I would not order again from this restaurant. I placed an order at 7 oclock for delivery at 8. It arrived 55 mins late. Called twice over half an hour to be told it was on its way. When I called again to complain as it still hadn't arrived they didn't answer my calls, I can only assume they recognised the number and didn't want to explain why it was still delayed.

Left waiting to make an order. Put in hold immediately but could hear the conversations, before being out on the hold music. Hung up after 5 minutes. Called back and immediately put on hold for a further five minutes. When I finally got through to place the order there was no apology or explanation for the delays despite these being mentioned. I was literally ignored. Then asked how long the order would be, to be told it would be an hour and a half. But literally only 7 minutes before people were being told the wait time was 30 minutes. When challenged I was told it was because of the number of orders. In 7 minutes they had apparently taken an hours worth of orders. I can only imagine the shop was busy or I was being lied to. Really crappy service considering I’ve ordered from here regularly before

Brilliant service, brilliant food, always drive 10 miles to get it as they are the best I have found in Norfolk.

Ordered a large meal for the family over the phone and arranged collection. When I went to pick up I was told only cash or phone payment were accepted, neither of which I could do. We had used this take away before and always paid by credit card. I went to get some cash to pay and ended up spending nearly £60 on a cold meal. No offer of discount despite me being clearly annoyed. If they had let us know when we placed the order on the phone at least that would have helped. RIDICULOUS, we won't be using them again.

The House Special Chow Mein :- The overall flavour was of over salted food The stir fried noodles were extremely salty and the Char Sui pork tough and inedible. We ordered beef and king prawn curries and boiled rice. The beef was just about ok but the king prawn curry sauce was very watery and had to be drained away before eating the curry. The portion size is good but unfortunately the quality does not match. We have used this Chinese take away for many years and have watched the quality of the food go downhill and the prices go up and up. No longer a good place to buy a Chinese take away.

curry sauce was so bland it was just a brown coloured sauce, the chilli combo had never seen a chilli and was just scraps, fried and covered in salt. binned 50% of my meal.

Food was OK but I bit into some chicken in my veggie curry... not eaten meat for over 10 years.. very poor error.

This our go to local Chinese. We come back again and again. Beautifully cooked food, very good portions. very good prices. There isn’t a better one around.

We waited over 1 hour for our food to be delivered which wasn’t an issue however when it arrived tonight, it was absolutely freezing, the food wasn’t cooked properly and was disgusting! when we phoned back to tell them, the manager was absolutely so rude to us! Eventually after my sister phoned back up he agreed to refund the money. The man then turned up on the doorstep and argued with my partner telling us we were wrong, telling us to put it in the microwave to warm it back up and not to wait to eat our dinner ( which we ate it as soon as it was turned up)... will definitely not be ordering from here again! Shocking behaviour

We waited over an hour for our food (not an issue) the food was not cooked, and cold. Rang up and told to put it in the microwave!!! Eventually agreed to a refund after arguing with the manager. The guy turned up to refund the money, and argued with us saying we were wrong and the food was fine. Eventually got the refund but I do not expect this kind of customer service. Especially during a pandemic!!! Absolutely awful. I guess the customer isn't always right now?

I would like to first add we have used this takeaway before and found it good. We decided to treat ourselves today after all the stress the virus has caused. It has impacted our income greatly, so this was a really big treat! We placed an order for delivery and was told it could be an hour but we were happy with that. The food was delivered by a cheerful delivery driver on the hour. Unfortunately it went downhill from there! The order was not complete, and the salad for the crispy duck was mushy and liquified so totally inedible. The spare ribs were at the best, mediocre. We were very disappointed and will not be returning.

Always use this local takeaway and its delivery service. Food is lovely, always fresh, hot and tasty. I hope they will be okay during this difficult time. Thank you for being such a good, local and friendly service.

Been here multiple times and will definitely keep coming. The food is excellent as always, which really reflects on the customer service - especially one very polite, kind, well spoken and well mannered young lady named Danielle who really sets a good example for young people and employers/employees everywhere - truly made the experience that much better. Couldn’t decide what I was more impressed with: the quality of the food or the quality of the customer service. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered for delivery. Waited two hours plus. No indication delivery would take that long when we phoned. Appalling service. Won’t be back.

