Ginos Square Pizza and Chicken Parmesan in Birmingham

We always order from Ginos for pizza. They have always been consistent with quality, taste and perfection. I love the cheese they use. We also enjoy their sizzler wings. The coating is crunchy and spicy.

Cheese burger and fries not great at all considering you're charging £6.99 you can get better cheese burgers from so many places, stale, salad inside looked old, bun was hard in places. Chicken nuggets fine, fries were hard and didn't taste great. Pizza the only thing good. Usually give sauces but no sauces this time which was disappointing. Clearly this place is only good for pizzas and not burgers etc.

Sorry to say The food quality is not good at all in this time . Donner meat is hard and burnt. And small pizza is full of green chili. Hardly chicken was there . Kids didn’t eat anything so I have to make food again at home .

Shop Missed some food and I rang the shop he started showing attitude towards me and being disrespectful customer service is appalling can’t believe they would treat a customer like that

i made a mistake with my order so phoned up shop and they changed it for me, no problem 👍 delivery was earlier than expected which was great 👍 and food was Hot & tasty 😋 delicious

Apart from pizza, nothing tasted freshly made. Fries cold and very stingy with the dips that come with the parmo and pizza - tiny tubs. Wouldn’t order here again

The pizza was decent and flavourful, the fresh tomatoes on the pizza were delicious.

Always big fan of Gino's. Part of the order was missing but one call and they rectified it in no time and sent larger portions off missed item. Everyone makes mistakes but it's about how your make up for it. they went above and beyond. Keep up the good work.

Now you know I’m a regular customer and whenever I add notes on my order you listen and delivered the pizza piping hot. However I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered so I’m leaving a review. The pizza had dropped either in the shop or by the driver. We were gutted as it was piping hot however all scrunched up!!! I will be adding the pictures.

Ginos you do the amazing pizzas when they are delivered on time. If you want nice tasting pizza with good cheese Ginos do it. They always listen and follow through on my notes when I order online. However today the pizza was dropped. I’m not sure if it happened in the restaurant or by the driver. I’ll attach the pictures for you.

Never disappoints, whether it’s a meal for 1 or 15, pizzas are always on point. Only feedback of improvement would be bigger dip pots.

The driver said he was on his way over 30 mins ago after placing the order. Food turned up cold. Not happy at all

First time ordering in 2 years as they always use to forget dips: food took 95 minutes to arrive, showed as on way after 25 mins. Food arrived cold, squashed, and guess what not a single dip, no meal dips or ones I paid for extra. Dont overlook dips!

Very happy with the delivery time came within 15 mins and piping hot and fresh definitely will order again the pizzas are amazing and very tasty 😋

I would give 0 stars if I could used to order from them years ago and never really had a problem. Last week when I ordered the food at 19.15 the food came just before 21.00, no courtesy call to say food will be late, no apology when called and no reduction in price. Asian places have still not learnt the fine art of customer service won't be ordering from here again!! P.S. Food was cold when it arrived.

The Parmesan cost £12.99 for a medium size. My Lahore charges the same and serves a good portion. Their parmo was barely a small, let alone a medium; it was just three bites, and the fries were limited too. I expected the same size as My Lahore's since the price is the same! It was more like a kids' portion! If they want to cut back on sizes, then they should lower the price too!

Recently the quality of the pizza has changed drastically doesn’t taste the same i think they have changed the cheese which tastes bad

Dropped in quality and portion ordered a large Parmesan couldn’t have been deceived more by anything they even tried to cover it up by spreading it out, presentation was awful, either it’s under new management or or worker seems annoyed At life

pizza was literally dripping oil, after eating 2 bites I threw it in the bin, the wings were good though.

I made a mistake with my delivery address. Gino's called to ensure my order got to me. Very happy with customer service and food on point as always.

Cheese burger was poor quality, no salad at all and beef patty tasted undercooked and dry inside. Nuggets weren't great either overly fried with skin peeling off. Pizza was okay. Considering I'm a regular customer for Gino's I'll start looking for other pizza places instead.

Really good pizza, one of the best in Brum....... ordered from these guys many times .......but delivery time can be a bit dodgy on occasions.......my last pizza came 45 minutes later than the suggested time ......but would still recommend.

Where do I start? This shop serves amazing food along with a beautiful shop decor. The chicken parmesans are no doubt the best in Birmingham along with the square pizzas. This is my new favourite spot for parmesans it's so underrated. 10/10

Extremely weird place I don't know what was going on when I went there First of all I ordered a large chicken pizza and it took nearly 30 minutes+ and they made me stand in that hot claustrophobic thing of a "restaurant" then the extremely rude staff started shouting at me as if I was a dog??? Then when I got the pizza and went home my dad asked me if I dropped the pizza because the box was smudged in chicken and grease and the top of the box had grease going through it

Definitely one of the best pizza shops around, staff are friendly. Is seating inside and looks clean.

Chicken tikka n fries were really nice 👌 yummy. The donar burger was a disappointment hardly any donar meat on burger just a couple off strips that was a no no.

I'm so sad to be leaving a bad review here. I ordered 3 times in short succession, first time fine, second the delivery driver left my order under the recycling bin of a neighbor on a completely different road despite me having both a pin and GPS on. I found it after it was on the floor under a bin for minimum 20 mins. I contacted just eat and got a refund, re ordered the next day and the pizza was left on my bin without knocking my door. Sad as their food is great when not abandoned outside.

Ordered the Parmesan told them only onions and still like a freshie put everything on it what if I was allergic to jalapeños typical with our people also was cold since I just ordered it and hardly any cheese on it for the amount of money paid should be way better don’t be fooled by the good reviews on Parmesan here way better out in Birmingham, saying all that the pizzas are better will avoid the Parmesan in future

Tried this place for the first time, ordered the Italiano. Pizza was amazing, tasty but could do with a bit more toppings. They’ve just recently moved next door so the place wasn’t all ready. Service was good. Pizzas are a bit small for a large but the taste made up for it. Would definitely recommend if you’re passing by
