Visited the Giddy Goat today and was rather disappointed. 2 cheese paninis, a kids lunch box (which didn’t come in a box), and two small hot drinks came to £29, seemed very expensive. Had to wait a very long time for our food despite it being very quiet (appeared we were the only table with food ordered), the cheese was just warm not melted, poor limited menu most of which was unavailable anyway! We have visited previously and enjoyed it, however the prices have gone up significantly since our last visit but unfortunately the service and food quality/availability has not improved to match the new prices! Won’t be in a rush to visit again unfortunately.

Was disappointed with the giddy goat. Expensive for what you got and wasn’t the greatest. Would not return. Not good value for money tbh. Photo attached the food was £8.

The sandwiches, scones, and cakes were excellent! Very nicely presented, tasty, and good-sized portions.

The Giddy Goat is a fabulous refuge after or during a long walk through the beautiful Bedfordshire countryside or if you just want to enjoy a coffee and cake or lunch with a friend. A warm and friendly welcome awaits you by the 2 girls in the coffee shop and the service is perfect! I 'kid' you not, the Giddy Goat bacon and sausage baps are delicious as are the wonderful array of cakes. There is inside and outside seating and it is a real 'jewel in the crown' at the end of the very pretty Riseley village. Fran

Went for breakfast, having read about this place in our local village magazine. Found plenty of seating under a large marquee, and ordered our meal from the service window. Their large breakfast was excellent and really good value. Service excellent and the staff greeted us with a smile. Will go again.....and again, probably! Highly recommended.

Its located to the left of the filling station nearly opposite the school. Its nicely set up, with outdoor eating and a marquee if the weather is inclement.I enjoyed my food and coffee and the price was good. I shall go there again on my next ride.

Just out for a drive looking for a place for morning coffee. Saw sign but had gone past, decided to go back and see. Well worth visiting Out door seating lovely felt like you were in a secluded woodland area. There is a goat pen area, no goats today. Covered area with toddler toys and picnic tables. Some indoor seating Food good choice of light bites, cakes and ice creams. Attentive service from owner and staff. Reasonably pricing for food and coffee.
