Right I'm just gonna get to the point. The food in this restaurant was AMAZING full stop. Party of 20 on a stag do so the food would've been pre- prepared and everyone was very pleased. For starters I had the Sticky Pork Belly, which was the best pork belly I've ever tasted, just perfection. Gutted that I was the only one that ordered it because I wanted someone else to experience what I was experiencing so had to share a little. For the main I had the Ribeye Steak, medium, which was so tender it melted in your mouth. Definitely will be going back on next visit to Liverpool. Recommendation - Sticky Pork Belly for Starter Ribeye Steak for Main.

Upon entering, a young waitress stopped me, and after we said that there were two of us and we just wanted something to drink, she showed us to our table. You had to wait a long time before the order was taken, and again a long time before it was brought out. There were five people running around, all young waitresses, they came and went a lot, but they didn't work much. I asked for a Corona beer, which was not opened at the table, but a lemon wedge was placed on the bottle. (This is positive) But I didn't get a glass, I had to go to the counter to get it. They didn't bring it out, they gave it to me. I didn't know what to do with the lemon peel, there wasn't even a napkin or a small bowl on the table... I wanted to pay, but I had to go to the counter and report this, because the "paying waiter" either disappeared or he was talking, or just ran past us without even looking at us... Good thing we had plenty of time before the bus left.

Service was terrible! We waited about an HOUR for food, even the starters, and for the kids meals. And our waiter didn’t even follow up with us or offer anything in the meantime. When we called another waiter to see what was going on, she apologized and said there was a mixed up with the ticket. Food was ok but I wouldn’t say amazing. Then when asked for desert our original waitress said “sorry the kitchen is already closed”……🤯, so you had us wait for food for about an hour (with kids) and you didn’t had the courtesy to come back to the table and let us know that the kitchen was about to close so we can order dessert before then…. That was the least it could have been done.

BEST STEAK EVER! OUTSTANDING, EVERYTHING! BEST FOOD !!

Food took 50 minutes to come, when it finally did one of the steaks was room temperature at best and my daughter’s meal was incorrect. The explanation to why the steak wasn’t hot or even warm was that I ordered it medium rare so should expect it not to be warm. When I asked the staff to remove the service charge from our bill, one member of staff was blatantly being rude about us at the till. Needless to say we won’t be returning.

Nice music great atmosphere, Food was utterly amazing, black n blue burger was the tastiest burger I've ever had.

Let's keep it short. Just perfect. I have never eaten such a perfect steak!

We dined in for Valentine’s Day and wow was the meal amazing. The starters were mouth watering and lovely. The steak melts in your mouth and you can choose the sauce to pair with your meat. I think I could live off the brisket mac and cheese for the rest of my days.

The atmosphere is lovely. However the meat was awful. We ordered two steaks that was in a meal and one of the cheapest options. One is edible but the other is not even edible. It was hard to bite not chewable. We have waited too long so we could not send it back and wait more to eat, we were too hungry for that. Never again. Disappointed

Didn't eat in here just dropped in for a pint. Nice friendly staff, but unfortunately not a great selection of beers. But it's a restaurant not a pub after all. Must come back to try the steaks.

I ate an 8 OZ beef fillet from Lava Stone, the meat was excellent. First there were chicken wings, which were also excellent. The price is definitely not cheap, but the quality of the food justifies it in my opinion.

I did not often give a review to restaurants but this one I have to. Excellent food and lovely service. The staff was very nice and take care that everything is ok for your visit. I came for 50% off steakhouse burger and it was brilliant! The dry-aged meat is smokey and nice-smell. The fries is crispy and well-seasoned (not sure if it could be changed to sweet potato fries). Definitely will come back soon.

When we walked in all went well, staff were really friendly. We ordered a starter and a glass of wine. After that we ordered a ribeye and a fillet. The meat did not come with any sides, these were an extra. The meat tasted like pepper, it was overseasoned with pepper. When we advised the staff about this they did not care at all. The waiting time was extremely long. We ordered all at once, the starter took 35 minutes to arrive. We finished it (quite scarce for two) in a few minutes and then the meat took an extra 20 minutes. Waiting times are very long. The quality of the meat is not bad but nothing exceptional, for the price the restaurant has there are much better options in Liverpool. We were brought the bill and when we asked them to please remove the service charge as we found the meat extremely peppery (barely any meat flavour) and the long waiting time they became extremely rude with us and took quite a long time in bringing our bill again. Quite disappointed

The best steak i have had. Staff were friendly and efficient. I wasnt a fan of the layoutand it also could have been warmer. My wife and other customers kept their coats on which is far from ideal.

