Costa Coffee in Trafford

Location is great and service was good with alot of seating available

It’s a good decision if you want, take a break in the shopping day 😉

The staff at the Costa above Next have always been friendly and accommodating. Well done 👍.

Usually it's really busy up there, today it was a little quieter, the service is always good, staff are friendly and helpful, drinks made perfectly and food done right. I would like to just point out, there are three costa coffees in the Trafford Centre this is the one inside Next, not the one in the Grand Hall of the Orient and nor the one in the Odeon Cinema on the third floor.

Just popped in for a drink. Great service as always.

The store looks lovely especially after the recent refurbishment. Danny served us tonight and he was working alone behind the counter but his service was spot on even with a little que he managed it well. Ever better yet I have to say not Costa compares to the quality of the drinks and service here

This is my first time here I think the brownie frappe is great and the serving time was also very quick

Called in today,2nd n they had no bread again so called in starbucks. I even said I,d buy you a loaf, but you refused.

Used to be a lovely coffee shop. Told no cups only paper cups, dishwasher broke. No plates obviously neither. No toilets as out of order🤷‍♂️

Nice cosy place to enjoy coffee and snacks.

Called today at 4.45 told shut although a q in front. Asked what time closing? Told 5 although says 5.30 on website. Shame as we would have probably been done by 5. Oh well Nero's gain Seems to be a theme of Costa closing before time advertised.

Costa has become more expensive ths. It should be. Glad they still have the quality. But seriously, price is getting out of control.

Just had coffee very nice pleasant staff

Quick coffee fix when I went with mates. Got takeout as I was buzzing all over the place and my mates wanted to go sit elsewhere.

Not the greatest Costa I have visited! Service was ok, and the coffee was good. However I had a cinnamon brioche, I had to send the first one back because it was to stale to eat. This was replaced, the replacement wasn’t much better!

What can I say great cappuccino also caramel hot choc ....mmmmmm

Useless, slow, unprofessional, dreadful handwritten signs attached to wet floor signs stating they're closed. Consistently close around 7pm. Poorly managed, rude staff. Awful!!! If you'd like a toastie at 1pm, I highly recommend ordering it no later than 11.30am as the service is painfully slow. It would be quicker to sit on the toastie to warm it up.

Very friendly staff and good location in Trafford centre. Sadly Debenhams closed last year which was just yards from Costa.

Staff too busy chatting to each other causing queue to be longer than needed. Get to the front of the queue to be told cash only as card reader had gone faulty. Not good! 👎

Ok... But toilets could of done with a good clean

Visit here often when at Trafford . This one in Next or the one on ground floor opposite Nandos. Usual good service, staff coping well under slightly stressful conditions due to 'awkward' and slightly 'abusing' customers....well done!

Good food and service. Nice experience. TBH ended up there as was the only place we found that we could get in, in a resonable time in the Trafford centre without queuing...as so busy everywhere else. 😬

Coffee very good and my son loves the mint choc frostino.

Not a bad Costa but can be slow getting served and it is usually busy when you want to sit down.
