Should have read the reviews before coming. The two men who served us went out of their way to be rude, avoid eye contact and hurry us through the serving process. Felt like they were doing us a favor just by coming to the table. For £50 per person we were expecting A LOT better.

Great dining experience. Not cheap, but we'll worth it. Will return.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the new Fazenda in Bishopsgate, London, and I can confidently say it measures up in every way to the outstanding experiences I’ve enjoyed at their Leeds branch. Right from the moment my wife, daughter, and her friend stepped inside, we were greeted with warm smiles and courteous service, setting the stage for a memorable meal. The atmosphere struck just the right balance between sophisticated and inviting, making it equally suitable for both family outings and special occasions with friends or colleagues. The rodizio-style format was, as always, the star attraction. Each cut of beef, lamb, and chicken arrived with impeccable timing, ensuring that our plates never felt lacking yet never became overwhelming. The meats were cooked precisely to our preferences, with delicious seasonings that enhanced rather than masked the natural flavours. It was clear from the outset that the staff take real pride in delivering a top-quality dining experience, regularly checking in to see if we wanted a pause or were happy to continue sampling the various cuts. One of the aspects that truly impressed me was the attention to detail shown by our servers. They took the time to explain their favourite cuts of the day and even offered tips on how to best enjoy each piece. Although we didn’t explore the salad bar, wine list, or dessert options during our visit, it was still obvious that Fazenda’s menu features an abundance of tempting choices. My daughter relished a thoughtfully crafted cocktail recommended by one of the knowledgeable servers, which complemented the grilled meats extremely well. Meanwhile, I chose to indulge in a few pints of Fazenda’s own Helles lager. This house brew was a real standout, delivering a smooth, refreshing taste that paired beautifully with the wide variety of seasoned meats on offer. Another notable aspect of our visit was the customer service. Everyone we interacted with struck the perfect balance between friendly conversation and efficient hospitality. They were attentive without hovering and always seemed to appear at just the right time. From replenishing drinks to checking if we needed more meat, they ensured every detail was taken care of so that we could focus on enjoying our family meal. Despite the restaurant being busy that evening, the staff managed to keep a calm, professional demeanour, which truly enhanced the overall experience. Comparing it to my regular visits at the Leeds branch, I was delighted to see that Fazenda has successfully transplanted the same exceptional standard of quality and service to their new Bishopsgate location. The consistent, high-quality dining experience across both sites indicates a strong commitment to excellence throughout the brand. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy top-tier rodizio in London, this is undoubtedly a restaurant to bookmark. A lovely final flourish was a birthday message written in chocolate for my daughter with some truffles to enjoy at the end of the meal. All in all, I can’t recommend Fazenda Bishopsgate highly enough for anyone seeking a fantastic steakhouse experience in the capital. The combination of delicious, perfectly cooked meats, a wide range of beverage options, and gracious, attentive service makes for a remarkable night out. Whether you’re already a fan of their branches up north or entirely new to the Fazenda concept, you won’t be disappointed by this superb addition to London’s dining scene.

It's a really nice venue, with very good service. We went here for dinner and everything was great. The food was tasty, and you're continually offered a selection of beef, lamb, and chicken cuts to choose from as the waiters walk around. Some of the meats offered were slightly undercooked for our personal preference, so possibly be prepared for your choices to be medium or rarer and slightly over-salted. Our table server was really attentive and very informative. Overall, it was a lovely experience eating at Fazenda, and it's certainly a place to recommend visiting.

Beautiful restaurant, very fitting for Bishopsgate. Our waiter was amazing, a hardworking former student from India, thank you for looking after us so well. Actually, everyone that came to our table were very good and attentive. The food is absolutely fabulous, it was all delicious. Lamb Picanha was our tables favourite! Great job Bishopsgate team, just as enjoyable as our Manchester experience.

This was my second visit to this excellent restaurant. The first time was during their opening soft launch, and last night was for a private dining experience. This place is a carnivore's dream! The service, the ambience, the decor, the wine selection, the cocktails, the team, the quality of food = ALL IS EXCELLENT. The main bit of advice I can give is avoid overloading on the salad bar (AKA The Market Table - great name)! It all looks so tempting and delicious that it is very easy to fill up on it before the main meat fiesta commences...but you can go back and get more should you feel the need. A great venue for any group size. Obviously it would be best to dine and relax and take your time, however you can also visit for a quick lunch hour.....personally I prefer to take my time to enjoy the food and wine. If you leave feeling hungry then you have done it wrong!!

