all food stone cold and balti watery i never buy again

i would like a refund because it took over 2 hours to come and when it did come, the food was cold

Food delivered late, delivery instructions ignored and the chutney tray starter I paid for were virtually empty

Cold water tiny prawns in balti. Starter was tasteless and overall food was low quality

Ordered multiple times from Goa Goa and never once been disappointed. Food is always hot, on time and extremely tasty. Customer service is second to none, wouldn’t order from anywhere else!

Rice not full, not many prawns, nan hardly had any coconut in & small. Should have received complementary starter with over £25 order. Been ripped off.

I thought the Tawa was a little bland

What’s happened. 17 of us went in. Rushed us in and out. Food was just ok but it’s nice to have a break between course. Taking the starter away before we finished to put the main course down. Been there before and enjoyed it. But after this time never again.

We ordered 2 separate curries, both of which were near cold & were flavourless slop water. Complete waste of money, it was all inedible. Food arrived within 20 minutes which you could think was a good thing but curries usually take closer to an hour - it was obvious that it was just rushed out. Very much seemed like it was just quickly defrosted due to how watery and flavourless it all was. Straight in the bin! Attempted to call to discuss but no answer - waiting for JustEat to send refund

Chilli rice wasn't as spicy as usual and the poppadoms weren't crispy, bit bendy and stale, rest of the food was ok

Tried this reatuarant for the first time this evening after a friend recomended it to us. The staff were extremely welcoming and offered great service. Food was absolutely beautiful. Would 100% recomend a visit.

People does not have courtesy to receive the call and service is awful . I will never recommend to anyone .

Food was previously from frozen not fresh as the food had a lot of water in it and the chicken was very dry and cold before we finished eating it, the only fresh food was the pompadoms. Would not recommend.

The quality is good and size but hardly any meat it was almost spilling and the rice didn’t taste fresh. I think if that was improved it would be great

I really enjoyed my food, but unfortunately was I’ll about an hour after eating. Won’t be purchasing again in the near future.

The chicken was chewy and the sauce did not taste right had to throw it away won’t be going there again!

Ialways ordered from here and always enjoyed the food but the last few times it hasn’t been the best. Ordered last week and opened up the mixed grill and was greeted with a foul smell. Opened the chicken and the smell was horrendous, inside the meat was dark and very gooey looking. Tried to complain to just eat who said “partners have their own recipes and cook in an individual style, so the taste, smell and portion size of a dish can vary” and refused a refund. Out being delivered for 40 minutes 20 minutes late. Came stone cold, food wasn't even nice.

As a first time customer ordering from here. The Saag Aloo was lovely but i will have to be honest the Tikka Masala left me feeling a little disappointed the actual Tikka sauce was nice but the texture of the chicken was almost as if they were previously frozen chicken strips not normal tender fresh chicken pieces that i would expect.

meat tasted like it had been frozen then cooked. tasted very strange. bread was nice albeit small.

Pre booking a 7.20 delivery (after kids in bed). It got marked as delivered at 7.36, but def wasn't here. so I assume they cocked up my order. I chased through the app, they blamed "heavy traffic"... they're literally 2 villages away. Definitely felt lied to. When the food came, the delivery man was apologetic (though I was grumpy at this point and not friendly back). Food was actually very nice, when it came, c.7.55. Would happily eat their food again, if they deliver it on time!

Ordered takeaway - apart from poppadoms and naan (which weren't great either) was all basically inedible. Chicken was god awful. Curry sauces had zero flavour and were really watery. Rices were slimy. Figured we'd try it after it popped up as being newly available on Just Eat but will absolutely not be ordering from here again.

Had great time here. Staff were wonderful (especially with our wild children) and the food was delicious! They even did a half portion for the kids which was really helpful.

Goa Goa has changed owner. Food is not to the standard I expected and was very disappointed. Curry was watery and tastes awful. Was told owner has sold business to new people.

Delicious curry exactly as described, chips were spot on and paneer starter was a yummy treat... cheese naan didn't seem to have any cheese on it! But we were still really impressed with the quality and flavour of the food. Will definitely be using again next time we fancy an Indian 👌🏻

Visited Goa Goa under new management on Sunday 29th October. Lovely food, warm hospitality and professional service. Highly recommended, we will be back again soon.

New owners and wow such great value. Only 10.95 for 5 courses Sun to Thurs. Lots of food, good quality and nicely presented. I had Poppadoms, Paneer, Tawa curry, rice and ice cream. Bring your own drinks as well. What's not to like. Pity we live in Leeds otherwise we would be there every week!

Ordered a byriani but they didn’t deliver the sauce- phoned them up and they said I could get it free next time? How does that help me with my meal at the moment ? And the sauce comes free with the byriani anyway. I won’t be ordering from them again with that terrible service

We had a take away which was disgusting. It was prawn curry and chicken curry. In the chicken curry it had only 4 small chunks of chicken and the prawn was a few swimming in very thin juice . Popdums were stale . Will not be ordering from there again . It was only fit for the bin

Ordered a Saturday night takeaway and wasn't impressed. The 2 garlic bread had a few bits of garlic sprinkled on it. It's gone downhill tbf

On uber eats said 20-40 minutes. Food arrived after 2 hours. Some food was nice but other food was left, possibly due to delay. I tried both phone numbers multiple times but could not get through. It is a shame. I am sure nice people but maybe come off uber eats

Got the order wrong three times. Food was poor quality.

Absolutely shocking customer service. An order on Uber eats that suggested would be 20 mins took 1 hour 45 mins. Every time we rang to check they said 10 mins then put the phone down on us. The food was bland and watery. Never again!!!

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Waited 2.5 hours for a delivery that never arrived. Uber Eats blamed the restaurant, the restaurant blamed Uber Eats. Restaurant put the phone down on me twice when trying to resolve the issue. Would avoid as absolutely the worst customer service ever.

Ordered from here for the first time. Ordered at 7.20, called the restaurant at 8.30 to see how long our order would be. Was told it was on its way!!! Called again 20 minutes later was told the driver left 10 minutes ago. Called again 20 minutes later to be told they are busy, just couldn’t get a straight answer. Over two hours later ended up being charged and no food. Awful service. Avoid Final words from the man on the phone “order somewhere else next time”

Lovely little place, amazing food. They offer a set meal at a reasonable price. Don't serve alcohol but you can take your own or there's a shop just few doors down. Staff are friendly.

Ordered a butter chicken with rice an naan the butter chicken sauce was brown in colour which for butter sauce is not right should be a nice golden colour but I did try eating it never tasted anything as bad ended up in the bin wouldnt even give it the dog

Small and friendly local curry house. Waiter very attentive and considerate. Not licensed anymore so we popped to the shop to get ourselves some wine. Restaurant then provided plastic cups, so bring your own drink and glasses if wanted. Food was tasty and hot. I'm sure we'll be back.

Ridiculous customer service.. I called for a delivery bloke on the phone said1 minute please.. Fair enough...but I could hear him standing the scrolling through his phone playing videos..6 minutes I waited for someone to come back on the phone and nothing..
