Food was ok- quite expensive but with cost of things today, can explain why local businesses need to charge more. However, if people are paying those prices, the least they expect is some decent service. Lady was incredibly rude and dismissive. As a result it wasn’t the food that left a bad taste in our mouths…

So expensive for what is essentially a butty. I ordered brunch as I was a few minutes after breakfast. It wasn’t massively busy but was a bit on the messy side. Waited a while for food. It was ok. Nice enough. But not worth the wait or the money. Looking at the reviews maybe it was just a bad day I went.

Called in for a coffee and a bite to eat . I decided on a meat and potato pie, my wife opted for chunky beef and vegatable soup unfortunately no soup left , so she opted for meat and potato pie too . So 1 latte , 1 Cappuccino, 2x meat potato pies, 1x Rocky Road. The meat and potato pies to take away £2.50 each The meat and potato pie to eat in £4.50 each . So most most certainly won't be calling here again.....

Arrived for the Valentine’s theme night and was greeted with a glass of Prosecco & a red rose. Great start Canapés followed then Starters, Main meal and Dessert. The atmosphere was lovely and the food amazing, well done Chef. Joe and his team really look after you and make you feel welcome. These theme nights are brilliant, well worth the money and not to be missed.

Delicious breakfast food, delicious hot beverages, award-winning sausages, homemade pancakes, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Decided to try this local venue for a chilled breakfast with friend n very glad we did. Great menu choice from something light to more substantial with excellent friendly service. Table service with a smile keen to ensure everything was ok. We tried eggs Benedict and pancakes with bacon 🥓 n maple 🍁 syrup. Both well received and thoroughly enjoyable. We took a sneak peak at the lunch menu ready for our next visit!

It was our first time at Giglis today for breakfast and wow, they didn't disappoint! Fantastic food, service and atmosphere. We cant wait to try the lunch menu next. Would highly recommend !

Booked a table for Father’s Day brunch and everything was beautifully cooked. Staff were friendly and price was very reasonable for what we had. Have been a few times before for lunch and always spot on. Highly recommended (with fab butchers shop next to cafe).

This cafe is a lovely place for a coffee and light bite. The pancakes are so delicious. The atmosphere in the cafe is great.

I am a regular customer at giglis bistro and i am never disappointed. I am always spoilt for choice when i look at the menu, the slow cooked smoked brisket and pulled pork they do are out of this world and the specials board always has some super yummy choices on too. The staff are lovely and pleasant and the service is prompt. Thank you, keep up the good work giglis.
