Nice pub grub and drinks inside Hyatt. Pizzas are tasty and salad fresh. Nice selection of draft beer and several wines by the glass

It's a hotel restaurant, not a gourmet restaurant. That said, it has the usual fare - it's adequate and suffices. Clean with a friendly staff.

Very good for a hotel restaurant. Food quality is good and some interesting choices on the menu. Portion size is about average for a chain hotel and perhaps a bit pricey for some choices. Highlight choice was the Risotto Milanese. Great service even when busy. Special appreciation to Michele.

the restaurant in the Hyatt is convenient but i would not choose it if i were not staying at the hotel. the thai chicken curry was tasty but there was not enough rice. the roasted vegetable lasagne was delicious but the portion was too small. £40 for 2 dishes is expensive for what we received. next time i will order off the bar menu. there are a few tables in tbe bar where you can eat comfortably and also at the bar itself. more atmosphere.

Only eat here if you are stranded at the hotel. Overpriced lousy good. We thought it just ok. Not worth the money. Service matched the food.

We chose the hotel for a quick overnight stay because we had to meet a connecting flight at Heathrow early in the morning. Ate in the Gallery Cafe. Nice variety of entree choices and pleasant staff. Our waiter was a very attentive young man named Enof. He was efficient, personable, and professional. Made our dining experience very enjoyable after a long day of travel. Beds were very comfortable, rooms clean and efficient.

We decided to stay and eat dinner in at the hotel. They had a good dinner menu, but we ordered off the bar menu. The food was great! We also ate at their breakfast buffet.

Enjoyed late dinner after checking. Attentive service. Burger and onion rings were satisfactory. Cheese garlic bread and chicken dish were very good.

Above average airport hotel breakfast. Lot's of choices for everyone. Dinner was okay, but pricey for what it was. But that's London.

During my recent stay at the Hyatt, I had fish and chips, with a chocolate fudge dessert. Overall, the food was ok, but just ok. I've had much better fish and chips.

After checking in, we relaxed in the bar- good pint of Guinness. Rather than venturing out in the rain opted to eat in the bar area. Ordered pizza and fries- not the best pizza-base very dry and base thin and over cooked- fries ok We were in holiday mode and didn't want to make a fuss- I'm sure if we mentioned it at the time it would have been sorted out

Wir hatten ein sehr nettes und tolles Personal. Wir waren eine ganze Woche im Hyatt Place Hotel und haben es sehr genossen. Besonders. Die Dame Marina und Agmelo im Service haben uns super unterhalten und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The menu had all the normal options for a airport based hotel The restaurant was busy and the meet and greeted explained it might be a little longer than normal My club was OK - a little chunky to be honest so not easy to eat Overall nothing special but also serves a purpose

Bar e ristorante situato all’interno dell’Hyatt. Informale, con ottime birre alla spina e piatti completi (primi e secondi) ma anche mega sandwich. Il ristorante è un po' caro, ma le porzioni immense e probabilmente con un club sandwich mangerete in due. Ottima la qualità e cortese il personale

This is not fine dining but it’s a decent selection of classics. My fish and chips were very tasty and filling indeed. Not cheap but at an airport hotel that’s normal

We had a business dinner meeting. Items ordered were Sea Food Pizza, Fish and Chips, Soup and Onion rings. Three of us. All enjoyed their food.

Arguably the best part of our stay at the Hyatt Heathrow was our dinner at the Gallery Cafe. We were starving as mainly been eating airplane food so we ordered an enormous steak with roast vegetables and greens and a glass of Syrah (two each actually was so delicious). Price was very reasonable and we recognised that with a good sized tip. Highly recommend as you can just fall in to bed afterwards with a full belly.

We were promptly greeted and served by Emmanuel, a very attentive server. He was very friendly and definitely helped to boost the overall experience of the hotel. The other wait staff were also wonderful as they cleared our table quickly once they saw our tower of plates and bowls. Traveling with a toddler is always challenging and we are thankful for the decent spread and quality of food available, which is always made better with excellent wait staff!

This is my first review simply because I am typically not a very picky eater; HOWEVER, the pork chop served at the Gallery Cafe was the driest piece of meat I've ever eaten - it was as if they had placed it on the grill, forgot about it for an hour (the amount of time it took to get our food on a relatively quiet night), then did not care or think to ever season it. As I ate it, the best way I can describe it is that it reminded me of cubed desert sand which is probably generous considering sand probably has more flavor. DO NOT GET THE PORK CHOP. The only salvaging part of the meal was the vegetables which were admittedly pretty good - half a grilled tomato, one mushroom, and about 8 strands of green herbs. The baked potato was just another baked potato. Avoid this place.

As a globalist member for Hyatt the food is fine.However Emanuel's service in the cafe was very good.Enjoyed having breakfast here!!

The food was very good although it would have been good to see some muesli ...both gluten free and regular. All the wait staff were very good

We were staying at the Hyatt Place near London Heathrow and had a dinner and breakfast at the Gallery Cafe. The evening meal was great accompanied by excellent wine and the service was very attentive but not intrusive.Breakfast was equally great with a wide selection of choices and again the service was impeccable. Great coffee too.

Can't beat the service from the staff and the vegetarian choices were excellent. Great cook and ambience

I will start with the good. Staff very warm and welcoming.Sirloin (£25 I believe), ordered medium but more like well done and dry. It comes with a jacked potatoe and when I wanted a switch to fries instead I got charged £2 extra. This is a bit pennypicking and unnecessary.

