Chips were reheated as was the burger and donner meat ..absolutely disgusting, inedible this place used to be brilliant but it's really has gone down bank after 3 times of giving it another chance I've now had enough will never order from here again sick of throwing the food away and just wasting my money..don't bother ordering from here you will be very disappointed 😞

I organised a house party of 30 last week and ordered food from GoGoz, pizza, gourmet burgers and deserts, and the food was delicious 🤩🤩🤩 Staff was very friendly assisting with the order and their recommendations worked out perfectly and my guests were impressed. While prices are a bit higher than other places but is definitely worth it. I would definitely order from here again and would definitely recommend it to others who want to enjoy high quality food. Thank you GozGoz for making my evening and my guests enjoy 🙏🙏🙏

To be honest as we live in the neighbourhood we are all totally disgusted about the noise that comes from the back from 1am to 4am the shouting is so loud it keeps us awake and we have to be up at 4.30am for work. There is no consideration for people who live close. We know its coming from them, because we can see them. There doors up stairs are open Totally unacceptable

I'm not writing this because they've asked me too this is off my own choice; Ignore the bad reviews I think this place is great. The food always gets delivered to me quickly, it's always hot, it tastes dead good and for what you get the prices are ace. If you order delivery it doesn't always update on where abouts the order is so you aren't sure when it's coming but it's never been an issue for me and it's always come quicker than I thought anyway so I don't really care about that. Pretty much become my go to place for food simply cuz there's a load of variety, it's open till late hours and I've never had a problem. Try it at least once you'll probably like it.

Foul food , ordered mixed kebab the meat was off stunk like it was rotten and tasted absolutely vile. Called the takeaway two days after to report it as it was ordered late at night and the following day I was working. The individual who answered the phone pretended he could not hear me when my phone is working perfectly then he started raising his voice with a dirty attitude during the phone call shouting saying " ILL SPEAK TO THE BOSS" it is not the first time the food from here has been gross. I definitely do not recommend this takeaway.

Ordered food after I finished work and it took over an hour to Turn up. The chips were soggy , I ordered salad with the chips and the was absolutely revolting as it was soggy and the kids meal didn’t turn up with a drink either and then chips were soggy as well. Hugely disappointing.

Been using gogoz since it opened always at least once a week . Order the other week same as always driver argued there was no pop in the deal which there was . Shame really cause lovely food but not buying from places which don't forfil there orders

Awful food ,chips were soggy ,undercooked,cheese is clumpy ,and missing items ,wouldn’t recommend

It said the the food would be delivered in 15-25 minutes, don’t be fooled by it. It turned up at 4:30 (2:15 mins late). Kebab with no salad or sauce, chips soggy and the pizza was freezing cold.

Ordered and paid on card food turned up answered the door driver with a attitude said I'd been watching him for 10 mins through the window why would I do that when iv paid for the food he then drove off with the order contacted the restaurant they said I can't phone there had to contact just eat he had a attitude also but looking at reviews glad he did go with the food

Updating my review for delivery. Previously because I have walked down because they are at the end of my street and usually and I don't buy from these guys very often when I have walked down and said I am with the dog they have passed the order to me at the door food has always been lovely . Due to issues today have been unable to leave home and had delivery, had pizza that was beautiful highly recommend it! Delivery was good time. I can't say I have had a bad meal from hear yet and have had wraps, kebab and now pizza. Oh one thing I am sad about if they don't do box of mixed chicken kebab meat with sauce and salad. That would be awesome!

Came couple hours late, called the place and they told us that they don’t have the delivery guys number and he’ll arrive soon. He arrive an hour later. Food was Luke warm and me and my boyfriend have had stomach issues for 4 days, chronic stomach pain and issues going to the bathroom. Would absolutely not recommend.

Always used gogoz since moving to Abbey Hulton. I eat takeaway every night and gogoz was the main choice 4/5 nights a week most weeks. Unfortunately tonight their phone was constantly busy so I decided to leave an order online with instruction to ring me before preparing our food. £40 order should be checked in my opinion but unfortunately they turned up without ringing so my order wasn't correct and it was all my fault even though I left clear instructions and 30 missed calls. I give this company extra money everytime aswell normally the delivery driver is a brilliant guy. Tonight it was a different driver who had no respect, my daughter has better people skills

Chips had been warmed up......and warmed up ......and warmed up some more weird texture like rubbery and the popcorn chicken was rubbery and also says on the menu you get 15 pieces....you do not get 15 pieces ,more like 5...... I wouldn't use again

Absolutely disgusting The donor meat what bone dry and hard The burgers are hard and over cooked The chips are not cooked properly and nothing is probed to check if hot enough or cooked inside This place will be having a visit from health and safety soon And also food tek And will be going to trading standers as well the place is a death trap for food Also waited over 2 hours

