Superb venue for a recent family funeral wake. Harriett went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and extremely welcome. Highly recommend you give these great people serious consideration for hosting.

When I arrived at Gaudet-Luce, I would say that I was outraged by the service from the staff, it was like they didn’t want me there. When I ignored this significance and got out to the course, I was imperturbable with my fellow Mark H, and then this young man told us to hurry up and get on with the game, which I find absolutely appalling especially as I’ve spent my pension on this – especially as I am nowhere near the people who were supposedly behind me, PLEASE SORT THIS OUT! I’d recommend going to Yorkshire to get nicer golf courses, if anyone is interested. Regards F.S. After my irksome situation with the course, I decided to go to the restaurant to see where the food was nicer than the staff, but alas I was too optimistic! I am not a critic like Gordon Ramsay, however I am very sure this would’ve poisoned someone, especially as I’ve spent a fortune at this place. Not nice at all! However; luckily, my bottled water tasted great and was cooled to a good standard.

After being on the course for a little over an hour; our group was confronted by another member which we reported to the staff. We explained that the other member was abusive and confrontational and I was assured it would be dealt with and that I would be contacted in due course. I am still yet to hear from the club. Very disappointed.

We visited Gaudet Luce on a Sunday for the driving range and a sausage/bacon bap, it was a great way to spend a couple of hours.

My wife and I went for Sunday lunch. The food was plentiful, hot and well prepared although the choice was limited - we were fine with what was available - and service was friendly and efficient. I'm sure we will pay a return visit.

Had a gathering upstairs where there are plenty of seats and amazing views over the course. Shame it was raining as the upstairs seating area would have been even better. Nice buffet for 55 people and pleasant staff.

Our first visit to this establishment was a very enjoyable experience. We went for lunch and found the menu more than adequate. Our food was freshly cooked which we both relished and immediately booked dinner for ourselves and two guests within the next fortnight.

Visited for the first time tonight for husband's birthday. We had the steaks, two for £15, and we're not disappointed! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by a very friendly young lady, who took our drinks order. We then found a table, ordered our food, and after a very acceptable wait, we had our steaks, which were cooked to perfection! Will certainly be returning.

First time visiting, the course was lovely and well maintained, made for a competitive game among friends. Afterwards went to the bar area and was served by a young man, Josh, who accommodating and professional. Once he took the orders he swiftly prepared our drinks, whilst making pleasant conversation. The food was good value and went down well, showing a passion from the kitchen staff. Definitely a place I would visit again.

Went for Sunday lunch last weekend and thoroughly impressed. Two courses for £14 and children’s menus from £4. Drinks also very reasonably priced. Lovely surroundings and food was absolutely delicious. Lots of fresh vegetables that weren’t cooked to an inch of their lives like most Sunday dinners. Desserts also lovely. Friendly staff too. Couldn’t fault and will definitely be making regular visits.

Visited Gaudet Luce for an all day meeting recently and was very impressed. I understand they have recently extended or renovated an upstairs room ready for functions and it has worked very well. The room is bright and spacious and has a concertina wall across the centre for flexibility. One half houses a bar and the other is a large spacious event space with outside balcony with outdoor seating which will be a lovely area during the summer. Both the function room and the balcony have lovely views out over the golf course. Having worked in events for many years, I can confidently say that this area would lend itself well to a whole host of events from a corporate meeting through to a wedding. The food was very nice, presented well and served hot and the service staff were all friendly and efficient. The arrival of the food was a little slow, however I believe we were their first large function and they had allowed us to choose from the full menu which would have put a lot of stress on the kitchen. They have learnt from this and will be offering us a limited menu for our next meeting, showing that they learn from their experience. All in all a lovely venue and we are looking forward to returning.

We went for a family party. The food is excellent. We had a buffet which had lots of choice. Drinks were expensive but staff were great. I would definitely go there again

Really surprised by selection and quality of food on offer. Quick service and good value for money. I had a lovely bowl of hot soup which was very tasty. Would definitely visit again.

Wanted to say how good the staff are here just had my sons Footgolf party . Very accommodating and hot food in club house extremely reasonable . Food was fantastic good selection and great quality . My son had sausages , they were locally sourced and taste great , burgers were homemade too . Will defiantly return again 😊

Held our daughter's christening here and it was the perfect venue. Friendly staff, good and reasonably priced bar and excellent range and standard of buffet. Space and decor ideal and the balcony is a great additional space in warmer weather. The overall price made the whole package really good value.

Had a very reasonably priced sandwich and drink (tea & coffee as well as alcoholic served)after a canal area walk with walking group. Nice atmosphere.

He comido aquí en varias ocasiones como parte de un grupo y nunca han estado satisfechos con la comida o el servicio. Ensaladas que, según el menú tienen vestidor en el lado, ha llegado a la mesa inundado en aliño. Comida que debería haber sido servido caliente, casi ha sido frío. La apuesta más segura es un sándwich frío con patatas fritas!

La fiesta a la que asistimos en este club de golf, que es un edificio moderno que está construido el partido estaba en el primer piso. Personal amable y atento, buena selección de cervezas. El buffet de desayuno era bueno y había mucho para todos. Excelente música Jazz y disco. Todos disfrutamos de ellos mismos. El Club House es muy agradable y sirve helados, bebidas calientes y el alcohol - las vistas desde el campo son realmente preciosas.

