I went into the bar with my wife and sat at the edge of the bar. I was probably waiting 6-7 mins to get served and then the manager, I assume, said if you want serving go and queue up at the other end of the bar. It wasn’t that busy. So despite being sat at one end of the bar he wanted me to start queuing at the other end. How rude and obnoxious he was. We left immediately. The service looked really poor and the manager was just rude. Will never go in this place again. Treat your customers with some respect.

Went here for the first time last week Friday, and honestly the service was so poor. We were a table of 10 and arrived around 7pm. 3 friends went to the bar and pick a cocktail each from the large cocktail menu they have on the side of the bar. They paid £30 for 3 cocktails then came and sat down, I then went to the bar to purchase a cocktail and noticed a tiny side above the bar in that said it 'friday happy hour - 7pm to 9pm 2 cocktails for £12'. I asked if this deal was on and the girl behind the bar said yes so I ordered 2 cocktails and paid £12. I went back to the table to tell my 3 friends about happy hour and they were completely unaware and hadn't noticed the small sign, they went back to the bar and asked if they could pay the difference and get another 3 cocktail. The waitress said no! For no reason whatsoever. An hour past and we were finishing our first round of drinks, then some of us headed back to the bar at 8:35 to get some more cocktails before happy hour finished at 9pm. I ordered 2 espresso martinis which took the bar maid 25 minutes to make, she then wanted to charge me £20 for the cocktails. There was one girl behind the bar on a Friday night which is shocking. The 4 of us stood there waiting for an over an hour in total to get our cocktails. No offer of bringing them over or in any rush to make them. We collectively agreed we would never visit this place again. With the competition so high in Altrincham for bars, this place is not it. Would not recommend going until you want to be swindled.

Great service, lovely cocktails

What a great little bar tucked away! We stayed for a couple of drinks to watch someone live on Saturday night which was great by the way! We loved how nice the bar was in regards to design. Would definitely return here in future.

What a great little find! Cosy and welcoming, live chilled music, mulled wine & some lovely Gin of course, nice little snacky food from “I call myself Sanches” next door which you order online and bring into the bar. All recommended!

Really nice little Gin bar with some great signature cocktails for people to try and they also have specials which are always changing. Nice atmosphere and tucked away location!
