German Doner Kebab - Sutton Coldfield in Dumfries & Galloway

One of the best meals I have had as a student in a long time instead of the usual processed crap that is in the sutton area. It tastes fresh and dosent taste like its just came out a microwave of completely fried to bits so I would recommend to anyone the restaurant In Sutton and the staff was very kind a guy called hassan served me and was one of the nicest employees I've met going to eat at fast food shop

Amazing. Love love love GDK. Place was clean, tidy and the staff were friendly and excellent (whoever was on Lunch 13th April). Always generous portions of tasty food. So much better than the usual fast food muck.

Again great food great service. The manager was great helped my picky daughter who wasn't sure what to order. Was served by Iman Muskan and Kevin All very lovely and happy to help. Food tastes amazing as always very filling 10/10 from us.

The food is is pretty good and the venue is nice. Parking is terrible if you arrive by car. Do not park in the spaces behind there shop. It looks like its there parking but buts not. I got a parking fine after eating there and the management will not help out. Be warned folks, either park somewhere else or go somewhere else

Great spot for lunch, god selection of food for the small or larger appetites. Staff were lovely, helpful due it being first time there. Had a meal each and couple of sides all tasty and very well presented. Quiet due to being a week day and very clean. Thank you to Muskan and Baz for making the experience a enjoyable one.

I received the best customer service from Aqeem and Has. They were friendly and efficient. The food was piping hot and fresh and the establishment was very clean. This is going to be my new fast food joint.

First time at GDK, service was simple and fast. Food was good value, fresh and tasty. I thought at first the portion was a little small, but in fact it was very filling. The sauces were excellent and the salad refreshing. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks to the staff for the quick and friendly service.

First and last time we try this the coco didn't have any coconut taste the chicken spring rolls were obviously cooked in old oil they was absolutely disgusting and soaked in oil and the chips were under cooked would not recommend unless you want greasy food that looks nothing like the pictures

Food was superb and tasted really good. Made in quick time. Good value for money and I would definitley go again. The server Riaz was polite and helpful.

Had food here the food was delivered . We had a meal deal and there was hardly and Doner and the breads were burned to a crisp so tasted like charcoal . Really disappointed. Won't be using again any time soon

Went with my mum for first time. Was served by Muskan and Kezia, who recommend the OG. Went for meal and also a veggie burger for mum. 10 out of 10. Amazing food and great ambience. Will be bringing my friends.

Got served a stone cold mixed kabab main with a slimy, congealed wrap that was stuck to the wrapping on the bottom, it was so congealed and glued to the wrapper, I had to peel it off with pieces of the wrap sticking to the paper (see photo). I had to take it back, got offered a replacement, but I don't like kebabs with spit mixed in my sauce. I won't be going there again and I'll make sure to let everyone I know not to go there either. Staff were immature and snickered when I complained the food was cold, manager was ok though to be fair. Got a refund which was only for £8.99 even though the cold, inedible, congealed food cost £9.49, I then left. With Papa's just up the road, there is no chance they're gonna stay in business and if managament wanna talk to me if they think I'm lying, just check your cctv and a refund for Sunday 13th November 2022 at 21.59, I also still have the receipt too for proof. At the prices you guys are charging, believe me, you can't afford to be serving people cold food with a side of immature attitude, especially when I was the ONLY CUSTOMER IN THERE, so it's not even like you were busy!!!! So in summary I was charged 50p to sit there for 10 minutes. I'd like my extra 50p back too please, not to mention it was supposed to be two meals for the price of one and I only got one meal!!!!! JUST AVOID THEM! Papa's is just 2 seconds away, they're cheaper and cook fresh food right in front of you, go there instead.

I have now visited this shop twice, first time they got the order wrong and gave me box of meat and chips, I had asked for the one with salad too. They also forgot to include any dips which really do make this meal. At around £16 for 2 meals it was disappointing. Second time they got the order right but the kebabs lacked enough meat and salad. I have tried the Birmingham and Loughborough one which were epic and was excited when this arrived in Sutton. Also lots of staff but service seems slow. Will probably try once more but not for a while, just seems a bit amateurish compared to the other branches I have tried.

Never eaten here before so I was unsure what to order. Staff were helpful, patient and informative. Food arrived quickly and the staff were attentive ensuring we were happy with the food. Restaurant was clean with a lovely atmosphere. The food, OMG cannot believe I had not discovered this before. As a picky, unadventurous eater I was wary but very pleased with the advised choice. Cannot wait to go back. Big shout out to Kevin and Mo who looked after us superbly.

New staff appear daily all more incompetent than the last more and more items missing, lucky if you get a bag of fries whatever is ordered, two people in front of me questioned their order before giving up! The promised three sauces do not exist...

This place is so over priced the staff and useless and so miserable not one smile anywhere The food is served cold with only enough to feed a 6month baby they use bare hands after touching the face to dish up the salad

Found on off chance, hadn’t been in Sutton for over three years (live overseas) Thought we’d grab a quick bite to eat. Fabulous diner, spotlessly clean. Panini was delicious with a large choice of sauces. Served by Kezia who recommended the flaming fries! Good recommendation...

We had a couple of drinks in sutton then popped in for dinner. It was clean and efficent yet warm and inviting. Enjoyed the food. Staff very helpful and friendly , will be back soon.
