Not great especially 22% extra stingy service charge for no service other than similar to a Harvester which you pay what’s published on the menu. Not happy with this place Child like fish and chip portion. Kebab chicken presentation ok but that’s it. Not impressed with this chain restaurant near Victoria. Thought decor was good and we will have clear pricing but sad not at all what I expected.Disappointed big time. 7 of us and a large bill for a below average meal and service. Just as an update been to different Giraffe restaurants but like I said the fish & chips for adult was the same as the child’s meal so not very impressed. Secondly the service charge of 22ish % was too stingy and not fair by any imagination. The lady that served us was not so hospitable and yes again a very shocking 22% service charge. I don’t like writing bad reviews but I think it’s very cheeky to put that on top of published prices and make any customer feel uncomfortable and expect them to pay. When no special service was actually provided. Especially when out with family and have probably out on a limited budget. Never expected this from Giraffe.

Didn't know anyone present but it looked nice and we dropped in for dinner. It was perfect with good food and drink. Ended up having breakfast the next day here too. Very nice place to eat and drink. Good service.

We were visiting from the states a few weeks ago. The staff was amazing and so was the owner. We walked in late from arrival and he sat us with no reservations. Later on during my stay, I became sick with a cold. They made me a grilled cheese sandwich which was not on the menu. We ate there several times, morning lunch and dinner. I also brought back a coffee mug to remember their kindness. It’s a must visit location. Spectacular and we are still talking about it!! ❤️❤️

Eggs royale were amazing and the Giraffe brunch was a great size. Service was great, it’s location was perfect and close to Victoria Station.

We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast in this restaurant, you have the choice between typical British breakfast or other options like Mexican, American... Very friendly staff and top quality.

Was asked about five times do you need help. Not sure if it’s because I was any the door and eating alone and maybe thought I was going to run off. But that did not allow me to have a morning breakfast in peace.

Ordered classic grilled steak medium rare with chips. What about stringy meat, never eaten like this and nowhere, with scraps of chips. It's a shame because it's a nice place. Excellent dessert though.

Peter the manager is doin an amazing job! He has an eye for the room and the customers. Today he was supported on the floor by Martha and Lenny and everyone did a great job. The food and drinks are coming fast and the bar and kitchen staff is walking the extra mile! Service at its best, cheers guys!

Unless you like to leave a place hungry, don’t bother going here. We ordered a SHARING plate of hummus, with EXTRA £3 bread. 8 measly (literally the width of these slices was smaller than my thumb) slices of ciabatta you could eat in one bite, for two people. I’m still searching for where that £3 went to because I certainly couldn’t see it on the plate. An absolute rip off.

We had Kales and Strawberries smoothies, they are fresh and super delicious! For prawn gyoza, the prawns are tender and the dishes overall are tasty. It has become one of our favorite restaurants

Avoid. You will be sad with how little food they put on your plate, and how generic it tastes. £14.50 for two mini tacos and about 20 fries. Staff seems generally careless and not too bothered with feedback.

Food is basic for the price. Wait staff didn't understand what "over easy" eggs were and argued that it is fried eggs, then put my order down as sunny side up.

Although the food is great, the service is slow, and I was shocked that it is Valentine's Day and only two waiters are working.

Staff, food, and atmosphere were great, welcoming, and friendly. My only complaint is Pancake only served in the morning & I was dying for it. A part from that, all is good.

Average food, does not worth the price IMO. You will get a much better burgers at Honest Burgers for the same price. There are little GF options.

Standard chain food that is well done and consistent although nothing that especially stands out apart from the coffee which is excellent.

Just average across the board, you get what you pay for. We came for brunch and honestly not that much choice. I had the vegan full English which was meh, wouldn’t order again, wouldn’t come again.

Super restaurant pour les familles. Menu pour les petits très complet, coloriage offert et chaises hautes à foison. L'ambiance esr chaleureuse et confortable sans être trop bruyante. La cuisine est excellente et propose des plats variés. Que l'on aie envie de se goinfrer, de savourer ou de manger plutôt léger, il y en a pour tout le monde.

Sehr leckeres Essen, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Wir waren mehrmals dort und wurden nie enttäuscht. Sehr leckerer Nachtisch vor allen die Bananen Waffel!

The food was standard, nothing special. Impersonal atmosphere. A tourist place without any atmosphere, nothing special, nothing bad.

Fantastic eatery but let down by service. Beware an extra ‘optional gratuity’ added to the bill in the fine print. If you want to solicit tips like the USA then you should be transparent and deliver the bill to the table to explain it. (I went up to pay and there was no mention of the gratuity until after I paid and received the bill. I’m not sure exactly what the extra charge was for?). Response appreciated.
