Was over half an hour late & the food was cold. Rang the shop & the manager was VERY rude & said we were liars!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - AWFUL FOOD!!!!!!!!

I should have checked the reviews before ordering from this place for the second time. I had issues the first time and left a bad review and today my food was again 40 minutes late. The driver called and lied that he just left and even after telling them that I cannot come downstairs because I have a 3 month baby at home and cannot leave him on my own I still had to go downstairs to pick up my food wearing nothing but my dressing gown!!!! Absolutely appaling service and cold food. Definitely not ordering from here ever again

We've been using George's for takeaways for years. The food is always on time, hot & delicious 😋 We aren't close to them (probably 2.5miles away) but they still deliver for only £1 🙂 It's highly unlikely that you'll be disappointed with your order. So give them a try. Regards Jez

I ordered from here (through Just Eat) on Friday night, having never heard of/ ordered from this place before. It arrived at the expected time. I had cheesy chips- which were fine- lots of cheese. I also had a large mixed donner wrap (naan bread). It was delicious and was absolutely huge! I really was impressed and am looking forward to ordering another one soon. Thank you

Awful, food turned up cold and with no salad or sauce on kebab. Rang to complain to be abused and hung up on, told us it was Halloween so they were too busy to send us more food and it’s not their fault we don’t live near to their restaurant. Used to order from here all the time but will never again! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Ordered from these yesterday and got food half of it was missing the meat was disgusting would never order from these again really disappointed

Came quite quick, no sauce whatsoever, dry as an old bone, phoned to complain they bought some sauce long after the dry old chicken was in the bin, never again

I ordered from Georges as I was craving a kebab and sick of cooking every day. The portion was spot on for what I paid for, the large mixed kebab wrap was bursting out of its packaging it was that big, talk about the value for money. The sauce and salad that I had asked for through Just eat was as it should have been, and the meat inside was very plentiful and tasty, the most full I've been in a long time. These guys dont have a great rating on here but they deserve it, my personal fave takeaway in Northampton. Keep it up Georges

I was last here in 2017 the food was of a poor quality, shortly after they received a 1 star rating.

The kebab was massive and steaming hot! So yummy and fresh, but let me tell you, These guys can make a calzone to order perfectly! I’m a fussy guy and they smashed it! Best and fastest takeaway this year! Well done George’s and thank you

The pictures actually do it justice food was cold on delivery, the chips are under cooked four pieces of chicken in a medium kebab. Ordered bacon and cheese in the burger got one piece of streaky bacon and no cheese took over a hour for delivery. Kids actually said they wouldn’t even feed it to our family dog! This place is appalling stay away!!! Delivery driver was polite and apologised as we said he didn’t cook it! After we rang Of three different phones kept saying he will cook us a new one, after putting the phone down various times being rude and shouting saying he was busy! The place is a JOKE! Unhelpful and abusive staff. Ordered food and was given a time then got an abusive call when it was 30 mins early. Find somewhere else to go

Do not order if you want yo keep your money! Small and cold AND OILY and when you ask for refund and refuse the order they verbally atack you!!!not even my coke was re Waste of money !!! SHAME ON YOU

The food wasn’t very good by the time it had arrived it was cold I feel that it was also over priced.

The food was of a very poor standard burger undercooked and chips looked to be leftovers from the lunchtime batch. I note the last inspection by Councils Hygiene department awarded them 1 out of 5.
