Great location and ambiance. Nice menu. The Prawn cocktail was great except the avocado mousse falling off the glass… Cigar sommeliers outstanding! Very professional and attentive service Loved the Negronis!

This evening the so called cigar lounge manager ignored us when we wanted to order drinks ( simply walked past us like we weren't there). There was hardly people in the room so it wasnt a busy evening. i came to the cigar lounge with my favourite cigar which unbeknownst to me was againt their policy. It was my first ever visit. Most cigar lounges I go allow you to smoke your own cigar. Even though my friend had ordered cigars from the lounge, this so called manager was extremly rude. Rather than politely informing me of the venue's policy, he proceeded to lecture me like a kindagarten pupil. I went to the front desk asking for his superior to make a complaint. I was shocked when the so called manager physically threatened me and stated that he would get a security guard to throw me out!!! zero customer service by the cigar manager on wednesday 23rd of March. no such person should be working in any reputable establishment especially a high brow hotel such as The Lanesborough. Could this be an accurate representation of the hotel and it's managment? Also, turned out they charged me for drinks we didn't have after we decided to leave after the episode. I made an official complaint to the front office manager and I will wait to see if they respond appropriately. Update to follow.

My friend and I were looking for somewhere that had a nice outside area for us to meet up and have something to eat and drink to celebrate our missed birthdays and the start of unlocking!! We definitely weren’t disappointed!! The food was delicious and they were of a good portion size. It was a little odd that they didn’t have mayonnaise when I asked, but everything else was great. One of the best bits was when we were surprised after dinner with the most delicious birthday dessert that they kindly brought out to us!! We thought this was really thoughtful and we greatly appreciated it!! The cocktails were fabulous and to finish off we wanted our favourite that wasn’t on the menu, but the bar kindly made it for us and it was one of the tastiest we’ve had!! All the staff we met were so helpful and friendly, which made for a very comfortable, warm atmosphere!! The area was beautifully presented and we will definitely visit again!!

Este es un agradable salón de cigarros en el hotel de Lanesborough. Es un lugar tranquilo y agradable con excelente personal y servicio. Visito casi a diario cuando estoy en Londres. Un cordial saludo a todo el personal.

El Lanesborough fue nuestro hotel favorito durante años, especialmente después de todo el esfuerzo que han hecho con la nueva renovación. ¡PERO! Acabamos de visitar el salón de cigarros con mi esposo, con la esperanza de obtener el mismo servicio y la vieja clase de inglés. ¡Que decepcion! El salón está lleno de turistas árabes, el personal no le presta atención si usted no es miembro de ese grupo, ¡todo el ambiente es tan barato! Hemos estado esperando nuestro pedido más de 30 minutos para saber al final que no tienen ni el cigarro, no elegimos el champán. . . ! Después de 1 hora de espera total, decidimos irnos a The Wellesley a la vuelta de la esquina y, ¡DICHA diferencia! Material excelente, servicio muy atento, rápido y preciso, mejores cigarros y champán, un ambiente relajante y sofisticado. . ¿Qué pasa con mi amada Lanesborough? ! Nunca más para nosotros y nuestros amigos hasta que la gerencia actual se quede. . Vergüenza. . . . .

Adam Faith famously used to hold his business meetings at his regular table at Fortnum and Masons cafe...I like to have my more contentious meetings here in the Garden Room as the atmosphere is so conducive to getting problems settled. It helps to have unobtrusive service which is also excellent...and they make wonderful cocktails. This is a feel-good setting where customers are really looked after by the superb staff. One of London's greatest secrets. The Library Bar is my second favourite watering hole...also with amazing staff. Then again this entire hotel is wonderful... unlike the horrible Ritz further down the road.

I don't much about anything, my wife and kids are the first to point that out to me, however even they acknowledge i know my cigars. With that in mind you can rest assured that i am telling the truth when i say this is one of the best cigar terraces in London if not the world. Neil Millington and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The cigar list offers something for every budget, and the drinks are excellent. The room is very comfortable and you often forget you are actually 'outside'.As someone who visits this location regularly i can say that I never leave disappointed and i always get excited about the thought of going back.

Mi conserje hablaba con el equipo en Lanesborough, que dijo ser tomado una reserva no, pero los huéspedes de llegadas hasta la 1:30 am compartirán (última orden) le. Mis amigos y yo llegamos al hotel justo después de la 1 de la mañana con altas expectativas, éramos conscientes de las 2 de la mañana hora de cierre, este no era una preocupación. A nuestra total desaliento, nos negaron. Servicio de incondicionales El Maître d reconoció la llamada con mi conserje y confirmó efectivamente la última orden fue a la 1:30 de la madrugada. No obstante, insistió en que había una intención de cerrar temprano debido al número limitado de huéspedes (de 2 a 3 personas) en el salón! Además, él tuvo la audacia de decir "arrogancia intentarlo otro día". Estoy Amargamente decepcionado en estas acciones. Afortunadamente nuestra noche terminó en una nota positiva en el Wellesley. Aunque su selección de coñac no es tan extenso, que tenía una buena colección de raras y vintage junto con una selección de puros donde los entendidos disfrutamos de nuestra puros en un ritmo relajado hasta las 3 am.

If you like your cigars, this is the place to come. A huge selection for all tastes, complemented by fine selection of whiskey and Cognac. I was counting the days until they reopened after the long refurbishment. Worth the wait.

I frequently try to pop in here when I feel like a good cigar - excellent service, huge spirits selection and excellent cigar collection including a lot of very rare smokes. The design is such that you genuinely feel you are in an indoor space, thanks to the plush armchairs, fireplace and discreet but very powerful ceiling heaters. Obviously the prices and selection are very high-end, as you would expect from the Lanesborough. Word of warning: reservations cannot be made and at night it is very busy and hard to get a spot unless you are a hotel resident or arrive early.

This small outdoor room tucked away at the Lanesborough is a complete gem. Great for cocktails and small bites. The service and the staff are delightful. Thank you to Sophian for created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
