Got to restaurant for our 630 booking to celebrate my sons birthday - starters arrived pretty quickly but mains did not arrive despite several chasers - at 730 we were told the food would be arriving in 5 mins - and that we should pay so we could leave immediately after the meal to get to our 8pm film - however at 740 we were told there had been an issue and our food was not coming - We were clearly outraged - asked for a full refund which was given begrudgingly - after asking twice - totally charmless staff - a half hearted mealy mouthed apology - nothing lost for them - no offer for a future free dinner - just a refund for food that mostly did not arrive - nothing to compensate us for our wasted evening and ruining my sons birthday I will never go to this place again

Dirty Bones offers a fantastic atmosphere with exceptionally good service, especially from Aga. All the staff members were very friendly and attentive, making our experience delightful. The cocktails were good, though a bit on the sweeter side. Highly recommend this place for a great night out!

Friendly staffs and efficient in customer service. I lile the atmosphere here. Foods are good. We ordered OG Fried Chicken (£13), OG Chicken Burger (£12), Corn Ribs (£6) and of course a drink at £8. No conversion, just enjoy!

Amazing food and very accommodating to our big group and a birthday celebration! I would like to thank all staff, especially Marvina, our server for her quick service. She deserves a raise!

Marvina was brilliant for our group of 16 people, excellent service!

Just an ‘okay’ experience and that is based on location. Most of the menu was unavailable, of which wasn’t advised until 30 mins of being seated and an order taken…would have been far better to have advised before committing to dining at Dirty Bones Carnaby! Service was slow, with tasks like fresh cutlery being replenished having to be chased up a few times. The only part of the service that was speedy was the delivery of the bill, which I guess was due to wanting the table back.

Our visit to Dirty Bones was nothing short of culinary perfection. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, setting the stage for an unforgettable meal. The chicken and waffles were a standout, with crispy, succulent chicken paired perfectly with fluffy, golden waffles and just the right amount of sweet syrup. The truffle fries were divine, with a rich, earthy truffle flavor that elevated the crispy fries to a whole new level of deliciousness. The mac and cheese burger was a revelation, combining juicy, well-seasoned beef with creamy, decadent mac and cheese, creating a harmonious blend of flavors and textures. Every bite was a testament to the creativity and skill of the chefs. Dirty Bones delivered an exceptional dining experience, leaving us eager to return for more.

Amazing crew and service. We arrived with 4 small children and a dog and the team was very helpful trying to make us comfortable moving tables around, lowering down the music etc… The service was very efficient and they were in general very nice. The food was also great. I would highly recommend.

Pretty disappointing. Cocktails were some of the worst we've tasted - terribly sweet & completely lacking alcohol. Food wasn't much better, at least what we ordered.

Mithun was amazingly helpful with great service and the food was even better I had the OG burger with the lamb fries and it was delicious. The atmosphere in the square is great as well.

Raluca who works here is a real star! She takes care of all guests in a personal way and is so incredibly service-oriented. The food was super good! Even the children aged 8 and 5 were satisfied. Very nice place and great connection to other restaurants. We were so satisfied that we returned the next day, but unfortunately we were not as satisfied and it was due to the service. The staff were not as pleasant or service oriented as the day before with Raluca in the lead. We choose to focus on our first visit and give the place top marks!

Mithun is the man! Super kind and attentive - I hope he gets recognized for going beyond what his job calls for and was just genuine and kind. Thank you! My family enjoyed our time and food!

We went there looking at the reviews but that doesn't reflect reality at all. I don't know if the quality has dropped in a few months but we spent over 35 pounds for a burger, fries and salad that would have been better at McDonald's. Very disappointed and shocked to have paid this price for this poor quality

A place that stays open both its kitchen and the place itself until late which is something rare to find in London. Very good quality food and the service from Kate was first rate! She was helpful in guiding us on what to order and made sure that we were satisfied throughout our dining time.

So amazing to find American levels of service in London. When they say “bottomless brunch” they really mean “bottomless.”

Tasty food with a good menu and drinks. However, we ordered the meatpacker platter and at £30 each (2 people), it was a lot smaller than expected. Still had room for ordering dessert, which was a very tasty Oreo cheesecake. For that price, I want to be stuffed full and I usually have a small-ish stomach. There are better priced BBQ platters in central London, some just around the corner from here.

We ordered the meatpacker platter for two but unfortunately for the price (£60) it didn't deliver. The food was good, especially the steak and ribs, but the portions were underwhelming.

The food was outstanding and geat atmosphere can't wait to go back and try other Items off the menu

Dirty Bones restaurant is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is cozy and vibrant, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. However, the best mustachioed bartender who serves the customers takes the experience to a whole new level. His cocktail mixing skills and passion for his craft are beyond words. His mustache adds character and makes him a memorable part of the restaurant. I can't wait to visit Dirty Bones again to not only enjoy the delicious food but also to be served by this exceptional mustachioed bartender!

Kaitlin was our waitress and she was really friendly and attentive. It was hard to get a staff member’s attention to order or grab some s&p but Kaitlin responded each time. My food was often luke warm while my partners was steaming hot so that was a bit of a disappointment.

Nice restaurant in a really exciting location. Burger was tasty but small. Unfortunately a bit expensive for the portion size. Unfortunately, side dishes seem to be completely omitted from all dishes.

Went a while back with my friend on Sat evening. Restaurant was busy but our waitress Justyna was absolutely lovely and made us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. Service was quick and efficient and food was delicious, prices are reasonable for location. Looking forward to visit again soon!

Really enjoyed the food and experience here, The wingsday unlimited wings were very good value for the money and the service was top notch. Nicolas, Wiktoria and Raluca looked after me and my friends and made it a better experience than it already was, 10/10 would recommend
