German Doner Kebab in Sheffield

The doner box was really yummy and their service was great and Laxmi, the waitress was so kind and friendly.

Food and Service was amazing. As I am a German diner lover always and came here to do some work so decided to try GDK. Laxmi was really great at serving her customer. Great place and staff. Highly Recommend.

Me and my partner ordered delivery through just eat and one of the Donner boxes had old greasy dust all over it, not very hygienic! Had to throw it straight in the bin.

Atmosphere is friendly & relaxing, I ordered Doner box fries and cheese. It was a very nice meal, Julie attended to me (excellent customer service) and great music. I’ll be coming back again.

No customers will come to GDK because of rude staff. There is no customer service. Very bad experience in this branch. Not okay to give a single star.

Food is delicious, service is simple and fast, and there's usually plenty of seating going spare. However, I no longer bother ordering this through uber eats, hence the 4/5 instead of 5/5 rating. My usual order is an "extra mix" kebab. When I order in person, its a monstrous kebab that I occasionally struggle to finish, but always leaves me satisfied after the fact. The last few times I ordered a delivery, however, the amount of meat in the kebabs has been shockingly low.

First time customer of GDK food is superb if not on the pricey side for what you get, very small portion of fries for the price but the dips and the doner were incredible and whoever invented doner meat spring rolls deserves a Nobel prize 🥇 they do however lose 2 stars from my review for excessive packaging, I've seen high-end electronics come in cheaper boxes than my order arrived in and just seems very wasteful.

Really disappointed. I am a big fan of gdk but this was my worst experience. The staff seemed naive. Had no customer service experience. The meat was burnt, chewy and surely not fresh. Staff refused to replace the doner saying that ‘its already 50% eaten’. I just had literally two bites and looking at the picture anyone can see that. I couldn’t believe he really said that to me. Really it was my worst experience.

Very awful service! I ordered via Uber eats and received the wrong type of bread. On top of that, my order arrived late and soggy. I called the restaurant and was told to come to the restaurant and I’d receive a free order of the wrong meal. My name and phone number was taken and assured I’d receive the order. Two days later, I went to the restaurant and explained what had happened. The customer service representative whom I’m sure is the same person I spoke with on the phone, then told me he couldn’t give me the promised order but he could give me 50% off. How do you override an already made promise? Sounds like he lied to me on the phone just to fob me off. I literally wasted my time and energy going to the restaurant. You need to train your customer service agents to do better. You don’t assure a customer of a certain course of action, only to negate it.

Salad was off and tiny scraps of meat. Will be my last time I buy from this place

I had a chicken doner box. This was a box with chicken doner meat, salad and some chips. There was really not much meat in there at all. We decided to go somewhere independent rather than the McDonald's across the road as we were from out of town. Should have gone with what we knew. What little meat and the chips in there, were nice, but wouldn't go back.

Very, very, very slow - took over 10 minutes for a basic box, not good when it was very quiet.

I think is my favorite place to get a nice food and peace time. First, the place was very nice with fall decorations. Second, the service was kind and fast, they explained me so clear somethings about the menu.
