacked distinguishable flavour between dishes and was incredibly sweet - like every dish was dusted in sugar

Great food again and super quick service, selected 1745 slot as they are far away they got it to me by 1730 which was a bonus. Food great again but not for the Chef, Singapore noodles not spicy enough and the Salt/Chilli king prawns and Chips has no spice and no chilli. Everything else was spot on.

The house rice dish was awful no flavour at all which was meant to be my main meal which I haven’t eaten . The pancake roll was mostly duck that’s all I could taste and only ate half and the ribs was okish not enough bbq sauce and one rib could even eat as bone and grisly

Do NOT use. Ordered food for delivery at 2100 and it never turned up within delivery time stated. Chased several times and always 10 mins .. then another 10 mins… got to 2240 and find them to not bother. now waiting for a refund.

Great service once again. Food was great as it always is. Delivery driver very polite and on time.

Never turned up, received a call over half an hour following “out for delivery” saying it would be another 10 minutes. At this point it was almost 11pm so I said to leave it as the food would have been cold and people were leaving.

Not very good - sauces were particularly thin and non descript. Starters edible, mains less so.

Food was Luke warm apart from the prawn balls. The food was that greasy it was dripping out of the bag. Beef curry extremely bland. Chowmain was the most greasy food I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this at all.

Very friendly staff but sadly food tasted burnt so was sour. My Family didnt eat Much of It. Rice and Milk tea was fine. I wont be ordering again sadly

Worst Chinese I have ever had in Herne Bay, not helped by the fact that order was with delivery driver for 40 minutes and stone cold by the time we got it. Will not be spending my money at Golden Dragon again.

Overcooked chips, oily dishes. Wouldn't order again. Shame as last time was great.

We’re on holiday in the area ordered off just eat £40 wish I’d have looked at the reviews ordered prawn crackers but should be free they were stale pancake roll only 5 pieces of pork in no prawns as it states on the menu sweet and sour ribs the sauce was at the bottom with the ribs on top king prawn special chow mein 5 king prawns in it did turn up on time though don’t buy from here awful

I order a quarter duck, we always order Chinese from here and it was very disappointing. The duck was mostly inedible, i made just about 2 pancakes, mostly overly crispy skin and gristle. For 10.90, i expected a-lot better. The rest of the Chinese was just par.

Our usual Chinese was closed so we took a chance. The food was lovely, hot, well cooked and tasted great! We would definitely order again. Only con was our usual chow mein was more flavourful than the one we had tonight, but the rest of the meal was spot on.

You gave us prawn balls instead of chicken balls so that was very disappointing.

I don’t mean to write a bad review , but the food was appalling the chicken balls had a lot of random bits in that we couldn’t work out what it actually was. The sweet and sour sauce tasted very vinegary and wasn’t pleasant at all. Had to throw most of it away I’m afraid.

Order curry had no taste to it at all. Rice was not nice. Chicken balls were very oily and sweet and sour sauce wasn’t very nice.

Food was freshly cooked (prawn crackers thrown in as an extra, greatly appreciated!) and enjoyed by all!

1+ hour late and got the wrong order completely. The delivery person also tried to tell me I had given the wrong address when I clearly had not. Absolutely appalling, restaurant won’t even answer their phone and seems like they have blocked my number when I tried to call again. It’s almost 10pm and I placed this order nearly 2 hours ago. Awful, stay away!

Food was good but wrong duck dish delivered. Ordered with Plum sauce but got pineapple instead which was still nice although parts were a little fatty. Would reuse but please check your dishes before sending

Very tasty food but delivery was slower than estimated. But it was hot. We never received our free prawn crackers either 😞

Superb, best Chinese I've had in ages..

Food would have been ok if they had seasoned the food. The chef forgot to put salt on the salt and chilli chips and the same with the chicken curry it was so bland. I couldn't eat it. Unfortunately I had no salt as I was in a hotel room.

Part of our order was missing. We order every week from this restaurant. We contacted them about the missing item (main meal). The call was cut off and my number blocked! Very disappointing considering we are regular customers.

One of the best Chinese, so much variety in options! Really loved the red bean steamed buns, one of the best steamed buns. A little cold but it was a distance to my place. Friendly delivery.

The latest order was a huge disappointment. The food looked similar but the taste was no way near the previous ones we had. No doubt they had a new chef who cook very differently. Sadly will not order again. Delivery time and packaging were Okay.

Dry Duck and cold. Small pot of hoisin sauce, not enough for a quarter duck. Cucumber slimy for some reason. Satay on skewers were nice but the peanut sauce was like jelly and not much flavour in it. Mains were nice but dry, again sauce in meals is not something you can find by using this takeaway. 4.5/10 Not again.

Singapore Chow mein - less spicy than usual but nice. Tom Yam - very nice Chicken balls - touch greasy but very nice. Pancake roll - huge and yummy. Let down by the forgotten satay sauce which would have bought it all together.

Food arrived 30minutes late and cold. The duck size was very small for the price, the accompaniments were little is size too. Just appalled at the size of dishes for price ratio.

Food wasn’t delivered - couldn’t get through to the restaurant. Was told it was 10 minutes paste by just eat but still no food arrived and couldn’t get any help from just eat or get through to the restaurant. Waste of money, so disappointing
