Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill Bishopsgate in City of London, Westminster

Went here with my colleagues a few weeks back and the food is well tasting, although slightly pricey, and the atmosphere is very nice. However, problem for us was: one of our party members has nut allergy. As always, we made that very clear at the beginning of our visit and was assured that no dishes would contain nuts. That they are in fact completely nut-free as a restaurant. Half an hour in to our visit my friend got an allergic reaction and had to use an EpiPen and go straight to the emergency room for treatment. The staff, kept claiming that it couldn’t possibly come from the restaurant, and claimed that it might potentially be someone at another table having a snickers bar (or similar). From his long experience of this allergy, this is not how my friend has an allergic reaction. It was clearly something he had put in his mouth. We suspect that someone in the kitchen might have brought in something that contained nuts and that it had accidentally found itself into the food being served. There’s no other logical explanation. An error that, literally, could have been life threatening. Although apologetic, the staff made zero attempt to rectify the situation. We had to have our dinner abruptly interrupted by long conversations about what had happened, without anyone showing any interest to rectify the situation. We were asked to fill out a form, but since then there has been no further attempt from the restaurant to make right for this situation. I’m very disappointed by their handling. We left after our meal. They agreed to remove my friend’s meal from the final tab (no brainer). But that was all. I have waited to write this review to give the restaurant an honest chance to rectify their huge mistake. But I feel that their grace period has now ended. BE WARNED: Under no circumstances visit this place if you have any allergies. They clearly don’t take their responsibility seriously.

Second Visit to Fazenda – A Family Lunch Experience This was my second visit to Fazenda—my first was for business, and this time, I came for a family lunch. We opted for the Churrasco experience with all the side dishes. While the overall experience was great and the service outstanding, the turnover of meats was not as varied as we had hoped. Unfortunately, we missed out on a few cuts, including chicken thighs, fraldinha, chicken hearts, and picanha. By the time we requested the chicken thighs, we had already decided to move on to dessert. A special thank you to our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and made our visit enjoyable. We didn’t catch his name, but we know he is originally from Japan—thank you for your excellent service! R.A

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fazenda, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, the food was absolutely delicious, and the attention to detail in every dish was remarkable. A special mention goes to Iren, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. Her recommendations were spot on, and her professionalism made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Croquetas and the full churrasco experience. 10/10

This is a very late review but we came for our anniversary dinner in Jan’24 as we were excited to try a new place. The ambiance from the door was wonderful, the welcome was wonderful and the decor is perfect. We were served by Abdul who was super attentive and knowledgeable about the food he was serving. The food was tasty (although I was craving some fresh/raw veg alongside all that meat), the sides were good and varied, cocktails were well made and very delicious. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back to try the a la carte menu next.

Absolutely incredible concept and beautiful venue. High-end, but not pretentious. The market counter has an array of beautiful meat accompaniments. Word of warning… do not eat before coming here! There is SO much food! It is sensational though, and you leave feeling like you’ve had great value for money.

Our server Faith (from the dining area) was absolute amazing, great attention to our table and always ready to help. Francesco at the Fino bar was excellent. We had a great time. We’ll definitely return.

Very impressed, the meat was great, well cooked great selection and plenty to go round. My favourite though was the market table, I could have visited just for that alone, there were so many different options and quality choices. Everything tasted clean and fresh not like it all came from a tin or a bag. I went with my 3 year old and there were lots of options for her so she had a well balanced meal. The waiter was great very attentive and helpful. The cocktails were some of the best I’ve had in usually not a fan but the CAIPIRINHA and the Fazenda Special were delicious. All in all it was a really good experience and we will be returning

I have been to other Fazenda venues outside of London as it has always been one of my favourite restaurants for a special treat meal - though unfortunately I left the London location dissatisfied for a handful of reasons. The atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic and provides a very high-end feel to the experience, and I found a select few of the staff members were warm and helpful. However, that is unfortunately where my positive remarks come to an end. Overall, I found the service massively missed the mark and felt disorganised - we were left largely unattended too, with my partner having to ask repeatedly for her desired cuts of meat to no avail. The meat quality was in-line with other restaurants in the group, however, the cook quality left a lot to be desired for. I had to repeatedly highlight my meat was look warm with the cook being either extreme - raw and inedible or burnt to a crisp. For the price point and negatives discussed, I wouldn’t rush back anytime soon.

An amazing experience where we got to try a great variety of different meats. The selection was huge, and the cocktails were just as impressive. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic!