What an unbelievable find! We visited to celebrate a birthday and we can’t stop talking about this place. The Churrasco experience is a must. All the meat cuts were displayed on a menu on the table, unlimited sides can be ordered and there is also a fresh market table/salad bar for extras. So much to choose from and everything was cooked perfectly! Our waitress, Andrea, was wonderful. From beginning to end, she was really helpful in explaining how the experience works and checked in on us multiple times through the night to ensure everything was running smoothly. As we mentioned in the booking that we wanted halal meat, she ensured that no non-halal meats would be brought to our table (pork is served and another meat was not halal, however, we were reassured that everything is cooked separately). Andrea even surprised us with dessert at the end which we really appreciated. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and Elvis ensured we had received all the cuts and would check in to see if we wanted more of something specific. The whole restaurant is so smoothly run and it’s easy to request a faster or slower pace. We are so happy we found this restaurant and can’t wait to come back!

Great for a date night very nice staff great cheeseballs good empanadas, nice drinks, decently priced for where it is. Great, decor too and the drinks are very good. Classy addition to the london scene. Also good location near Liverpool Street

Absolutely great service and atmosphere, but the food can be better at this price…the meat choice in full churrasco was limited, there was no lamp chop or seafood at all, and the chicken thigh tasted very try and not seasoned

Después de haber visitado recientemente el excelente restaurante Liverpool de Fazenda, reservé visitar el restaurante Bishopsgate para mi comida de cumpleaños con mis hijos. Lo esperaba con muchas ganas, pero chico estaba decepcionado. Aunque la comida era agradable, no era tan bueno como en Liverpool, pero la gama de carnes ofrecidas, por £ 65 , era terrible. Nos ofrecieron 6 cortes diferentes, si es que, mientras que nos ofrecieron al menos el doble que en Liverpool. Además, no nos ofrecieron nada para la primera hora de nuestra visita, con el personal caminando directamente junto a nuestra mesa sosteniendo la carne, a pesar de que estábamos "en verde". Cuando preguntamos por los corazones de pollo, nos dijeron que se agotaron y nos ofrecieron piña con canela en su lugar (! ) , que nunca llegó. El servicio generalmente era terriblemente lento - pasamos casi 3 horas en el restaurante, que ni siquiera estaba ocupado. Nos dieron un menú de postres para adultos, de donde los niños recogieron helado y crema de caramelo. Esto último no se parecía en nada a lo que se describió y el helado estaba a una cucharada. Cuestionamos esto y dijimos que era porque pedimos una porción para niños, así que ¿por qué ofrecernos el menú para adultos y cobrarle a mi hija menor por el caramelo crema según el menú para adultos? El conjunto incluso fue tan decepcionante - simplemente parecía que la capacitación del personal y la atención al cliente definitivamente no son una prioridad, y no en consonancia con lo que esperaría en el corazón de la milla cuadrada. Basta decir que no volveremos.

I absolutely love this place—I’ve been five times, and the food, drinks, and service never disappoint. Most recently, I went for lunch and chose the £49 all-you-can-eat full churrasco experience. It included unlimited access to the side bar, offering a fantastic variety of cheeses, salads, and sauces, alongside a delicious selection of meats (various cuts of beef, pork, chicken, and sausages). Everything was succulent and flavorful, and I think it’s an excellent price for the quality and quantity of food. The drinks are equally impressive—I had a lovely Negroni that perfectly complemented the meal.

Uno de nuestros miembros no pudo comer debido a una enfermedad reciente y no cobraron por él en absoluto. Went here for my partner's birthday and had a great time. The food was delicious and served at well spaced intervals. Staff were attentive and very generous with their portioning. The accompanying sides on the market table and the additional ones you can order are all included in the price and very tasty. We also had a "Bloody Churri" cocktail which was incredible : really savoury like a Bloody Mary but no tomato juice in sight! Overall, it was an exceptional experience and I'd definitely go back.