A friendly clubhouse open to all serving good golf club food and a good range of beers etc. Comfortable and relaxing decor

Cracking club house cracking staff great reception and the course is the challenge for all handicaps great character of a course and great surrounding a pleasure to return this week 20/5/16 can not wait go see the new fairway s cut .

Having dined here with a group of friends for 2 previous december meals we were looking forward to what had previously being an excellent dining experience, alas this was not the case & I would now downgrade this to average.

Been to eat there a couple of times and never been disappointed the food has always been good and so has the service

One of the best 19th holes I have been to , 12 of us played golf here last week after a very enjoyable game on a great course we decided to stay for lunch/dinner , great varied well priced food/drinks menu with fast friendly and very polite service , the venue is easy to find ample parking and a very clean feel to it , we have already booked to go again

the golf club has been revamped for 2015 and has good quality food at sensible prices for all the family. Plenty of parking and there is a lift large enough for a wheelchair up to the restaurant area, but there is still a step up into the main eating area when you get up there. Helpful and friendly staff are always on hand, the Sunday carver has a great choice of starters cooked to order followed by a choice of roasts. Deserts are good. There is a bar menu downstairs or you could still order from the main menu if desired. Not a great place for kids as they may get bored and disturb the golf players but OK for those a little older. recommended for a sensibly priced family outing.

Visited for Sunday lunch for the first time since the restaurant was refurbished & very pleased with the alterations. As before the food was excellent with the starter & puddings being served at the table by a team of very efficient & pleasantly cheerful waitresses. The main course is served carvery style with a good selection of succulent meat & alternatively Salmon fillet in a cream & dill sauce. My wife had the latter & said it was the best she has had for a long time.this is a very pleasant environment to enjoy a very nice meal at a reasonable cost with immaculately laid tables with (quite rare nowadays except in up market restarants) proper linen napkins, well thought out & executed dining experience provided by people who obviously care.

I have been twice now to the new restaurant at Gaudet Luce and cannot praise it highly enough. It must be the best place in the area by a mile. The food is superb as is the service. Well done to chef Trevor and his staff. I'll be back !!!

Non Member, went for Sunday Lunch 24.08.2014.Very clean well furnished and decorated upstairs restaurant.Smart uniformed and attentive staff, and an excellent menu.Ample choices of Starters and Sweets, Roast Beef and Roast Turkey Carvery.Food was home made and of excellent quality - Brake Bros won't make much here!!!!!We look forward to our next visit.

I may be a bit biased in this review as I'm a member at this golf club but the club house has recently been refurbished and is also having a balcony erected to provide views over the course. The bar food is excellent the breakfasts before or after a round of golf are a must. The new restaurant has been created upstairs and has a lovely ambiance, foods great, service is excellent and the staff are very friendly & attentive. Best restaurant in Droitwich. My advice is to give it a go it's better than any pub in the area can offer.

Visited on Fathers Day to sample the recently re-furbished restaurant. Staff very pleasant and welcoming, food good, service good, decor and ambience excellent. Very reasonably priced, so overall excellent value for money and an experience which we shall repeat

A couple of weeks ago my wife and I along with 11 of our friends were treated to a wonderful evening of great food and perfect service in the Gaudet Luce Golf club restaurant,the full refurbishment has made the restaurant a very comfortable and relaxed place to dine,all of us will return for a great evening out.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a lovely meal in the newly refurbished restaurant within Gaudet Luce Golf Club. The modern décor was very relaxing and being only a small dining area, felt quite busy which gave it a great atmosphere. There really is something for everyone on the menu, chicken, steak, pork, lamb etc... the food was delicious and really reasonable. You could tell the quality of the products used too!! the scallops were to die for! The staff we were attentive too...would definitely recommend this restaurant and im looking forward to going back to try their Sunday roast!

Previously this golf clubhouse was just a golfers bar with the normal golfers fare of bacon sandwich and a pint.Now there is a great reason to visit the clubhouse restaurant when not playing golf but with friends or family for a great value meal. An excellent menu with varied choices - superbly presented food and attentive service - all at a price which gives good value for money. All of this in a relaxing yet stylish room away from the noise of the golf bar.We went on a busy night - several people unable to get a table - and we followed a group of 12 and yet our meal was served promptly - exactly as ordered and tasting great. Congratulations to Chef Trevor and the team - keep up the standards and it will soon be hard to get a table here. We will need to book early.

Been for two meals at newly refurbished Gaudet Luce Club House, both times meals and service were excellent, really couldn't find fault at all. The refurb has been tastefully done and the whole atmosphere of the the restaurant is very relaxed and comfortable. Look forward to our next meal there

Fantastic evening meal for four last week. Lovely new refurbished restaurant and good atmosphere. Food was excellent, steak cooked to perfection.Service was also excellent and very friendly.Overall very enjoyable and will definately go again.

I went for Sunday lunch to find a nce surprise a newly refurbished club house with restaurant above,the food was excellent as always,I spoke with the manageress and was told that they were expanding the social food side of the club around Aye April so look out this place is not to be missed.