One of the best Brazilian Rodizios we have ever been! The staff will make sure you are well looked after. We went for the Full Churrasco experience which is highly recommended if you want to try all different meats and the open buffet market table is amazing!!

You can't go wrong with Fazenda

This is the worst rodízio I've ever been in in my life. It felt more like a tasting menu, where you get each type of meat once, than a rodízio. The feijoada tasted sweet. Even the pães de queijo were not good. I had much better experiences in the other rodízios I had in London.

We went to Fazenda to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday and we really enjoyed it, the food was lovely and the staff very attentive and helpful, they gave us a beautiful table and made it really special for him . Fazenda is perfect place for a family celebration and a real treat. Thank you!

Truly amazing food and service Highly recommended

Excellent concept (incl the markets offerings) coupled with excellence with the preparation of meats (cannot comment on other dishes as did not try). The internal decor and dimmed lights give a pleasant atmosphere which, however, may be sometimes disturbed by youppish guests.

The quality and variety of meat was incredible. We experienced exceptional service from all staff who visited our table, particularly our main waiter who was very well informed and had a manner that made us and the kids relax and enjoy the evening. We really appreciated the effort to bring us cuts of our choice. We came for the meat but we’ll visit again for the service! Both kids are autistic, but we didn’t tell the restaurant so there were no special arrangements in place. Our usual experience eating out is a rush to leave, but the kids were really comfortable and relaxed. We stayed at the table for 2.5hrs and it was a relaxed, fun experience. Must try the pineapple!

We are family of 4 which had a nice Saturday lunch, the overall experience was excellent but I do understand why there are some really poor reviews out there We were the first few table arrived at the restaurant when they open for the day at 12:00 exactly. The place is clean and the Market table is immaculate, lots of food to choose from and the staff are extremely polite and helpful. We enjoyed the tableside service of meat and the first 30 minutes of the meal was fantastic. We managed to sample every dish on the menu but we only had left over fillet of 2 pieces between me and my wife as it was very popular. We decided to wait for another round of the fillet and then call for dessert. By 13:00 the U shape sitting area is now full and there is a large table of around 10-15 people was the last table available on this side of the restaurant. They were having fun and to be fair every one was having fun and it got so noisy it was hard to have a conversation with my wife right next to me. Another 20 minutes gone by and 2 different waiters attended our table and promise there will be more fillet going around. I understand that other table which came after us may not had any yet but we only had 2 pieces of left over.....the table of 2 before us took 6 pieces each. We did not make a fuss but it really spoiled the experience at this point. The third waiter realised that we turn down all the meat but still waiting for the cut we wanted promised he will bring some over and after 2 hours from when we seated we finally had all the cut we wanted to enjoy. If we had this earlier they would have the table back under an hour. All the staff are fantastic and they have our full respect but with that many table to cover and punter paying for the experience, they should have more staff and may be use the other side of the restaurant for the big group. The other side of the Market table is all empty seats. We had dessert and coffee and overall a good experience. If you want to have excellent services definitely visit early! Overall we spent £200+ and if they did not bring the fillet over it would be a 1 star :P

Excellent service by Irene, and excellent attention to detail.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the sweetest young woman; she got us checked in, jackets checked, and wished me a happy birthday as we were there to celebrate my birthday. She was friendly and engaging at the end of dinner we also chatted a bit while she got our jackets for us, she made sure to ask how our experience was and what our favorites were. She herself deserves 5 stars and I wish I was better with names so I could mention her by name here. Once we made it upstairs to the dining room we were seated right away, it was a lovely room with tall ceilings low lights and quiet music. We ordered the experience so that we had the opportunity to try a little of everything; most of the food was good but there were a few issues with quality. The market table was a lovely idea but some of the stuff on it was less than fresh, sadly the beautiful wheel of Parmesan was dry like it’d been left sitting out too long and some of the fruit wasn’t as fresh as I’d expect from “market” table. The picanah and pineapple were both amazing, the ribeye was sadly tough and the one pork was dry as well. Overall fun night out and would come here again, they ended the meal with delicious birthday chocolate truffles for me which was super sweet.

Everyone should try this restaurant at least once to experience what they have to offer. All I can say is they serve an amazing selections of steaks. Go for their Churassco; unlimited cuts of steaks and unlimited sides. And also as much as you can eat from their salad bar. On top of this you get great attentive service. Highly recommended.