Possibly the best meal I've ever had in my entire life. The service in this place was incredible, every member of staff we encountered wanted to be there, wanted to make sure you had a good time and really appreciated how wonderful their place of work was. Ash was our waitress she was lovely and funny and helpful. The manager was just a special lady, so passionate about her workplace and colleagues and clearly loved her job and was proud of the successful business she works for. At first glance it looks pricey.. just pay it ok, you eat way more food than you would in a normal restaurant and the food is a trillion times better than what you'd get anywhere else. Annnnd it just keeps coming. Salad bar also perfecto. No extras required...just your drinks obviously and trust me you won't need dessert you won't need a starter ..just go

Such a lovely restaurant with so many positives. Beautiful decor, excellent staff and really delicious and varied ‘Marketplace’ (salad bar). But the whole barbecue experience was very disappointing. None of the meats I tried seemed of good quality, nothing melt in the mouth or hugely flavoursome and the ‘medium rare’ of all did not suit all of our party of 7. Offered to further cooks cuts bespoke but it then felt too onerous. A pity.

Came here just before Christmas on a very busy evening. I arrived early for a drink at the downstairs bar before our booking but it was overflowing. The staff were apologetic but, nevertheless, I had to go elsewhere. We returned at our booking time and were shown upstairs to our table in the restaurant. Thankfully this was a much calmer space. We went for the Churrasco Experience and weren’t disappointed. The food and service were excellent. In addition to choosing accompaniments from the buffet, it was great to be able to order warm side dishes at our table, included in the price. With the exception of the bar, this was a great experience.

La comida es genial y el personal de camareros en el restaurante principal era fabuloso, por desgracia el barman de abajo nos decepcionó de nuevo (me he quejado anteriormente de él por la misma razón ) Como tuvimos que esperar a nuestra mesa, nos pidieron que esperemos en el bar, que no es un problema en absoluto, el problema era el barman había desaparecido y no se podía ver por ninguna parte. fue tan largo que fue hasta el punto en que tuve que pedir al recepcionista que fuera a buscarlo, cuando apareció tenía una cara como truenos y claramente no podía molestarse en servirnos. Sus bebidas eran estupendas, pero su actitud era espantosa. Es una pena, ya que esta es la primera parte de su experiencia. Pedimos cierta bebida, que él no tenía y en lugar de decirnos qué otras marcas tenía, simplemente señaló al otro lado de la barra, por lo que mi invitado tuvo que caminar por la barra para buscarse. No era que el bar estuviera ocupado lejos de él, simplemente no estuvo detrás de él durante algún tiempo y cuando apareció su actitud apestaba. Tercera huelga con fazenda y si tengo la misma experiencia en otro almuerzo de negocios, a pesar de la comida increíble y el personal de camareros de arriba, llevaré a mis invitados a otro lugar.

The ambiance was perfect for a special occasion, making it feel both intimate and vibrant. The highlight of our evening was the rodizio experience. The variety and quality of the meats were outstanding—each cut was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The attentive staff ensured that we were well taken care of, constantly bringing around delicious options and checking in on us throughout the meal. In addition to the fantastic food, the sides were also a treat! Each dish complemented the meats beautifully, and we loved trying everything on offer. Meat is good but the choice of sides is poor and taste is bland. Not up to the level of other similar restaurants that serve barbecue rodizio meat and/or brazilian food in the UK.

After we ordered food and drinks, we were asked to move to different floor because one of us had only drinks. After i told them we are good where we sit, they came back and told us we need to stay maximum 1 hour. The staff is very rude and the way they communicated with us was very unprofessional. Food was ok, but the service was the worst.

This is my 2nd trip to Fazenda. We had reservations for 7.15 on Friday 29th Nov and as you can imagine it was a very busy night in London. Apart from a short delay with our table I have to say the 2nd experience was almost faultless. Our cocktails were great and the service, friendly and attentive. If I was nitpicking the only thing was a delay in our sides but it didn't effect our experience and we didn't have to remind the staff (the table next to us were a little less patient). The other thing I would say and this is personal is that the tables idea carvers should carve thinner pieces of meat. There are approx 14 different types of meat served and the best way to eat is to have a little of everything and double down on the thing cuts you like the best! Of course the carvers obliged when we requested. I've been go Rodizios all over the world and have to say Fazenda is right up there as one of the best. Well done Fazenda Bishopsgate. 👏

Wow! What an amazing meal! Bougie looking building and dimmed lights and beautiful interior. we also didn’t have to dress up too smart but we did go for a birthday. quality meat, we got cold sides and hot dishes included in the price, the staff were so friendly and they often came to our table to ensure we had enough food- which was all included in the deal. we had a kid under 8 and they eat free! They gave a healthy selection with chips and broccoli and mini bread pieces. Even when we said we are done they offered more if we want. Would recommend to anyone if you like a bit low-key and your own space. There is also room for more special seats on special occasions.