SHOCKING!! The worst take away ive ever had. Order took 2 hours to arrive. Food had been under a heat lamp since 3pm by the looks of it. Instantly wanted to throw up after eating it. Hash brown was frozen, chips were dry and not fresh in the slightest. DO NOT order from here

there was a pube in my chicken and the donner meat was hard and thry gave us someone elses meal not happy at all😡😡the meat on the pizza was chewy god knows what that frier chicken was do not reccomend unless u want pubey food

Going downhill this place.. they are rather ignorant and rude on the phone often and seem incapable of getting orders right atm. The food has always been mediocre, given all takeaways are nothing special and greasey slop stops anyway. Strongly recommend staying away from the mayo and garlic mayo. Since they don't use Harrison tubs anymore.... (the only reason I ordered from here. Shame

Food nasty , reheated chips , both pizzas was just dough an cheese I might as well done myself cheese on toast. Anyone who reads these reviews before ordering take everyone's advice and stay clear of this take away. Waste of money. These take away houses get away with it cause once they took your money that's it. Places like this should be forced to close there's plenty of competition elsewhere that are better than this place by a mile.

I'm now a regular... It's up there with macdonalds and KFC for me. Good quality for a takeaway. The sweet shop attached instore is a must. Polite and welcoming atmosphere always.

Really shocked at the service tonight placed my order at 20 past 11 and still recieved no food by 25 past 12 ring the takeaway to see whats going on to find out they had overlooked the order despite excepting it online and confirming the food was being prepared, they did offer to send it out but after waiting so long gone past wanting it..... wasted money.

I'd be embarrassed to charge £5 for a 'chicken wrap'...Literally a wrap with some chicken strips in it.. Chicken and chips is a joke Cold chips and awful portions. Please stop making food. Save us all the bother.

Excellent food and fantastic service. Received wrong pizza but everything else was correct in my order. Called and explained the mistake to which they apologised and got a replacement straight out to us. Would highly recommend

Don't even remember ordering from this place but constantly receive marketing texts that had no way of unsubscribing. Called them up and they said I'd be taken off the list which I never was. They have now added in a number to their texts to 'EXIT' which you have to pay to text. Great way to put customers off ordering

These are con artists. They offer buy 1 get 1 free, yet when it comes to payment they do not subtract the free items as part of the deal. They hope you won't bring it up and just pay the price anyway. Do not order.

Wow what can i say, well for one the delivery driver was gonna walk away with my pizza until i reminded him, also there was another pizza missing in which the driver said he would sort it however nothing, i tried to call the takeaway i got no answer, guys pay for your own food not there's, also ordered a mix kebab which came with no donner meat,absolutely pathetic, i wouldn't have left this review if the customer service was available, however to be lied to is a different sorry.

Food took ages to come, my girlfriend ordered a wrap and this is how it looks. Not even some souces or salad just a plain wrap with chicken nuggets in it. Avoid at alll costs; ripping off people. 🤦‍♂️

Cheap n nasty food.. horrible place

Ordered a 3 piece value box and chicken wings, chicken was off and smelt funny, chips were like cardboard, doner meat was like chewing a bogie, chicken wings were rather spicy and now I have two spicy holes, confirmed case of food poisoning, sickness and diarrhea is no joke, informed health and safety for obvious reasons AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR BEHIND!

Ordered 1st time tonight. Lovely food & shake. However, I gave driver a normal £20 note. He tried to insinuate id given him a fake £20 note. In fact they go out of date September 2022. This is my first time ordering from here and it's safe to say I will never be ordering again. My gourmet burger had pink and red bits in the middle, chips and curly fries were not cooked properly and my partners donner meat was rubbery.

Ordered from here a few times. First order was fabulous! It went down hill from there! Missing cans of pop with meals.. had to call to get them delivered.. the next time.. Took 1.5 hours to arrive.. to have Missing portion of donner meat. - The only food I’d ordered for myself! When I called I was told I didn’t order it.. after insisting I did; and them checking again, and then them sending it ...another 30 minutes later. Gave them another chance and ordered again today.. freezing cold burger and chips.. missing large bottle of pop off order. Apparently they said the blame is on the menu change? 🙄 Hopefully we won’t be waiting another half an hour for it as would like to actually get our drink with our cold meal!! Very poor customer service! Sadly, we won’t be using you again! You’ve just Lost what was a regular customer! Would not Recommend!

Food turned up late, pizza was burnt and chicken and chips under cooked and stone cold on arrival, I would order from else where as they just fob you off on the fone, I asked if it's going turn up cold told no and to ring if any problems and will send out new order and rung up as cold and told ring uber eats for a refund proper disgusted by uber eats and gogoz

Nice takeaway & foods always lovely but one thing I have noticed is every time I order food the delivery driver charges me more than what my order is.