Amazing place for meat lovers! Choice of a la carte menu or the churrasco experience or a single churrasco, good value for group, come hungry! The price of the churrasco includes the garden table, which is salad and cheese, bread etc .... plus fizz is of reasonable price. Quality of the food is excellent, vibe is cool and staff are friendly and passionate about the food.

Great experience, and the best service I’ve had in London so far. Stuff is super friendly, there is a flow in place to make sure customers have dishes experience, once done, the table downstairs in the bar is automatically reserved and the waiter escorts you and your drinks to your table, to finish them off with no rush. A very well thought out process of getting tables back without showing customers disrespect. The only reason I gave the 3 stars is that the restaurant concept causes a lot of food waste, the abundance of meat offered to customers, so many tables had unfinished dishes, including ours, unfortunately. It is concerning. I believe it has to be a limit to how much a person can get, to avoid the food waste. The food waste is a massive issue already in the regular restaurants, the buffet style isn’t helping. To be clear, I had no idea of the restaurant concept in advance. Otherwise I’d avoid visiting.

Brillante restaurante, fuimos y obtuvimos la experiencia Rodizio. La calidad de la carne era fenomenal! El mejor rodizio que he tenido, fueron generosos con las porciones ya que gastamos £ 60 por persona con lados ilimitados. Probé tantos platos nuevos como el guiso de frijoles y yuca, pasteles de queso brasileño. La carne se puede servir de cualquier manera que disfrute de rara, media y bien hecha. El servicio de atención al cliente fenomenal, soporte constante en todo y te atendieron incluso cuando tu tarjeta estaba boca abajo , te aseguraron que estabas disfrutando y habías comido adecuadamente. Lo recomendaría 100% a todo el mundo, voy a comer mi rodizio pronto!

Got to try full churrasco experience. Overall, food was nice. Salad bar was various and impressive. Some meats like lamb picanha and rump steak are well-cooked and great seasoning. However, we found chicken thighs underwhelmed. Service was nice. Our server very well accommodated us.

This is the third time I have been here and I cannot fault the food and waiters however, everytime that I have visited, the front of house has been extremely rude and it has put me off coming back to the restaurant. This is the second time I have made a complaint and I can’t believe he still works there after also hearing the same stories from my friends ..

It's refreshing to find a restaurant in central where you actually get what you pay for. The quality of the food is comparable to better known restaurants. The service is top notch. One of the very few places I would visit again.

Should have read the reviews before coming. The two men who served us went out of their way to be rude, avoid eye contact and hurry us through the serving process. Felt like they were doing us a favor just by coming to the table. For £50 per person we were expecting A LOT better.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the new Fazenda in Bishopsgate, London, and I can confidently say it measures up in every way to the outstanding experiences I’ve enjoyed at their Leeds branch. Right from the moment my wife, daughter, and her friend stepped inside, we were greeted with warm smiles and courteous service, setting the stage for a memorable meal. The atmosphere struck just the right balance between sophisticated and inviting, making it equally suitable for both family outings and special occasions with friends or colleagues. The rodizio-style format was, as always, the star attraction. Each cut of beef, lamb, and chicken arrived with impeccable timing, ensuring that our plates never felt lacking yet never became overwhelming. The meats were cooked precisely to our preferences, with delicious seasonings that enhanced rather than masked the natural flavours. It was clear from the outset that the staff take real pride in delivering a top-quality dining experience, regularly checking in to see if we wanted a pause or were happy to continue sampling the various cuts. One of the aspects that truly impressed me was the attention to detail shown by our servers. They took the time to explain their favourite cuts of the day and even offered tips on how to best enjoy each piece. Although we didn’t explore the salad bar, wine list, or dessert options during our visit, it was still obvious that Fazenda’s menu features an abundance of tempting choices. My daughter relished a thoughtfully crafted cocktail recommended by one of the knowledgeable servers, which complemented the grilled meats extremely well. Meanwhile, I chose to indulge in a few pints of Fazenda’s own Helles lager. Another notable aspect of our visit was the customer service. Everyone we interacted with struck the perfect balance between friendly conversation and efficient hospitality. From replenishing drinks to checking if we needed more meat, they ensured every detail was taken care of so that we could focus on enjoying our family meal. Despite the restaurant being busy that evening, the staff managed to keep a calm, professional demeanour, which truly enhanced the overall experience. Comparing it to my regular visits at the Leeds branch, I was delighted to see that Fazenda has successfully transplanted the same exceptional standard of quality and service to their new Bishopsgate location. The consistent, high-quality dining experience across both sites indicates a strong commitment to excellence throughout the brand. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy top-tier rodizio in London, this is undoubtedly a restaurant to bookmark. A lovely final flourish was a birthday message written in chocolate for my daughter with some truffles to enjoy at the end of the meal. All in all, I can’t recommend Fazenda Bishopsgate highly enough for anyone seeking a fantastic steakhouse experience in the capital. The combination of delicious, perfectly cooked meats, a wide range of beverage options, and gracious, attentive service makes for a remarkable night out. Whether you’re already a fan of their branches up north or entirely new to the Fazenda concept, you won’t be disappointed by this superb addition to London’s dining scene.