Our experience was so good, we went back again the next day. The service was very good, and our server was very attentive. The food was 10/10, could not fault it at all. I have already recommended this place to several friends. Excellent location too. The only slight critique I would have is the special offers signage was incorrect but the staff quickly changed that to the correct offers.

The food was lovely! I didn't like the service charge added to the bill. As an NHS staff member of 31 years, can you imagine if we could add the same on?

Ate here early on a Saturday evening. Our first thoughts were not good, the decor is very outdated and a bit scruffy, and the table hadn't been cleaned fully after the previous diners. However, when the food arrived it was excellent, great steak and lovely side dishes.

I can’t put into words how amazing everything was. Perfect portion sizes and everything had so much flavour! If you do go I recommend the Ribeye.

Hi, lovely meal was gorg but they didn’t embarrass my friend for her birthday as requested.

We waited to be seated but was acknowledged once we stepped in so that was fine and the lady who seated us mentioned that they had a rush before we came in so that was understandable. My friend ordered the Cosmopolitan and I had a glass of red wine and they were both lovely. Best tasting ribs we ever had, top notch burgers (Black & Blue and Steakhouse Burgers) both juicy and really tasty. Staff are really friendly and nice. We will definitely be back whenever we are in Liverpool. Thank you Churrasco!

Restaurant gives a very comfortable and welcoming vibe. The food was phenomenal and very reasonably priced with good deals available. Steak is tender and delicious. Our server Emily was very attentive and catered to our every need. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely!! Great atmosphere and staff. A little bit pricey but it is a city centre restaurant and it’s worth it!

Went in around 2pm. Was asked if we had a booking. Woman grumbled about the fact we didn't. But the place was empty. The rest of the staff were lovely and helpful. Beautifuly set out inside. Starters: The pork belly was delicious. Garlic bread was dry and boring. How do you get garlic bread wrong? The little batter covered meat balls dry with no taste. Main: I had the Aberdeen Angus. Was very disappointing for the price. No char taste on the outside. Inside it was cooked medium rare like I asked and it was tender. But overall I've had better steaks from wetherspoons. Desert: The sticky toffee was incredible. All in all very disappointing for a steak house. Especially at the price they were charging. Won't be back. Miller and carter's next time. If I'm gonna spend that sort of money I expect a great taste on my steak

Absolutely loved our time here. The group of ten of us were well looked after, the food was fabulous (my French colleagues were very impressed!), and the atmosphere, especially the music, was perfect. A brilliant venue for our team to celebrate another year of succesful work. Special thanks to the chefs and waiting staff, you did a great job.

Asked for steak cooked medium, there was a little blood, other than that, the food was really nice and presented well. The staff went above and beyond though and sorted us out a treat!

Had the steak and fries, steak was cooked perfectly (medium/rare) fries moreish and had a side of cauliflower cheese, amazing, will definitely be returning.

Disappointed in the food. We ordered pork belly, ribs and nacho starter. Pork belly - dry, didn’t taste too good, really strong Smokey taste. Nacho - average quality, meat was nice on top, cheese sauce all on the bottom of the tray so was difficult to get to. Ribs - cheap meat, very little meat on the bone. Had better in pubs etc. Mains I ordered the 2 x Angus steaks, one was good and the other was very chewy and had a lot of grizzle in. Mac and cheese was excellent, mushrooms also excellent, Chips- good but peppercorn sauce was too strong.

Åt en middag med sonen och firade segern för LFC. Mycket god mat, strålande bra personal med fin känsla för service. Vi åt båda Black Angus Fillet som var mycket vällagad, precis som vi ville ha den. Var sin dessert efteråt som även dom var mycket goda. Bra atmosfär, gillar dock när det är lite ljud omkring när jag är på restaurang. Den som eventuellt vill äta i en helt tyst lokal kanske kan bli besviken.

Nice environment with great service. Causal atmosphere and a bit noisy as the echo is high if people sitting next to you have a loud voice. Overall is a recommended restaurant.

