Went to the Windsor location (not on TripAdvisor) and it was very disappointing. We'd been to a similar restaurant in Reading and loved it. What was bad about Windsor? Pancakes Way, way, WAY too sweet. Sickly. My youngest barely touched his and he likes sweet. Pancakes were soggy, not fluffy. Sides were mediocre, strawberries okay, cheesecake barely edible. Nutella one didn't have nuts as advertised. We also got drinks, coffee and iced tea. Coffee was alright and bonus points for offering oatmilk, but once the honeycomb dissolved, it was horrendously sweet. Why overload it with honeycomb?! Location in Windsor is convenient, but so loveless, it made me snort. We were sat next to the bins (why have a table there), it was busy, lots of tourists, slow, slow service. And lastly: would never go back. The price is crazy for what it is. We also paid £10 per pancake in Reading, but I felt that was more worth it. These were just horrible. A tourist trap 🤷🏻♀️

Wanted to try these for ages and they didn’t disappoint. Beautiful fresh fluffy pancakes - we sat outside waiting but when someone left we got a seat inside. Was lovely.

My daughter was taken in by the Instagram pictures. And the pancakes did look good when they arrived. However, after my first bite I knew I wouldn't be eating them. I had fruit and cream. The pancakes tasted like pure egg. The raspberries were off and sour. They were truly disgusting. My daughter had the meringue ones, they were better. I told the waitress I couldn't eat them and they were not good. After finally beckoning her to bring the bill, I explained I wouldn't be paying full price as I didn't eat mine and they were awful. She called another waitress over who argued that I finished my pancakes so wasn't entitled to a discount!! I explained that I certainly had not finished them as they were so terrible! Anyway, long story short, I insisted that they can call the police if they like, but there is no way I'm paying full price, end of. So I sat and waited for the police to arrive, because apparently their policy is "if you take one bite, you must pay in full"! Obviously this is laughable, so I made it clear that the consumer rights act trumps their made up ridiculous policy! So then 2 PCSO's arrived. They said we'd better wait for the police (sooo ridiculous but it's the principle that made me dig my heels in at this point. I was offering to pay 50%!). After our stand off the manager (who was mouthing off about me very loudly for all to hear but never once came over) gave in and deducted 50% off my pancakes because she just wanted me out of her restaurant before the police arrived. The customer service is beyond awful, but as customers we should know our rights. I should mention I've never ever sent food back before, anywhere!! I would avoid this place, but if you do go, don't fall for the "one bite" policy. Oh, and the strawberry latte is just a glass of milk with bits of strawberry in it. She's lucky I paid anything at all to be honest...

The Good: Very tasty cloud pancakes with a good selection of toppings. Great location. The Bad: The atmosphere - very little care, effort, or thought have gone into creating a pleasant atmosphere. Presentation - there is no option, even when eating in, but to receive your food in a disposable box. If I am eating in a cafe, I would like to enjoy my food and that includes presentation and pleasure of eating. the pancakes had simply been dumped into a large cardboard tub. Not a pleasant eating experience. And also not eco-friendly. In summary, clearly designed for high turnover of tourists etc rather than as a pleasant cafe to go and enjoy your food. It's a shame.

Super friendly staff and very fresh sushi! Definitely one of the best sushis I’ve had and I will definitely be coming back

Tried the place once out of curiosity and it quickly became one of my favourite places to eat in London. Staff is super friendly, atmosphere is nice and food is incredibly delicious

Appalling service. Bland and tasteless food. The noodles were hard and cold. Bad communication due to poor English. Not a good knowledge of what is in the food. Very dissatisfied and disappointing experience
