Had a pre theatre meal booked. Didn't have any pasta dishes off the kids menu, kids pizza was ok, kids fish was ok, but batter wasn't crispy. Took a while and had to keep catching the eye of waitress for service/drinks. Adult burger was ok, bit small/tasteless. Choc brownie was very good for dessert however the churros were terrible/undercooked. Was hoping to raise this with waitress, but she didn't come back in our direction for over 15 mins. We paid with qr code on table as had to get to the show, which also added 12.5% service charge. It was ok, but wouldnt rush back.

Wir waren hier gleich zweimal zum Abendessen. Das Japanese Kaktus Curry war überragend. Ebenso sehr leckeren Caesar Salat und getrüffelte Pommes. Am zweiten Abend noch einen Passion Fruit Martini (Pornstar Martini) Wow !. Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Gerne wieder. Normales Londoner Preisniveau.

We came here for breakfast and it surely did not disappoint. The staff were very efficient even though they were incredibly busy. The breakfast was of a high standard and nothing was too much for the team. looking forward to coming back soon!

After we checked in , no time to waste we all ready on the road exploring the Street of London, come across this restaurant , very inviting and relaxing atmosphere ,but not busy at all , we both little hunger after we left early from Manchester , menu is all day menu , friendly staff got us coffee right away , I was surprised the menu included a lot of global dishes , we both sharing the Cod and Chips , Thai ducked on noodle also the Chicken Caser , over all very tasty food special the duck so flavourful , it is great sever with noodle the Cod was so thick not my flavor dishes but interesting , Caser so fresh crispy good friendly service , we happy and full ,good first meal in London !

Lovely place and cozy atmosphere. Food came out super fast, hostess and server ladies were delightful and responsive. Food was tasty and reasonable prices for LDN and near the center. Would eat here again!

For lunch I had the all day brunch option which seems like version of the standard full English breakfast but without beans. It was very tasty. My only gripe was that the menu said to ask how you want your eggs done (I was craving poached eggs) but there were only the two options of scrambled and fried. That would have been nice to know beforehand. The staff is quite vigilant in taking away plates when it looks like you finished, felt a bit rushed but not a huge deal. I really really enjoyed the mug of hot chocolate after my meal to warm up and indulge myself a little bit in the season. Will likely visit again if I am in the area to try the eggs benedict for breakfast!

Solid breakfast - nothing more, nothing less. Staff wasn't particularly friendly. It was very cramped. All in all okay - but nothing more.

Great place, great people and great food. Just tried their swinging kebab and smoothie and it was delicious, the serving is quite generous too. Would highly recommend to try.

Breakfast on a Friday at 8AM was quick, well presented, delicious and coffee was good. Wouldn’t hesitate to come here again.

It is a restaurant belonging to a chain, in this case it is near Victoria station. We stopped for breakfast. The place is good, modern and well-kept and the attention of the waiters was correct. For two people we ordered two large coffees, eggs benedict and a bacon sandwich. The breakfast was delicious and cost 17 euros per person. It is true that the price is somewhat high, but those are the prices in the area for breakfasts of this type.

We were having a more typical English breakfast. Highly recommended, although we were missing the white beans that they always give you. It consisted of two eggs, 2 strips of bacon, mushrooms, sausage, a piece of tomato, fried potatoes and 2 slices of bread with butter.

Very tasty breakfast! The all day giraffe breakfast is very rich! The coffee is mediocre! I find it a bit pricey as a brunch.. kind staff!

Just wanted to said thank you to the chefs the look like they working very hard and still very happy they were absolutely brilliant specially the told one , seemed to be the one in charge didn't get his name but we wanted to said thank you for the fantastic food chefs ! During our stay in London, my Friend and I ate in this restaurant several times. It was our safe place, we even had our favorite table. The food was very good, the staff very friendly and welcoming. I recommend this restaurant and hope to return very soon.

I got the eggs Benedict and they were really good, perfect serving size. The staff was very nice and kept checking if we needed anything.

Today morning I had a breakfast at Giraffe and it was wonderfull! The staff is really helpfull to helping you with the questions about the menu. The coffe is perfect! Let me mention few of the staff. Karcsi from the bar made us the best smoothies and coffes to start the day well. Iwona from the waiters wellcomed us as a family with a lot’s of love. Thank you! We’ll definietly come back soon!

Was seated, fifteen minutes went by without even being greeted by our waitress (ironically, the same girl who sat us). Was dying for some water, walked next door and got immediate service. There were only a few other tables at the restaurant, come on!

We went on my daughters birthday, and it was perfect. Just 3 of us for a cosy family meal and we couldn't have picked a better place. The menu was varied, interesting, and what we ordered was delicious (katsu chicken). The service was amazing, friendly, quick, and they really made us feel at home. In spite of it being really busy, they couldn't have been more welcoming. Our server even stuck a candle in my daughters dessert and everyone sang happy birthday. I don't live in london, but whenever I'm in the area next I know where I'll be eating.

Located in Victoria, close to Victoria Station, this cafe has alot to offer. Comfortable atmosphere and great service. I had the Thai Duck Stir Fry. Plenty of food to eat and delicious. The service was fast and friendly. The desert was awesome, caramelized banana and a waffle. I recommend the Giraffe when visiting Victoria or attending a show.

Food was great except for the pancakes, they were a bit dry. And the mocha was very sweet.