I stay here most weeks and the hotel has recently been refurbished the new beds are super. The staff are very friendly especially Agatha, Inacio, and Trevor who. Aare always very happy and very efficient.

We stay here often, Agata and Inacio always give the very best service. If I have to be away from home, these people make life easier.

Very good food from a decent selection. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The personalised service i received, due to being a regular at the hotel, was even more impressive and appreciated. I have used the Cafe for business lunches and events as well and would whole heartily recommend it

Of all the restaurants and hotel restaurants in the Heathrow area, this is the best by far. Good quality, affordable prices and excellent service

Wow, these guys have been so amazing during my stays. They have gone so far above and beyond service by accommodating my crazy diet requirements. They cooked my meals every morning to the T and delivered them so I could take them with me for the day. This is my second stay with them in 3 weeks, for one week each stay. They have made my life of travel doable now! I meant to review them the first time I stayed but I didn't get around to it. Thank you Chef Natraj, Emmanuel, and all the Hyatt team for making my life easier and giving me great food to eat!!!

I am working in the area for 6 months and I find the staff and service simply fabulous! Admittedly the menu is limited but what they serve is more than adequate and I'm yet to have disappointing meal. I have to date received great service from the following staff, Agata, Ashley, Manpreet, Katarina and Natalia (please forgive my spelling of the names)

I had an amazing stay at this Hyatt! I had a long and terrible day of travel and from the moment I walked into the hotel everything went perfectly. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Natalie at the front desk was amazing and helped me figure out transport to the airport! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I went here with my family for dinner a few months ago. Luckily we used a tastecard and had 50% off food, as I would have been upset to have paid full price for it. The presentation of the food was nice but the food was boring and bland. We ordered red wine and I strongly believe this was watered down. It tasted and looked like juice with bubbles. It was very watery. I would not recommend anyone to have dinner here.

I stayed at Hyatt Place Heathrow for a night. It was A great hotel, I arrived at noon time from long flight from the US to transit a night in London, I got my room right away. The check in process was fast and efficient, William was friendly and helpful. It was a nice bed for a night stay, the bed was very comfortable, good amenities. I stayed on 2nd floor so can't really see the runway very well. Restaurant was good, reasonable price. I will stay here again next time I transit in Heathrow.

Located 10 minutes with bus from terminal 2 and 3. The room was modern and clean and the bed was nice. The breakfast was nothing spectacular but still okay. The gym was outdated in contrast to the other parts of the hotel that seemed to have been renovated recently.

I checked in this hotel as my company had booked me in here. I arrived at the check-in desk and was told that I needed to pay for the room as Bookings.com only reserve rooms. The lady who served me was so cold and overly officious regarding the matter. I explained there was very little I could do until the following morning (It was late) as the person who booked it had gone home. Her response to me was "Sorry nothing we can do about it, you'll have to go and try find some money" - I just couldn't believe her attitude. I took a seat in the bar to try and contact my colleague, which took a lot of effort and more than 2 hours!! During this time I ordered 2 drinks (Long Island Ice Tea and Mojito) as well as 2 meals. One of the meals arrived warm, almost cold and the Long Island drink wasn't made properly - both were refused to be replaced. Now it really was turning in to a trip from hell. I then managed to get hold of my colleague and passed the phone to a Reception supervisor who was reluctant. He then explained what was needed - 3rd party authorisation form. This was eventually done. No apology, not thanks or nothing from the staff.We then went to our room. Now in fairness the room was lovely, a large bed, great size TV and brlliant storage. Bathroom was great too with a fantastic shower.There are a lot of hotels around Heathrow that I have stayed in before and have amazing service. I would not return here again based on the poor quality of service.

I was surprised by the fresh quality and tastiness of the food. We had a quick bite to eat and over all the quality exceeded our expectations. Glad to see that there is good food in this good hotel.

The first thing that struck us was the beautiful decor. Everything was coordinated - even the water glasses reflected the blue and light of the end walls.Then. ..... the food was the best meal we'd had in a long time (potato and leek soup, pan fried scallops, cooked fresh vegetables) and certainly the best we'd eaten while in England. My husband has celiac disease and needs gluten-free foods to manage it. There were a number of items on the menu that worked, including the pizzas with a gluten-free crust.The service was terrific. Our waiter was attentive and very helpful and another server who noticed us looking around as we admired the decor came over to see if we needed anything. We can't recommend this restaurant more.

The breakfast was either continental or full English which included anything on the continental table - it was serve yourself. The dinner menu was not inspiring and would only be appealing to those who like burgers and similar meals.

Stayed a night here after arriving on a late night flight. Clean, new, and quiet despite being close to the runway. Decent breakfast and restaurant, though no shops around. Not sure I would stay again, because the mattress was way too soft (uncharacteristic for Hyatt), although I realize some people like that. Easy access to the airport via paid bus (Hopper, £5) but we opted to take the public buses (U3, 441) from the central bus terminal at LHR2; the ride is free from the central bus terminal until the end of Bath road, although you have to figure out how to find the central bus terminal and the bus, as the signs and lifts are poor at Heathrow and there is no visible information desk. The public buses do not leave from the same place as the Hopper.

But the hamburger was weird-tasting and they were out of their rocket salad... they do, however, have great wine and the dinner was not too pricey.

New ownership, still needs a little work, but more than suitable for a quick stay before a flight. Close to bus stop to the terminals also.

トランジット用ホテルとして利用しましたが、グランドフロアーのレストランは一応いろんな料理、ドリンクに対応しており、それなりのレベルでした。雰囲気作りに、もう少しHyattレベルの気遣いがほしいところでした。
