Me and my friends came down to London to have a good time and we stumbled opon glass blower pub in w1. We chilled and got some drinks and food , the food was incredible and in top of that Alex our bar tender was very knowledgeable with the menu and had a very friendly and helpful approach . Would recommend to go there just the friendly vibe this place gives out.

Aryan was serving us and my family and I enjoyed it a lot. The drinks in the pub were good as we had different kinds of drinks every round He is a lovely lad and always kept checking on us to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. He also guided us on places we should go as we were new in London. He made us feel comfortable and would definitely go back again as the vibes were amazing around the place!!

Worst old fashioned I’ve ever had in my life. Used Jameson and a shot of simple syrup. No ice. So sweet I couldn’t even drink it. Gross.

Nice pub in soho, when its not too busy, it can be a nice option for a drink. It can bit pricey and can also get very crowded after 5pm

Good attention and service, for a London Pub. Simple decoration, in a cozy atmosphere and with typical London food that is more than acceptable for its quality/price ratio. The fish and chips was very good and freshly made.

Really nice place in the heart of London. Super nice and delicious interior. The employees seemed efficient, welcoming and nice, and we were happy to be there. We used their lunch offer, but unfortunately found the food to be unsatisfactory. We both ordered Steak Sandwiches. The bread was very white, dull and dry - not even toasted. The portions were small, the salad was bland, the fries were bland. In general, not much positive to mention about the culinary side. However, the price was not particularly high compared to competitors in the immediate area.

This pub holds a special place in my heart as in 1982 its where I proposed to my wife. Back then there was still sawdust on the floor! Pop in whenever we are passing and it takes me right back to that day!

Stopped here for some lunch as had some time to kill in the area. Food was spot on and can't complain about a thing, Stefano was a funny guy who was on the bar and the lovely manager Anna was brilliant, here there and everywhere but still had a the time to chat and be friendly. Will definitely go back when I'm in the area again.

Following your previous answer to Lola’s review, and being one of the other guests at the table, yes, we are very sure about the place we suffered last night. It’s hard to believe you’re unaware of the situation, especially after speaking to several of your staff members about the long wait and receiving no concern. One of your own employees even told us that he wouldn’t eat at your pub because his standards were higher and that the food was “terrible.” This kind of attitude speaks volumes about the overall quality and service. Instead of responding to reviews after the fact, perhaps you should focus on improving the experience for your customers while they’re actually there. Also, perhaps you could also focus on cleaning the bathroom as well, the terrible smell of urine dampness is so strong that I can’t even imagine how bad it must be for the poor cooks working with that stench right next to them.

A bit shocked to be honest. I booked several days ago for 5.30pm with my girlfriend’s parents after a show on the West End. Entered the pub to meet a bewildered older man behind the bar who wasn’t very welcoming followed by another lady who looked at us like we were an inconvenience when they didn’t realise they were expecting us. When we were followed to our table quite briskly, we were plumped right into the corner where there were stools of different heights, shapes and sizes. The standard should be a lot higher for Central London. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone anytime soon.

Terrible Experience - Dirty and Incompetent We had an awful experience at this pub. The place was dirty, with sticky tables and trash on the floor. The service was absolutely horrendous, we waited for over an hour, and no one brought our food. The staff seemed completely disorganized and uninterested in helping. After waiting so long, we finally decided to leave without eating. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.

Short stop for a pint. Fun atmosphere. Lots of festive activities going on. Friendly enough staff and fast service. Always been a favourite of mine. I remember previously there was always board games but didn't see any around this particular night.

A well presented Greene King pub on the edge of Soho, with typical pub fare and a nice moody atmosphere in the evening. We went for Sunday roast but on that day then oven was broken, so only the normal options were available. Had the fish and chips which was okay, nothing groundbreaking but certainly not bad. Service was very good, would go back again for the nice atmosphere and good location.

So the staff were nice and they were training two new staff. The food on the other hand was horrible. Brussels sprouts had to be frozen as they were full Of water and tasteless when I bit into them. The sausage I had to push all my might into to get the fork to go into it. I didn’t eat it along with my other food. I would not eat here and if you are just looking to drink then it’s ok.

The place is very nice, the only downside is that it is incredibly loud.

In a nice spot in the center. There is also an outdoor area in front where you can drink your beer standing up. Internally, it serves the ground floor and the 1st floor, which is also available for private parties (as it happened when we went). We really liked the downstairs area and decided to sit and have a beer. We weren't in the mood for a meal that day, but if we had a nice experience we'd keep it in mind for another time. Unfortunately, things didn't go so well... Service fast but definitely not smiling. Just processing. I understand because it was a Friday night, so quite a few people. This means that there was an extreme commotion, a mixture of the voices of the patrons and the music (but you could not understand at all not only more music was playing, but not even what music was playing). When we sat down at one of their tables, the waiter came and collected the empty glasses from the previous ones, but he didn't even bother to even clean up the spilled beer on the table. So we were trying not to even touch it. Hard to want to enjoy your evening and try not to forget and touch your table... At one point we just didn't feel good about the whole situation and left without even finishing our beers. Great selection of tasty beers, but we found them a bit expensive. Although I come to London often and its central is one of my favourites, I will hardly return to this pub.