Went with my partner to Fazenda yesterday. We were a bit early and had a drink at the bar first. Loved their take on a Negroni. The bar and also the restaurant have a great design. We sat in the back of the restaurant then and the light should be a bit brighter, its all very dark and even difficult to read the menu. We went for the Festive Pampas Menu. The appetizer and starter were so tasty, innovative and playful. For us then the main with all the different meats was a bit to meaty. But that was our mistake. If you go for it, bring a big appetite for meat, obviously, and you will be happy for sure. And you get some tasty sides. The little festive treats for dessert, beautiful. For us the menu with the appetizer, starter and desert treats feels a bit like a mismatch to the “as much meat as you like” main. The wine list is very good. Loved the service, we felt taken care of from the moment we walked into the place. Especially Andrea, our main waitress, took great care of us. So, we would go back but do a la carte next time. But if you look for a choice of tasty meats from the skewer, this is a great place.

Incredibly Grand bouffe - beautiful salad bar selection - quite amazing

The atmosphere is nice. But the food is just ok and took a long time to come out. They brought out some different items in about every 15 minutes so it took a while to try different dishes. Side dishes are good. I like their fries with truffle salt and their Brazilian cheese bread. I also get to try the white Malbec which surprisingly tasty. Cocktails are pretty good as well.

Brilliant experience all round. No complaints whatsoever. I was even prepared to travel up from Plymouth.

Went last night with colleagues. Do yourself a favour, don’t even bother to go to this place. The guys at the reception desk were absolutely awful! I recommend this place to take action, how guests are received is paramount to offer a proper experience, the best part is the huge bill we paid regardless the rude staff.

One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Easily top 10. The all you can eat menu is so amazing, the meat quality is next level, and the aesthetics are formal while retaining a warming friendliness. The staff was also incredibly kind, sharing their insights, laughing along with us when something funny was said/happened, and always out to provide the best experience. Credit to a staff member who politely asked an inconsiderate customer, likely an influencer, to stop using their bright phone flash, which was irritating other customers. 10/10 incredible experience.

I have been recommended years ago to visit Fazenda in Edinburgh! Being in London, I decided to have a dinner for our anniversary. The food was great and the quality high too, especially the Picanha and Ribeye. The service was spot on! A big thanks to Adrianna who made our night unique! The nice and warm atmosphere made it feel extra special, and I left with a big smile. Can’t wait to return!

I had cocktails and sharing plates with a girlfriend on a Friday evening, and was knocked out by how beautiful the bar is, how welcoming and warm the staff were and how stunning the ladies toilet (yes the toilet) was! If you are going to do statement bathrooms- this is how you do it! My Eighth Negroni, was without a shadow of a doubt the best Negroni, maybe even the best cocktail, I have ever had. I followed the cocktail with a glass of house white, a very good white Malbec. It should be a given that the house wine says something about the bar…and in this case, it did. When I ask for a dry, un-oaked white, the lovely waiter didn’t recommended a more expensive glass, but spoke highly of the house wine. 5 stars for that alone 🌟 Through no fault of the bar staff, our food arrived before the drinks, as a huge order of cocktails went in as we ordered. The lovely waiter apologised profusely and increased our food order ‘on the house’ when he heard us considering an additional side dish. The sharing plates were beautifully prepared and presented, stunning crockery (very important) and very tasty. I’ll definitely return for dinner as it was a lovely experience all round.

Went for an evening meal, food was plentiful and I loved the concept dinning idea but for me although the different cuts were tender - they weren’t really seasoned well so I found it rather bland. Also, although a standard in many central London restaurants I really hate the service charges which for us ended up being £30, would prefer for restaurants like these to just add it to the cost of the individuals dishes rather double dipping. With how expensive the dishes already are, I would have thought we had covered the cost of service already and then this place adds £1 to the bill for an unknown charity. I prefer to give to my own charities after throughly researching that a decent percentage is going to the cause- many scam charities only give around 5-10% towards the actual cause and use the rest on paying expensive executive teams, advertising and so called operational costs. Wouldn’t be surprised if this one.

