We always order in advance and collect on our way home, though they do delivery aswell. They are always pleasant when serving you and the food is good quality.

We got takeaways from here a couple of times during lockdown. It is reasonable food at a reasonable price and I will continue to go there occasionally. The portion sizes are good and the staff are pleasant.

Just finished trying to eat our meal...felt the need to right a review. Ordered roast duck (Chinese style), beef chow mien and egg fried rice...it wasn’t nice at all. They were really stingy with the chow mien and the beef was chewy!! I couldn’t swallow. The egg fried rice was not the egg fried rice I know Chinese restaurants can do, it was bland with no egg. And the duck...oh boy, gooey skin in this weird red runny sauce. They didn’t even throw in free prawn crackers! Regret tipping them now. Won’t be going back there again...EVER!

Ordered salt and chilli box had no salt or chilli on anything, rice dish was bland with barely any sauce. Easily the worst chinese I’ve ever ordered. Worst value for money too. Honestly don’t go here.

Firstly, the order said it would take over an hour and came within 20 minutes - reading this post you will probably understand why. Dishes were less than half full, we think our order may have been split with someone else's as they were busy - not the sort of thing you should be doing as a business! The sweet and sour chicken cantonese style looked more like watery chicken from a can - I didn't even give it to my dog. I'd say uncle bens rice was an upgrade to the stodgy egg fried rice. This Chinese was more expensive than our normal one and I couldn't tell you why as the whole meal was absolutely awful. If anyone uses this as their regular Chinese, then you really need to get out more.

It's a takeaway Chinese ,service very good the lady was very helpful who took our phone order ,food was hot when it arrived and plenty of it ,really enjoyed it will definitely be ordering again ,they said half hour and it was delivered on time and extra prawn crackers which were tasty and a nice touch ,

Was always ordering from them till recently,without warning or explanation they cxl my order. Called once after 1:30,was told that order on its way. Called after another 40min was told that they cxl my order and that NO,they do not need to inform me. That was just huge disappointment. Was ordering 3 years and they did this!! No respect to customers,no sorry...nothing.

Was always quite s fab of this place last few orders there has been either short delivered or incorrect order. When we tried to resolve the issue they were unhelpful. We place an order last time coming to £65 we were st the in laws for a family birthday all the men started getting their food but we noticed the chicken balls were missing. The boys not realising ate some chicken that we had not ordered without realising and wanted us to be charged again for it , not happy won’t be back

Always order our Chinese from here.... Usually we opt for delivery which is always on time and food hot... This time was on our way home so stopped by, staff friendly and when got home food was still hot and was very enjoyable. 5* from me and my Lil girl...

Always good.always hot.Always quick delivery. And 10/10 for the delivery driver. Tried lots of things on the menu never disappointed. Very reasonable prices

Been using this takeaway for a few years now, the food is spot on, very tasty, big portions, and great prices, would 100% recommend

Have been using GAH SHING for approximately twenty years have never had any complaints with the food and the service have not used the delivery service so can't comment on the reliability, I prefer to collect myself ,as before food and service 100%

Pork balls & pan cake roll nice. Shame about the special fried rice & chowmein. Delivery was very quick & staff polite.

Ordered the Thai Green Curry with boiled rice and salt and chilli dry ribs. Should have know better than to order a Thai dish as it was a very poor imitation and the ribs were mostly fat. Probably a poor choice of food on my part but won't use again. Have to say though that the delivery was super fast.

Nice Cantonese style cooking with the occasional Malay overlap. I prefer this to a rival place which always seems to burn the soy sauce.

had a few now from here and its been delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The order has always been correct and the food is consistant, Hot and good. Found our local Chinese takeaway having only recently moved here xx

I wasn't happy with our takeaway. The sweet and sour chicken was a wishy washy version of what it should be. Really bland, oily and probably one of the worst we've had. My other half fell ill afterwards too. My crispy chilli beef wasn't crispy...

Use on a regular basis best Chinese takeaway in Rainham by far. Deep fried combonation, the soups and the dumplings are all very good.
