Fusion Wok in Swindon

The takeaway we had tonight was dreadful. We have travelled extensively, including China, and this was the worst Chinese meal we have had. The crispy duck was not a full portion and was more like duck scratchings . The box it came in was about half full and contained burnt bits of duck. The quality of the food was very poor and we put most of it in the bin. We will never purchase food from the outlet ever again although we live very close. The takeaway is ripoff - don’t get caught out.

Finding this in your chow mein is disgusting. After a very difficult phone conversation we was offered a refund for just the chow mein. Ridiculous, shall never be eating here again

I like it, comes early, tastes the same as the buffet, wish you would add the Tom yam soup though. Great tasting everyone, can only recommend.

This place is horrid do not waste your travel time going there.seats tables not clean food just about worm .cutlery looked liked everyone had there hands on it.i wish I had my phone on me to take pics .the ladies only had one loo in action. As one out off order the second one full off water and tissue. Did bring it to a member off staff.only to be brushed off.not at all a good experience. If food was free will not take them up on it.

Waited to revive a phone call telling us our order for delivery was cancelled. Due to them being too busy ordering at 8.45pm. And have to wait 3 days for payment to be returned absolute joke will not be ordering from here again

Absolutely rubbish service from this Chinese. We ordered food. To then be sat around waiting for it longer than we should. We rang the number to be told the order would be with us in 5/10 minutes due to them being ‘busy’. We then waited 30 minutes after this phone call to no food being delivered still!!! We then rang the number again to be told the delivery driver knocked on the door and there was no answer. Which is absolute rubbish as after we made the phone call and got the reply that it would be 5/10 minutes my partner stood out the front for the whole half hour. Customer service was shocking. We basically got called liars. What happened to the customer is always right. Which in this case we was. We put through the order again and got in contact with the manager for him to just offer a free beer which we did not accept the offer of. This does not excuse the fact we have waited almost 3 hours for food that should have arrived at 19.00 not 21.00. Absolutely disgusting.

Been this place with family today. Mistake! They treat people like children. My son is tall for his age as my husband and I are 6ft 3. He is only turned 12 2 weeks ago. They charged us adult price! When I said he is 12 they they point me to the 150 cm hight chart. Disgusting. We are not in soft play area. Meant to be restaurant. Manager on site argued with us and charged us adult price. Avoid this place. Its not cheap either. Food quality was poor and even we went there 12 noon, some of thr dishes were half empty from previous night! Not go there again! Terrible experience.

Ordered from just eats. The worst Thai curry I ever tried to eat. I could not eat it at all. The chicken was hard, the sauce watery, and it was very very hot. I reported to just eats but the restaurant refused to refund. It’s all going to the bin. What q waste.

Food is shocking service worse!!! so ordered a takeaway from just eat food arrived late with rice missing not a issue. phoned them to ask what they could do they replied with 20 minutes to get rice out to you! so my meal would be cold, so i was advised they would give me half my bill back I thought this was fair. started eating the rest of the meal me and my partner had about two mouthful's each and couldn't eat anymore the curry was greasy and tasteless, chicken balls soggy, sweet and sour sauce was like water!and the chips was from Lidl!!! so called just eat to get the refund to find out the cheek of the restaurant now only giving us £2.60 back for the missing rice!!! I called the restaurant back to find out the chef words was not my problem! joke of a company again DO NOT USE!!!

We ordered at 6:50om and our food didn’t arrive until 9:40pm. When it did finally arrive, it was soggy and chewy which suggests it had been reheated already. I had to phone 3 tines to find out what was going on. When I asked if we were entitled to a refund or a generous discount, we were told that we could have 20% off our next order - like we’ll want to order again!

This place has great food , sweets and as a bonus a really nice view . Have been there couple of times no and will definitely repeat as it was perfect . Good value for money !

Any restaurant that is as crowded as this one usually is must be doing something right. They offer an all you can eat buffet, with a wide range of foods being primarily British Asian. The range of starters is excellent, the mains are fewer but of good quality - and in the evenings they offer tepanyaki for freshly cooked meats. The desserts are a bit more mundane but a good selection. Okay, we are not talking fine dining, but we are talking decent quality, well priced food and drink in pleasant surroundings (well, as pleasant as you can get in Swindon). U recommend it.