It's a really nice venue, with very good service. We went here for dinner and everything was great. The food was tasty, and you're continually offered a selection of beef, lamb, and chicken cuts to choose from as the waiters walk around. Some of the meats offered were slightly undercooked for our personal preference, so possibly be prepared for your choices to be medium or rarer and slightly over-salted. Our table server was really attentive and very informative. Overall, it was a lovely experience eating at Fazenda, and it's certainly a place to recommend visiting.

Beautiful restaurant, very fitting for Bishopsgate. Our waiter was amazing, a hardworking former student from India, thank you for looking after us so well. Actually, everyone that came to our table were very good and attentive. The food is absolutely fabulous, it was all delicious. Lamb Picanha was our tables favourite! Great job Bishopsgate team, just as enjoyable as our Manchester experience.

Way over priced . Mostly beef . Quality was very good but far too overpriced. There are very competitive alternatives .

This was my second visit to this excellent restaurant. The first time was during their opening soft launch, and last night was for a private dining experience. This place is a carnivore's dream! The service, the ambience, the decor, the wine selection, the cocktails, the team, the quality of food = ALL IS EXCELLENT. The main bit of advice I can give is avoid overloading on the salad bar (AKA The Market Table - great name)! It all looks so tempting and delicious that it is very easy to fill up on it before the main meat fiesta commences...but you can go back and get more should you feel the need. A great venue for any group size. Obviously it would be best to dine and relax and take your time, however you can also visit for a quick lunch hour.....personally I prefer to take my time to enjoy the food and wine. If you leave feeling hungry then you have done it wrong!!

What an unbelievable find! We visited to celebrate a birthday and we can’t stop talking about this place. The Churrasco experience is a must. All the meat cuts were displayed on a menu on the table, unlimited sides can be ordered and there is also a fresh market table/salad bar for extras. So much to choose from and everything was cooked perfectly! Our waitress, Andrea, was wonderful. From beginning to end, she was really helpful in explaining how the experience works and checked in on us multiple times through the night to ensure everything was running smoothly. As we mentioned in the booking that we wanted halal meat, she ensured that no non-halal meats would be brought to our table (pork is served and another meat was not halal, however, we were reassured that everything is cooked separately). Andrea even surprised us with dessert at the end which we really appreciated. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and Elvis ensured we had received all the cuts and would check in to see if we wanted more of something specific. The whole restaurant is so smoothly run and it’s easy to request a faster or slower pace. We are so happy we found this restaurant and can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely great service and atmosphere, but the food can be better at this price…the meat choice in full churrasco was limited, there was no lamp chop or seafood at all, and the chicken thigh tasted very try and not seasoned

Después de haber visitado recientemente el excelente restaurante Liverpool de Fazenda, reservé visitar el restaurante Bishopsgate para mi comida de cumpleaños con mis hijos. Lo esperaba con muchas ganas, pero chico estaba decepcionado. Aunque la comida era agradable, no era tan bueno como en Liverpool, pero la gama de carnes ofrecidas, por £ 65 , era terrible. Nos ofrecieron 6 cortes diferentes, si es que, mientras que nos ofrecieron al menos el doble que en Liverpool. Además, no nos ofrecieron nada para la primera hora de nuestra visita, con el personal caminando directamente junto a nuestra mesa sosteniendo la carne, a pesar de que estábamos "en verde". Cuando preguntamos por los corazones de pollo, nos dijeron que se agotaron y nos ofrecieron piña con canela en su lugar (! ) , que nunca llegó. El servicio generalmente era terriblemente lento - pasamos casi 3 horas en el restaurante, que ni siquiera estaba ocupado. Nos dieron un menú de postres para adultos, de donde los niños recogieron helado y crema de caramelo. Esto último no se parecía en nada a lo que se describió y el helado estaba a una cucharada. Cuestionamos esto y dijimos que era porque pedimos una porción para niños, así que ¿por qué ofrecernos el menú para adultos y cobrarle a mi hija menor por el caramelo crema según el menú para adultos? El conjunto incluso fue tan decepcionante - simplemente parecía que la capacitación del personal y la atención al cliente definitivamente no son una prioridad, y no en consonancia con lo que esperaría en el corazón de la milla cuadrada. Basta decir que no volveremos.

