A lovely, welcoming spot! The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home – super kind and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and perfectly seasoned. Portion sizes are generous and the prices are really reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I get the chance!

Went for an interview - immediately got judged and spent majority of the interview being told multiple times that - bad behaviour is not acceptable - this is standard knowledge and I shouldn’t expect to go to interview to be judged as a bad person and warned about behaviour within the first minute of looking at me and speaking to me; The fact that im coloured and majority of the staff being polish - I believe I was judged from my skin tone and ethnicity as I walked it. Be careful for discrimination as majority of the interview the head chef had just made me feel uncomfortable; barely going over the job role and what needed to be done, rather to indicate more than 5 times he doesn’t want somebody who’s going to cause trouble or not turn up to work. I was judged for the way I look and it’s disgusting - avoid if not polish or if coloured.

El personal es realmente encantador, amable y divertido sin ser OTT! Fuimos a una comida pre-teatro y nuestra comida estaba lista muy rápido, que era ideal. Teníamos curry Katsu, una hamburguesa y calamares con papas fritas como principal. Todo estaba delicioso. Era el cumpleaños de mis hijas e incluso le trajeron un brownie con una vela! ¡Estaba absolutamente mortificada! ¡Típico de 15 años! Este lugar estaba ocupado y puedo entender por qué!

We had an amazing experience at Giraffe. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The service was friendly, attentive, and incredibly quick, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes that were full of flavour. The cocktails were the perfect complement to the meal. What really stood out was the fantastic kids’ menu. It had a great selection of tasty and nutritious options, making it a perfect choice for families. The staff was also wonderful with the little ones, making sure they were happy and well taken care of.

The food was very, very average. This is not a nice place for brunch. Poor presentation and effort, very bad bread

Had a great time at Giraffe in Victoria! We tried the squid, chicken wings, noodles, burger, hummus, brownie, and churros—everything was really delicious. The staff were super attentive and professional, which made the experience even better. Definitely coming back!

Went here with a hungry appetite for a Saturday Brunch and it was great!! The atmosphere is a very nice and chill vibe with some people there and started getting busy when we left. The service was nice and helpful. The food was amazing. We had the American pancakes with bacon and also the avocado on toast with a poached egg. The bacon was the best I’ve had. Amazing smoothies as well. Overall a very nice experience and I recommend going here for a nice brunch.

Giraffe in London is a truly great place for an English breakfast. The food is excellent and the service is truly attentive. I highly recommend it!

At first the service is quite unfriendly. The space you get is very limited. I ordered a steak, unfortunately I got a cold cutlet, which luckily wasn't medium rare as ordered, but rather well done, otherwise I would have had to worry about food poisoning given the quality of the meat with lots of flax. Side dishes were cold fries and 3 cold onion rings. Oh yes, and a tomato split in half and fried. Fascinatingly, it was not only cold, but also frozen in the middle, making it difficult to cut even with a steak knife. If I could give minus stars, this restaurant would get them. I don't normally write reviews, but this place was so bad that I would recommend it to anyone.

The food is simply great, excelent beer, waiters' service friendly, fast and efficient. Martina is so gentle and nicely available to recommend food and drinks. One of the best hamburgers (Classic Cheese Burger) that we have ever eaten. The Warm Fudge Cake is amazing. We loved everything in this restaurant. Highly recommended in Victoria area.