I have been ordering what is usually excellent quality food from here for years, but last nights food was awful.To start the delivery driver, who I have never seen before tried to over charge me, the food was bland, the duck in my duck chow mien was over cooked, the pancake rolls were also over cooked, the whole dish was very salty, and to cap it all the hot sin sauce had white mould growing on it !!!!!!!!!!!!!Something has changed at this take away and its not for the better.I won't be ordering from here again.To be avoided until they get their act together.

Good tasty food, but prices are misleading. There are 2017 prices shown on web searches, but when you place an order the price is 15-20% higher. Also delivery price is unreliable, sometimes I have been charged £1, another time £2 and the worst was £3. Sadly the price increases have made me look elsewhere.

After ordering a takeaway from here around 6 weeks ago and thoroughly enjoying it, when we had the in-laws over this week we thought we would treat them to one. After waiting for over an hour the food turned up with no apology for the delay!!!!!!! The chips were hard and cold and the rest of the items had no flavour what so ever and was cold, the only items which were warm were the chicken balls!!!!!Absolutely horrendous service will not be returning and will certainly not be recommending to anyone.

Four of us went on 4th September 2018. I must say we were all impressed with the food, highly recommended. Will be going back . It was flawless, great value. Thank you all.

We ordered a takeout from Golden Blossom this evening. I’m a vegetarian, so ordered the ‘Vegetarian Set Meal A’, which included a veggie hot and sour soup, veggie noodles and stir fried veg. In my first spoonful of soup I noticed a prawn! Looking further, the soup was packed full of meat - chicken, beef, pork and the rest!

Worst food I've ever had had to through it all away chicken was all slimy waste of money no taste either.

Take away chinese was the plan but we usually use a takeaway in the town. Looked up trip advisor ratings and chose this one. We were as a family very pleased at the outcome

A pedir una entrega de China para el cumpleaños de mi marido después de preguntar en Facebook, que es el mejor Chino en Wymondham. Señora que tomó el pedido fue muy servicial y educado y, cuando pedimos que se entregan a las 7 de la tarde, ella reconoció esto. . . Fue aquí en 7. 02! ! Bastante precisas para un envío! ! La comida era absolutamente encantador. Teníamos una combinación" de arranque y varios platos, todos fueron muy sabroso y no se pueden criticar. Recomiendo encarecidamente este chino.

Nos dieron una comida para llevar desde aquí por el momento 1 calle ayer. Teníamos pato crujiente con. Que era preciosa. . Y crujiente de chili con pollo arroz frito de huevo. El pollo estaba descrito como picante y caliente en el menú, pero no pudimos detectar ningún calor. . Todavía estaba sabroso. pero no era lo que esperaba.

Good food, plenty of it and prompt delivery. We had sweet and sour pork, Singapore noodles, Mongolian lamb, ribs, crispy chilli beef and chilli salt squid which was all very nice. Quick delivery. Will definitely order again.

Always good food, quick and convenient. People who work there are nice and food is as expected. I would say this is the best Chinese in Wymondham.

It looked so promising, but the most bland Chinese food I have ever tasted. Such a shame as all else was fine, service, location etc.

Habiendo mudado recientemente a wymondham hemos sido bastante afortunados de tener esta para llevar a una corta distancia a pie y hasta ahora lo hemos usado dos veces y tenía buenas comidas en ambas ocasiones. A un precio razonable, delicioso comida y servicio amable.

Roast pork is not fresh enough. I am ok but my sister got diarea after eating roast pork chow mein. Never go for them again

This is an outstanding little place, I love to have my meals from here when I'm visiting the area. The food is great quality and taste awesome. I highly recommend it to anyone

Always have my chinese food from here, always delivered hot, promptly & by a friendly face. Love that when you ring up they know your address from your telephone number so you dont have to keep providing it each time. Cant ask for better!

Tucked away on the Harts Farm estate in Wymondham is this little gem of a Chinese takeaway. We have lived opposite it's doors for almost two years and are very regular customers. We have never had a bad meal. Everything comes fast and hot. We've tried a few things on the menu and enjoyed every one. Their chips rival the local chippy's!
