German Doner Kebab in Aylesbury Vale

I’m speechless, I’ve been eating Turkish food for 40 years, I’m 55. I’ve had Kebabs from all over the world. Never have I had such a small kebab in all my life it was basically like a thin ham sandwich it’s not like they sell lamb which is expensive but they sell beef which is not expensive especially not the beef they use, which is minced, we ordered no veg just a bit of onion and meat because we know the tricks of the trade, you get loads of veg and a tiny bit of meat,when we got the kebab we were flabbergasted. We phoned to complain and they told us, wait for it that the Kebabs are weighed, to 150 g of meat. I was speechless, they weigh their kebab meat? This reminded me of that awful place that I don’t use called Subway. Another place that weighs everything. I was absolutely flabbergasted. If you want a Turkish kebab go to a Turkish restaurant with a Turkish people. In my experience, Indian Kebabs have always been awful and this is not a very authentic experience.. I will never be willing from this place again ever. Be warned the smallest Kebabs you have ever seen and remember it’s beef not even lamb, they are so tight it’s disgusting. Remember you are paying 899 basically for 150 g of low-grade minced beef? Shocking.

Ordered through just eats experienced the most aggressive delivery driver ever who refused to give me my food... I can't seem to be able to speak to anyone from just eats or gdk leaving me £40 out of pocket... Yes it was a just eats driver but you use them for delivery.. I've had to resort to a review so at least I might get to speak to a human being

I have arrived for the first time here Nafissa was excellent. We really like her patience and ability to talk to the customer. She brought her order on table and she checked on us how do we feel and if every thing was alright. Well done Nafissa and thank you for your service today..

flavour/spice was weak, portion was small and was wicked priced. one time job for me.

When I came back, I was told that someone else had already collected my order. They even suggested that I might have sent someone with my receipt to claim the order, only to return with the same receipt to mislead them. I’ve been a loyal customer for the past year and left a 5-star review on Google at their request, not based on my actual experience. This situation is more than just about the money—it felt like a personal insult, especially as they humiliated me in front of other customers. ### update ### I posted a complaint in GDK complaint forum a week ago and no actions taken yet.

Food was cold. Had the extra mix kebab and chips but still hungry after. kebab was small and very expensive for what you get. German kebab gets a no from me . Get more for your money with a normal doner kebab

Everything was fine but the food was only just warm.

Saif was Amazing! His customer service was on point and not only that he ensured our food was well done and hot for us to have as a takeaway. Whilst it was a hectic morning for myself and with my little girl he went over and beyond to bring a smile on our faces and we will definitely be visiting again! Because of saif we had a really good experience! And he ensured I was served on time as I was in a rush! Deserves a bonus! Great individual

Had a great time. We arrived at 10:30PM and were among the last few customers. We still had a great hospitality and yummy food. Special mention to Andrea for a great service.

Waffle bread was good, cheesy brown bites aswell. Coke was cold. But main meal… Cold and burnt (black) kebab. At least this time you didn’t forget to put vegs and extras in. After last disappointment, I gave you another chance, but for nothing. Overall it’s under average meal. I’ll NEVER order again especially for a price like for a premium kebab. Shame on you…

Not many chips with my order and luke warm. Atmosphere based on no one was in the resturant. Food was nice but I found the garlic mayo over powering and you could not taste the meat.