I absolutely love this place—I’ve been five times, and the food, drinks, and service never disappoint. Most recently, I went for lunch and chose the £49 all-you-can-eat full churrasco experience. It included unlimited access to the side bar, offering a fantastic variety of cheeses, salads, and sauces, alongside a delicious selection of meats (various cuts of beef, pork, chicken, and sausages). Everything was succulent and flavorful, and I think it’s an excellent price for the quality and quantity of food. The drinks are equally impressive—I had a lovely Negroni that perfectly complemented the meal.

Uno de nuestros miembros no pudo comer debido a una enfermedad reciente y no cobraron por él en absoluto. Went here for my partner's birthday and had a great time. The food was delicious and served at well spaced intervals. Staff were attentive and very generous with their portioning. The accompanying sides on the market table and the additional ones you can order are all included in the price and very tasty. We also had a "Bloody Churri" cocktail which was incredible : really savoury like a Bloody Mary but no tomato juice in sight! Overall, it was an exceptional experience and I'd definitely go back.

Possibly the best meal I've ever had in my entire life. The service in this place was incredible, every member of staff we encountered wanted to be there, wanted to make sure you had a good time and really appreciated how wonderful their place of work was. Ash was our waitress she was lovely and funny and helpful. The manager was just a special lady, so passionate about her workplace and colleagues and clearly loved her job and was proud of the successful business she works for. At first glance it looks pricey.. just pay it ok, you eat way more food than you would in a normal restaurant and the food is a trillion times better than what you'd get anywhere else. Annnnd it just keeps coming. Salad bar also perfecto. No extras required...just your drinks obviously and trust me you won't need dessert you won't need a starter ..just go

Such a lovely restaurant with so many positives. Beautiful decor, excellent staff and really delicious and varied ‘Marketplace’ (salad bar). But the whole barbecue experience was very disappointing. None of the meats I tried seemed of good quality, nothing melt in the mouth or hugely flavoursome and the ‘medium rare’ of all did not suit all of our party of 7. Offered to further cooks cuts bespoke but it then felt too onerous. A pity.

Came here just before Christmas on a very busy evening. I arrived early for a drink at the downstairs bar before our booking but it was overflowing. The staff were apologetic but, nevertheless, I had to go elsewhere. We returned at our booking time and were shown upstairs to our table in the restaurant. Thankfully this was a much calmer space. We went for the Churrasco Experience and weren’t disappointed. The food and service were excellent. In addition to choosing accompaniments from the buffet, it was great to be able to order warm side dishes at our table, included in the price. With the exception of the bar, this was a great experience.

La comida es genial y el personal de camareros en el restaurante principal era fabuloso, por desgracia el barman de abajo nos decepcionó de nuevo (me he quejado anteriormente de él por la misma razón ) Como tuvimos que esperar a nuestra mesa, nos pidieron que esperemos en el bar, que no es un problema en absoluto, el problema era el barman había desaparecido y no se podía ver por ninguna parte. fue tan largo que fue hasta el punto en que tuve que pedir al recepcionista que fuera a buscarlo, cuando apareció tenía una cara como truenos y claramente no podía molestarse en servirnos. Sus bebidas eran estupendas, pero su actitud era espantosa. Es una pena, ya que esta es la primera parte de su experiencia. Pedimos cierta bebida, que él no tenía y en lugar de decirnos qué otras marcas tenía, simplemente señaló al otro lado de la barra, por lo que mi invitado tuvo que caminar por la barra para buscarse. No era que el bar estuviera ocupado lejos de él, simplemente no estuvo detrás de él durante algún tiempo y cuando apareció su actitud apestaba. Tercera huelga con fazenda y si tengo la misma experiencia en otro almuerzo de negocios, a pesar de la comida increíble y el personal de camareros de arriba, llevaré a mis invitados a otro lugar.
