If you can please don’t order anything from this place. Took an order via Uber eats, estimated time was of 25min so perfect to get home and have some hot food. Yeahhhh, I got home and I had time to talk to my partner and do my laundry which in the machine took 1h40. He was already expecting it for over 45 min when I got home, and we got the food after I removed the clothes from the washing machines that’s just disgusting. When we tried the food, I got a house special fried rice with no veg, I felt like if my boyfriend was a vampire I wouldn’t never be able I kiss him again since all my mouth was smelling and tasting like garlic. His food was a house special chow mein and I never tasted something so plain so without taste. Everything tasted like it was boiled, meat included. 100% AVOID.customer service is horrible. Called and complains and at the end he just kept saying ok

The order did not arrive at all then argued that they had given it to someone on my drive way, just eat informs me u am refused a refund as gokden dragon refuses to refund. Dont deal with these people they are not trustworthy

Poor customer service! Good food though, delivered on time. Sadly didnt receive salt and pepper chips, got some chicken dish instead, not ideal for a veggie. Asked both the restaurant and Just Eat for a refund, never got it. Poor service from both.

I’m unhappy with the food. I just had a one spoon of Sweet corn soup. Can’t eat more than that. In the chicken chow mein I couldn’t find chicken pieces more than two. Well there is too much of onion. Really awful experience.

Had ordered from here twice first time food was excellent chicken balls were crispy and all food delivered hot talked my partner to order from here again and what a disappointment! Balls were soggy chow mein was sticky and nothing really tasty good please golden dragon was there a different chef on because it was so disappointing I would appreciate a reply as I really wanted to find a decent Chinese take away for us and thought I had !,, Ann

I have placed my order through JustEat but got a bit shocked after reading the reviews here. Surprisingly, the food turns out very yummy !!! The Salt and Pepper ribs have been chopped into a mouthful size and they’re very juicy! The Nasi Goreng (almost similar to Malaysia style 🇲🇾) is tasty and come in a big portion ! I can tell most of the unpleasant reviews are caused by the late delivery timing but it wouldn’t be an issue if the owner could have hired more delivery staffs (although it’s uneasy to look for a consistent worker nowadays) or the consumers could collect in shop by themselves during peak hours😌 Anyway, I will definitely order again from this shop soon!!

Please avoid at all costs! Order from Paya instead as this was hands down the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Pretty sure most of the food is old and reheated in the microwave. Chicken balls were soggy, chowmien had no flavour, the crispy chilli chicken was soggy and I’m pretty sure was the frozen breaded mini fillets from a supermarket - microwaved. Egg fried rice was grey and crumbly, was too scared to eat any of it so had to throw it away and go to McDonald’s and grab cheeseburgers instead.

I ordered food at 10:30 pm they took my money but didn’t deliver!!!

Order my food 6:30pm and it arrived an hour early now have to warm it up so I can eat it

they were deleyed and called the, he said is gonna be only 10 minutes, and It was ok, but as soon as i hung Up the guy i talked to put online that the good was delivered, i had to called back and said what was going on, he said not to worry, i had to called a couple of times more, i asked for a refund because i din't want the food snymore and i had to leave to work, he said Next time to order earlier, and i said ordered enough, so not refund for a food and didn't want anymore

Worst chicken fried rice. No flavor at all, unsalted, smells like cheap rapeseed oil, the chicken rather boiled than fried. Tastes like hospital food. Nope

I ordered this meal at 7:36, it also called the restaurant to confirm how long it would take as it was stating 8:50-9:10 on just eat, the women who answered said 1 hour, I was fine with that, once it was 9:10 the order was showing delivered I called the restaurant and they said it’s still on its way, I called 4-5 times, all they kept saying it’s with the driver and it’s on its way, and it ended up arriving at 10pm, so around 2hrs and 30 mins for a takeaway is crazy, food was cold as well

Ordered food and like others say it comes ridiculously late. The good old 5 minutes away. Delivery driver may have said yeehaa as this is a cowboy restaurant. Food is so poor. Came cold, soggy. Even the prawn crackers were messed up, how? Went straight in the bin as didn’t think it was even good enough for the dog. Stay away from this restaurant.

Fantastic food, delivered on time

We have a take away for this place twice a month if not more and it’s normal fantastic in the week, but as soon as it comes to the weekend the food is shocking like it’s been rushed and no thought has gone in to cooking it.👎

Delivery driver was very rude and didn’t bother delivering the food to my door. Someone had to walk up the road to his car to collect the food.

My food arrived my lid on my chicken curry had not been put on properly so I had no curry as it was all spilt on the bottom of the bag my chicken balls was soggy and cold my order was a complete was of my money

This has been my favorite go to takeaway places for possibly more than a decade.

Terrible delivery times. Food had been reheated in a microwave.

Late by some margin. Food quality was poor. No sauces with mixed starter unless you count the oil that the chicken and rubs were in. With other places, there is usually sweet and sour sauce and satay sauce. The chicken was well overcooked and can't call it satay without any satay sauce! The crispy duck was crispy but also dry where should be moist. The pancakes were unusable as they couldn't be separated. The beef (beef in black bean sauce) was tough. The egg-fried rice was just fried rice - no discernible egg and very dry. Chips were apparently OK but not once cold which they were quickly due to lateness. The crackers were OK. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered on just eat at 17:53… when food didn’t turn up at specified time, I called them. They said it was 5 minutes away. 20 minutes later, I called again. They said driver was round the corner. Eventually, it turned up. By that stage I had been waiting for two hours and fifteen minutes. By this point I’d totally lost my appetite. The food was ok, the hot and sour soup being the best part. The duck was bone dry, and the pancakes fell apart when I tried to make a wrap. The other annoying thing, to save on packaging, they stick the ribs in with the satay chicken, so the chicken is covered in ribs sauce. They also stick the prawn roasts, spring rolls, and seaweed in one container, so everything is covered in bits of seaweed. I wouldn’t recommend, and won’t be ordering again.

I ordered with a maximum estimated delivery time 20:55, I called at 21:08 to be told 15-20 mins wait, I tried multiple times to request an updated delivery time via the Ubereats app. I called again at 21:37 to be told that they were hoping a driver would pick it up in 5-10 minutes but couldn’t give me an arrival time, the food arrived over an hour late, mostly cold and my rice was wrong. I don’t mind the food being late but the communication is non-existent!

At this time we wasn’t really happy as quality of the food wasn’t good.

The food was very good, arrived a bit earlier than expected and was still hot. I was disappointed that I paid for a 1.5l bottle of coke and was delivered a 1.25, if I had known this I wouldn't have ordered it for that price, it doesn't make sense. Please update your menu or deliver what was paid for? Will order again, the food was great!

Food arrived nearly two hours after ordering, we phoned up the restaurant but was put on hold before we could say anything. Food wasn’t warm upon arrival and part of our order was missing.

The driver rang to say the postcode was wrong. The postcode was not wrong it is part of the full address. Should have checked the location before leaving. The food was very poor. The sweet and sour and the crispy beef had no evidence of meat in it, just batter. The wonton soup and the rice were acceptable.
