ETA was 1 hour. Actually delivery time was 2 hours….. 2 hours! Two dishes for one person.

Fantastic food great delivery driver

On the tracking it said my order was delivered but didn’t have it. Called the company and were rude saying they were busy. Called twice and waited another 10 minutes for order. Order was meant to be at 19:45-20:05 it arrived 20:30

Took 1 hour 15 on a Tuesday night, was quoted an hour. Food was ok - prawn crackers and rice were ok, lemon chicken was ok but about a 3rd of the tube was pineapple, and the chicken was nearly cold. Wouldn’t order from here again

poor quality, house fried rice tasted of nothing, didn't appear to be proper fried rice, more just cooked rice with some sloppy bland vegetables and pieces of meat. fried rice is hard to make this poorly

If you like a tasty house special fried rice don't order from here. Tasteless, rubbery meat, terrible all round really. Very disappointed especially as its not cheap.

First time ordering from here . Ordered food to be delivered at half 6 and didn’t arrive till half 7. Seriously what is the point of asking for it to be delivered at a specific time when it doesn’t come at that time. Very disappointing !

Do not order from this place! They took > 2h to deliver the order, lied every time we called to check on the food. Likely it wouldn’t have been delivered if we didn’t insist. The order was also not as described.

Delicious food; warm on arrival; great delivery service!

Ordering directly online was easy and delivery was exactly on time. We ordered sweet and sour chicken and It didn't taste very nice. The chicken strips were tough and sinewy. The egg fried rice was not as expected. It was bland with little to no egg. A nice touch to get free prawn crackers, but I had one that tasted like something was off. I had to spit it out. This wasn't a nice first experience of this restaurant.

Bore no relation to the identical dishes we ordered last month. Both main dishes in this order looked identical except for the meat - same mush of overcooked vegetables. Neither tasted or smelt of Oyster Sauce or Thai Satay. Waste of money.

Last time I’ll be ordering from here today, delivery time is shocking, I have ordered from here three times and although the food is nice, the delivery is a joke, food has always been 2 hours late and they still charge service/ delivery! ? Shocking!

We spent a lot of money on this delivery and it was rather disappointing.The pork balls were fatty , chewy and dry . The batter on these and the pancake roll was flavourless and soggy. The chicken satay was put in the same pot as the ribs in a red sauce the same as what came with the pork and the crispy chiily beef which again like the Satay and ribs drowned in the sauce. The chow mein again very bland. The salt and pepper chicken was fabulous and full of flavour as was the chicken wings.

Our order was just over 30 minutes early, which was fine as we were home, but I had ordered it with a delivery time because I wanted to make sure we were back in time for it. If the traffic has been bad we wouldn’t have been home to accept the order. The food was lovely and would definitely order again.

If you can please don’t order anything from this place. Took an order via Uber eats, estimated time was of 25min so perfect to get home and have some hot food. Yeahhhh, I got home and I had time to talk to my partner and do my laundry which in the machine took 1h40. He was already expecting it for over 45 min when I got home, and we got the food after I removed the clothes from the washing machines that’s just disgusting. When we tried the food, I got a house special fried rice with no veg, I felt like if my boyfriend was a vampire I wouldn’t never be able I kiss him again since all my mouth was smelling and tasting like garlic. His food was a house special chow mein and I never tasted something so plain so without taste. Everything tasted like it was boiled, meat included. 100% AVOID.customer service is horrible. Called and complains and at the end he just kept saying ok

The order did not arrive at all then argued that they had given it to someone on my drive way, just eat informs me u am refused a refund as gokden dragon refuses to refund. Dont deal with these people they are not trustworthy

Excellent service, absolutely beautify food

Poor customer service! Good food though, delivered on time. Sadly didnt receive salt and pepper chips, got some chicken dish instead, not ideal for a veggie. Asked both the restaurant and Just Eat for a refund, never got it. Poor service from both.

Despite drinks being missing the food was delicious but very overpriced.

Little late but great as always

I’m unhappy with the food. I just had a one spoon of Sweet corn soup. Can’t eat more than that. In the chicken chow mein I couldn’t find chicken pieces more than two. Well there is too much of onion. Really awful experience.

Had ordered from here twice first time food was excellent chicken balls were crispy and all food delivered hot talked my partner to order from here again and what a disappointment! Balls were soggy chow mein was sticky and nothing really tasty good please golden dragon was there a different chef on because it was so disappointing I would appreciate a reply as I really wanted to find a decent Chinese take away for us and thought I had !,, Ann

I have placed my order through JustEat but got a bit shocked after reading the reviews here. Surprisingly, the food turns out very yummy !!! The Salt and Pepper ribs have been chopped into a mouthful size and they’re very juicy! The Nasi Goreng (almost similar to Malaysia style 🇲🇾) is tasty and come in a big portion ! I can tell most of the unpleasant reviews are caused by the late delivery timing but it wouldn’t be an issue if the owner could have hired more delivery staffs (although it’s uneasy to look for a consistent worker nowadays) or the consumers could collect in shop by themselves during peak hours😌 Anyway, I will definitely order again from this shop soon!!

Please avoid at all costs! Order from Paya instead as this was hands down the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Pretty sure most of the food is old and reheated in the microwave. Chicken balls were soggy, chowmien had no flavour, the crispy chilli chicken was soggy and I’m pretty sure was the frozen breaded mini fillets from a supermarket - microwaved. Egg fried rice was grey and crumbly, was too scared to eat any of it so had to throw it away and go to McDonald’s and grab cheeseburgers instead.