Best steak I've ever had. I took my sister for her 30th birthday on Saturday, as she's a big steak lover, and we both had such a nice time. The service was fantastic, the food was to die for and the atmosphere was really nice. We couldn't fault it really. Thank you Churrasco, you made her birthday weekend extra special! 🙌

Amazing hot tasty food had the 3 course special chicken skewers starters chicken burger and beef burger chunky chips main and ice cream sundae beautifully cooked and presented all 4 meals were excellent staff friendly ,polite ,helpfull...will definitely return on our next trip to Liverpool 5 stars

אכלנו שלושה אנשים מנה של סטייק טומאהוק (1.1.ק"ג כולל עצם). היה טעים מאוד. לא מדהים. רוטב הפלפל שהוגש לצד המנה היה טעים, אבל כבר לא חם. הסלט רוקט ופרמז'ן ליד היה מצוין, והצ׳יפס קרנצ׳י וטעים. הזמנו גם 3 מנות קטנות בצד: הפטריות היו נפלאות, טבעות הבצל היו נהדרות, סלט הקיסר בסדר. לא יותר. המחיר היה מעט יקר. חשוב לציין שכל ההצעות המפורסמות בחוץ למבצעים, היו מטעות, כי הן מופעלות רק באמצע שבוע, ואנחנו באנו בשבת.

Went this evening for my birthday with the family. Lovely staff, exceptional food, can not recommend Churrasco enough, thanks.

This was our first time at Churrasco and I was blown away. The service was exceptional, our host asked if it was our first visit before explaining the different menus and promoting the happy hour. We opted for the early bird £10 offer of 8oz flat iron steak with skinny fries. The steak was excellent, we opted for the recommended medium rare and because of the thickness of the cut it was more on the rare side. Not really an issue but a word of caution to anyone who's fussy about blood from their steak. The steak was so well seasoned, seared on the outside and juicy on the inside. The fries were crispy and fresh out of the fryer. For sides we shared a peppercorn sauce, which was a generous portion at £2.95 and we also shared a delicious candied bacon mac and cheese dish which was £6.50. I couldn't fault a thing. The cocktail from the happy hour was really nice too. However, the thing that made me absolutely adamant that I needed to leave a review was that as we got up and walked through the restaurant to leave. Every single member of staff looked up from what they were doing, thanked us for visiting and said bye. I can't think of many places this happens and it was such a nice gesture. I can't wait to go again and try more from the menu!

Great food, best I’ve had in a while. Great service. Our waitress Julie was very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. Would highly recommend and will visit again.

I had high hopes for this place but badly let down with the worst starter. Choose nachos and they had literally put a small handful of coins Doritos in a large cup and dolloped some sour cream on them. The of us complained and the waitress apologized and replaced them but they were only marginally better. Burger was ok but nothing to go wow about.

The food is delicious. Big quantity. You can really taste the BBQ in the ribs. The sirloin steak was nice and juicy. Lovely staff. Had to leave a tip.

Nice food but pretty basic. Order steak and chips and you get steak and chips...not even a side salad. Food was nice, service was good but the overall experience didn't really have that wow factor. Never had Moldovan wine before but the malbec was very nice with the steak. No children's menu available but they will adapt items off the adult menu but still charge full price. Finally, service charge should be optional not just added to your bill.

Been here 3 times now and it continues to get better and better. One of our favourite places to eat EVER! Love the food and service, and also the price is very fair for the quality. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent service and food. As a walk in, we were seated but the toilets door, was drafty and busy.

We went on the 6th January 2023 food absolutely delicious, couldn't fault the food but what annoyed me was adding a service charge of £17.

Highly recommend Churrasco Steakhouse Liverpool. Situated in a spacious building with very accommodating staff. We were seated early while we waited for other party members to arrive. Attentive servers that changed our table layout and brought us drinks while we waited to order. Steaks were cooked as ordered. The menu has a nice variety of sides to compliment your steak. The portions were filling so if you decide to have a starter then don't go mad on the sides with your main. Hope to return soon.

Ate here beginning of December . Group of 18 . Got the final Bill which was approx about £45 more than what we had added up . Queried this with the staff but they were unable to give an explanation. We even added all the prices of all meals with the member of staff , just to show her they had overpriced by £45 .in the end she admitted the extra £45 was a service charge which we had to pay . Very sly of them to add that on without informing us ! Be aware of this . Needless to say we will not return . Food wasn’t that great anyway .

Terrible experience with manager and waitresses. They were rude and non professional. I don’t like to right bad reviews, but the total disrespect with the client led me to do this.

Possibly the best steak I've ever had. Went for the most expensive Aberdeen Angus and really glad I did, melted in your mouth, had incredible flavour, and easily the best steak I've ever had. The sides are a bit pricey given you're paying £33 for a steak and the cheesy mash was lumpy and not worth the £4/£5 it cost. But the steak more than made up for what the potato lacked. I'd go back again

A party of 20 of us went on the 10th december.we could not fault it .the steaks were amazing cooked exactly how we all ordered them .the staff were so helpful ,friendly ,chatty and couldn't do enough for us. A lovely welsh girl was our waitress she was amazing along with a Romanian girl and a young guy .we definitely look forward to returning .thank you for a fabulous evening.
