Lady at the till customer service absolutely awful my partner was addressed with just rudeness doesn’t say hello or no smile manners go along way he’s very friendly always asks where people are from as he’s traveled the world with the army so he tried to make conversation with the till lady nafissa but was just met with rudeness teach your staff some English etiquette it goes along way.

Food was nice and as it should be, the place was clean and tidy and service was fine, until the end when a staff member approached and pressured us to leave a review. She had asked us to leave one, we said we would and went to carry on with our conversation and she told us to get our phones. My partner got his phone and she was over his shoulder and making sure he had written (and mentioned her name) and even clicked submit for him. By the looks of all the recent reviews she had pressured other customers to do the same today

German Doner Kebab in Aylesbury has become my go-to kebab restaurant. While there are other options locally, GDK stands out. I'm a regular visitor and appreciate the clean and comfortable seating. The menu offers a good variety, and the food is always excellent. I'd especially like to commend Nafisa, who has served me frequently over the past few months. Her professionalism and courteous service are truly appreciated. Thanks to GDK, I know exactly where to go whenever I'm craving a kebab in Aylesbury. The convenient location and ample parking are also a plus.

Absolutely amazing service from Andreea at German Doner Kebab! She was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. My little daughter was so happy and kept blowing kisses to her—Andreea Madalina made her feel so welcome and loved. The food was delicious, fresh, and served quickly, but it’s Andreea’s warmth and exceptional service that really makes this place stand out. We’re regular customers, and her service is always at the top and never fails to impress. She definitely deserves a promotion for the fantastic job she does!

Nice food but how RUDE! The staff are. There were two female members of staff and while I was waiting for my order I witnessed them treating delivery drivers like dirt ! I cannot comprehend how they could be so disrespectful!! I will not go there again. One poor guy was trying to show his delivery number and the woman was not looking at what he was showing and was shouting at him! Those delivery drivers work incredibly hard to deliver a great service and at this restaurant we’re being treated like something the cat brought in!! Disgusting. Management need to get involved now or the riders will stop delivering for them.
