I didn’t get my order and the guy was really rude when I asked why my order is late it says delivered and I never received it

when you have to leave your flat to collect your order, reason, traffic warden at 6.10 PM then part of order missing, had enough 😑

It took 2 hours for the food to be delivered. It wasn’t hot and the taste was bland and salty.

A chicken tikka masala that was of standard above any other in the area. I was well impressed that the chef made it to my wishes - as I asked for it to be spicy. Good sized portions. This restaurant will definitely go onto my favourites list.

Great food and friendly service, would definitely order from here again. The naan was lovely as was the saag paneer and the prawn korma. Only downside was the korma was a bit too sweet for my taste (too much almond) and it would have been nice if they'd chucked in a free poppadum or two and a chutney. Bit on the pricey side for the portion size. I would love to see a rogan josh on the menu.

No discount for late and luke warm food. Items missing. Zero explanation for any delay. App won’t let me select anything other than a 5 minute delay when it was more like 40. Contact details for the restaurant were wrong and just sent me to an automated line for justeat. Totally disappointed with whole experience. Notification of no discount for the delay came with ‘we hope you enjoyed your meal’. Patronising beyond belief.

The food was great, however please pay attention to the delivery notes. If it's clearly stated that the doorbell doesn't work and to call the number than proceeding to bang on the door when the person is 3 floors above who can't hear you, than finally call only to be confrontational, hang up and walk back to your car before I even have a chance to open the door. It's a bit unprofessional and leaves a bad aftertaste in what would otherwise be an excellent meal. Next time if you can deliver with some better manners then I'd love to give you a full 5 star review.

Ordered food via Just East but was never delivered. Called the restaurant but had no answer. They stole over £50 from me.

Awful. Nearky two hours to deliver the food and was cold They charged service and a delivery bag cost, even though I'd spent nearly £60. Bland food, and tiny portions, like it was from a packet and swimming in ghee. Uuurgh! Avoid

1. I asked for delivery to be made at 7pm. It failed to arrive despite Just Eat app confirming that they delivered my food. I called the restaurant directly and found that they had not even sent my food out. My order eventually arrived 30mins late which made me late for work. 2. I ordered the Tandoori King Prawn Masala which costs £19.75 on their Chef's Special menu. It only contained 2 x prawns and the rest was a very thick sweet tasting sauce. Extremely disappointing and not very special from their chef if it only has TWO prawns and a lot of sauce at a price of £19.75 An absolute rip off and false advertising. Day light robbery at it's finest.

i don't know if the food is good because i never got it!! i ordered it at 08:00PM and supposed to get it until 09:05pm...but i'm here - still waiting. it's 10:15pm..really bad. never again :(

Foods good, shop staff is excellent but no consistency regarding deliveries. It’s either on time or very very late. Also hit or miss with driver as one is nice and other is rude and horrible.

Great value for money, tasty dishes but were a little oily and the promised bottle of cola for orders over £30 did not appear even though we mentioned it in the comment as required.

Chicken Korma and rice dishes were nice however the onion bajies were very dry and stale and turned very hard even cooled down so these were obviously microwaved. Garlic nan bread was just as bad. Because of this I will not order from them again.

Bhuna flavour was nice but the lamb was so fatty it felt like biting into jelly. Not good.

Food is utter rubbish, super oily and bad quality. They serve bad quality meat, full of fat and gristle. Portions are appalling for the prices. They want you to pay in full but they give your food in instalment plans - I’m still waiting for my missing items for over 3 hours. The service is so ridiculous, they’re so rude and have no manners. DO NOT ORDER HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.

Love the food, great quality. Need to sort delivery drivers tho. I ordered two nights running as really enjoyed food and both nights the delivery drivers tried to deliver without giving change and then got stroppy at me asking for my change. This isn't acceptable. Other than that food is amazing

Have been the first time there with a few friends. Indian Cuisine is not really my favorite one but the food there was truly good. Lamb Chops where nice, we ordered a few dishes to share and all of it was indeed very good. It has been there for a while so they must do something right. Don't expect anything fancy but I enjoyed this evening very much. Definitely will come back.

I ordered the Modhucash curry, they sent a korma, I was a bit disappointed with it because I’ve had the modhucash before and it was amazing, just a mix up I suppose

Food quality wasn’t good. The cheese was so hard and chewy in the Paneer Masala and masala/gravy was quite thick. Garlic Nan was slightly more sweet than it should be. Bit disappointed with the food. Service and delivery was good though.

Took 2 hours from order to delivery. Absolutely terrible service.

Food very late. Asked restaurant for an update via the app, as had received an update that the driver was on his way, which was clearly not accurate. Received an updated text with new delivery time, which was also missed. When the food arrived, someone had started eating the naan. Food packaging was ripped open, naan was cold with a massive chunk ripped off. Called restaurant who couldn’t grasp that I didn’t want a free naan, I was trying to escalate food hygiene concerns. Will never be ordering again!

I think you have made a habit of not delivering all the items. I ordered for coca cola as well and it was missing again. The mistake can happen once or twice but if its repetitive then its not a mistake it’s called “doing deliberately”. Never going to order again from this restaurant.

I ordered curry (masala) and expected it to come with nan bread or rice but they delivered it as stand-alone sauce. Everywhere I ever ordered curry it has always been delivered with rice as a minimum. I ended up buying rice elsewhere.

Great food - not greasy like other Indian eat outs

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from here and now that it's 5 minute's walk from my house, I will be ordering a lot more! The Makhani dal is a particular highlight, as is the special fried pilau rice with egg and peas. Prawn pathia was delightfuly spicy and saag aloo was tasty as well. I can't wait to try some more dishes.

After having some take aways we decided to eat in,found it very surprising from 7pm till 9.30 pm we were the only people eating in,food was tasty enough,toilets were a little to be desired as the dirty toillet brush was kept on the shelf at chest level,the hand cleaner consisted of a bar of soap in a dirty soap dish,not really good in this day an age,service was just ok and you have to pay 12.5% service charge,and it wasnt worth the £18 we paid for it Maybe the reason it was empty on what should be a busy Saturday evening