Great food for anyone that loves meat and salad. The waiters were very quick with the dishes and the food was cooked perfectly.

This was simply the best dining experience I have ever had!

Good atmosphere, service was okay but took too long to get our bill and food. Starters were delicious, the churrasco was definitely really bad for the price point (note this is not a churrasco as we call it, but a serving of meats). As a south american that lived in the slaughterhouse district of Buenos Aires it killed my heart a little to pay 60 quid for the quality we got. While the cuts and the meat itself might be okay, the cooking did a complete disservice as they were served super dry and cold, all of them overcooked. I'd recommend to skip the churrasco and go for the steaks instead, which we didn't try, but would imagine that would be cooked far better than the churrasco as they're not paraded around and reheated every so often. I will give props for having membrillo in the salad bar, had it with a bit of cheese for a vigilante. That was a super nice authentic touch for what would otherwise be the expected gentrified London experience.

Went to celebrate my partners birthday on a Friday afternoon. Staff were really welcoming and friendly! Food was amazing. We chose the Fazenda experience which was really good value for money! Would definitely recommend and will be going back!

My husband and I went to Fazenda London for a double date to celebrate our friends’ engagement and had a wonderful time. We got there a bit earlier than our reservation and had a drinks at the bar downstairs, where the decor was stunning! It was during their happy hour where a selection of cocktails were reduced to £10. Then we went upstairs for dinner and the decor was even more stunning! The ambience was gorgeous and so romantic! The staff were also really lovely. We were given a glass of bubbly each to celebrate , which we were not expecting. We had the full churrasco (£62 each), two cocktails each (£10 during happy hour) and shared a bottle of bubble (around £42). The meats were delicious! We had a range of meat preferences at our table (medium, rare and well done), and the staff were great and did not make it seem like an issue at all. It became busier during the evening, so I recommend booking a table in advance. I will definitely be back!

Loved this place - saw on Masterchef, didn't disappoint. Simple concept, executed perfectly, market table was a nice touch. All wait staff were attentive & Michael especially so.

Lovely experience in a very pleasant atmosphere, lovely staff all round and probably one of the best meat I've had in London !

3 train rides and an hour later we arrive at this restaurant at 7:15pm to only be told they couldn’t accommodate us because they don’t accept kids younger than 3 after 8pm (my son is 2 and 1/2). No exceptions made or effort to accommodate. Would never come back, even without our kids.

The food was great. And they keep bringing food to the table.

Lulu was our host for the night, she was amazing. I am speechless for a first time in a while...may be because I am so full of the amazing food, but I believe I speak from all 4 of us that there was great service, delicious food, amazing atmosphere and we will definitely come back and recommend.

I loved the service provided by the waitress Lulu, a Brazilian from Bahia, polite, helpful, attentive. What to expect from Brazilians is not!!!! Go Lulu, the world is yours.

The vibe is so relaxing, which is a big plus for me—it's nice to actually hear each other talk instead of blasting music in the background. The service? Absolutely top-notch! The staff are so friendly and super patient, which is a real treat when you're with a group of friends. Now let’s talk about the food! Everything we had was delicious—seriously, their grilled meat is out of this world. Each dish, from the chicken thighs to the ribeye, was spot on. Don’t even get me started on the sweet treats; they were the perfect way to round off the meal. And the cleanliness? I noticed they keep everything immaculate, which adds to the overall great experience. I can confidently say this restaurant is a gem, and I've been recommending it to everyone! I had the seafood moqueca. It was nice but didn’t blow me away. The fish was slightly overcooked and the skin wasn’t crispy. The prawn was also a bit chewy as was the giant cracker. The sauce was nice but again, not fantastic. My husband had the full churrasco which looked really good! He was offered a variety of meats which were cooked beautifully. The market table was also a nice addition. The Parmesan and truffle chips were lovely. The wine was okay but I feel the menu lacked variety. I appreciate this is an Argentinian restaurant but a few more varieties would have been good offered by the glass.

We had a fantastic experience in Fazdenda. There’s no need to queue on Sunday if you come at the opening time. The staff were very professional and elegant. Meats were also very fresh and well cooked. Definitely a 5 star dining experience.
