German Doner Kebab in Gravesham

I recently visited German Doner Kebab for lunch and was impressed with the quality of the food. While it's a bit pricier than McDonald's, the taste more than makes up for it. The restaurant was very quiet during my visit, making it a nice spot to enjoy my meal in peace. Service was fantastic – Nayeem took great care of everything, adding to the positive experience. Would definitely recommend for a delicious change from the usual fast-food options!

Served by Nayeem. She was very polite and provided excellent service. She was taking orders and also serving the food at tables, a very hard worker. Place was clean. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because they had no dairy free option for my son. I got 4.99 og kebab lunch offer and curry flavoured chips which was lovely. It's also halal.

Nayeem, mohin, maria and Rana were pretty amazing tonight. They took the order for our family of 12. Had the food ready and served very quickly. They were courteous and polite. It was a real pleasure and such a good experience with no mistakes or errors in the order. If only one shortcoming is that the food is bit too oily. Otherwise we enjoyed everything about our visit. Always fantastic customer service and such a warm welcome. Nayeem is amazing and always goes the extra mile for me and my colleague. Nothing is too much trouble for Nayeem and she is a great credit to your company. Mohin and Maria serving the new hash browns outside were very accommodating and lovely to speak with. Myself and my colleague ended up buying the hash browns because they are so delicious! The food is always up to a high standard, always consistent and always fresh. I am a regular at GDK in Gravesend and their quality of service is always up to standard. The staff are friendly and professional, I am always greeted by their smiles and greetings and discount I get. I will always recommend their big Boss box OG and cheese bites. Today 04/10/2024 I was approached with a friendly and smiling face by Mohin and Maria inviting my friend and I to taste the new item hash browns with the dips. It was yummy, Maria knew exactly what she was talking about explaining the item and the different flavours. Nayeem is always greeting us with a friendly attitude and a smile and. Makes sure we are seen to and she is always going that extra mile with her customer service skills. I highly recommend GDK in Gravesend. Thank you all.

clean. good food. quite pricey but very delicious. staff are patient and friendly. difficult for first order because its not easy to understand the menu but the staff (the lady) was helpful and patient to explain. I have been in twice to order take aways. really filling as well. not sure what the vegan/ vegetarian meat is made off cos it can be quite hard to chew. otherwise the other menus are absolutely delicious. I was given free spring rolls the first time I ordered there.

Great service in the store from Jannat. She went through the menu options and dietary requirements with me and brought the food over to me when it was ready. This particular branch is very modern and clean.

Never had an issue here before but after eating a box meal on Thursday I have never been so sick in my life. Unbearable stomach cramps and vomiting. Have had to take several days off work. Never eating here again

For the umpteenth time, my food is spicy, even though I always indicate that it shouldn't be spicy! Every time I have to spend extra money to eat. I will never eat there again. The staff there should read the order, not just put it together as they please.

It's a good place. Large. Ambience is good. Plenty of seats. Food is okay in taste. But overly oily. I had Doner quesadillas. Fries Potions are small. And tiny source. Good but room for better. I still recommend it for the experience.