We ate here on a Saturday evening, the place was busy but not packed out. Having eaten here a couple of times before I was looking forward to the variety usually on offer. I am not sure what has changed but there was a considerable reduction in the variety of dishes available, the crispy duck was not crispy but was seriously dry and tasteless, the cook-to-order chef vanished for over an hour and the dessert section was awful! This, combined with the worse pint of Stella I have had in a very long time, makes me wonder what has changed? We will not be going back any time soon and I would advise others to consider looking elsewhere.

Ordered food for delivery, wife had lemon chicken- very happy :). I ordered Deep fried beef chilli - arrived very black and burnt. Phoned to ask for less burnt option (felt guilty and even offered original back to second delivery driver for them to see). Lovely lady on phone, redelivered excellent within 20 mins :). But burnt even more cremated on second attempt 😡, not going to complain again, not happy, but decided to have cheese on toast instead :(

We preordered £38 worth of food 2 hours before our requested delivery time, yet somehow they still delivered it 25 minutes late.

Placed our takeaway order and it was delivered half an hour earlier than expected which was a bonus or so we thought.

My food was due to arrive at 19.15 actually arrived at 19.42 even though on the app they said delivered at 19.15. Rang them up told me delivery driver had broken down. Asked the driver and he hadn’t. Food was Luke warm at best. Very disappointed

Took ages for the food to arrive ....then it was barely lukewarm and completely bland. Oh except for the heat in the satay where it had about 3 whole chillies in it but no taste. Rubbish rubbish rubbish

Entrega de pedidos vía justeat app. La comida era tan asqueroso me siento enfermo. Pollo y alubias negras estaba en un líquido acuoso. Chow mein probado de verduras pescado era cruzar contaminados. Sambal pollo tenía tanta pasta de pescado en apestaba tan pronto como abrió incluso tenía granos bloody verde en que no era nada como debe ser y fue sambal flotando en salsa aguada, asqueroso. Ninguno de los platos principales era comestible. En el fue entregado más rápido pero no tardaron en hacer mierda y sólo me dan un reembolso parcial porque ahora no completa! ! ! ! ! Que te con que timo cada vez porque siempre comer el primer entrantes! !

Acabo de volver de vacaciones y mi lugar favorito estaba cerrado. Decidí ir a un Wok banquetes fusión y después de esperar hasta que estaban abiertas y una hora adicional sólo para comprobar el estado de su pedido y encontrar cancelado! ! ! !

Mi compañero había estado anhelando un buffet chino todo el día, así que en google esta fue la más cercana a mi casa. Senderismo en empezó a personal bien nos sentamos a la mesa, las bebidas de inmediato y fuimos directamente a la comida. Las colas eran ridículamente largo para esperar todo ese tiempo para llegar a un vacío de buffet. Yo le doy a ellos, el personal era eficiente. Pero debo buscó la seguridad alimentaria antes de visitar como saber después fue clasificado con 0 importantes cuestiones de seguridad alimentaria hace que mi doble en el estómago. A unos días más tarde encontrar un miembro de la familia había pedido de ellos para recibir una dieta de Coca Cola no solo fuera de fecha pero cubierto de escombros y un insectos muertos fue el último clavo en el ataúd para mí. Así que recomiendo otros buffets en Swindon.

Mi esposa y yo acabamos de pasar una comida fusión de wok, ordenados a través de comer solo. Fue horrible. El arroz olía a pies sudorosos, la carne estaba dura, y fue un verdadero desperdicio de dinero. No le pedir desde allí, eso seguro. ¡Uf!

Ordered a takeaway and can say it's very poor and tasteless not like this place use to be won't be using again the food quality control need sorting out!! Avoid and use the other food outlets close by....

Have used this place quite a few times, but not sure what has happened, it is really bad now as the food is only part cooked and taste has gone downhill too.

Ordered tonight and over half went in the bin. Duck was disgusting and fatty ribs all bones. Never again will I order very disappointed

No meat on ribs. Fat dripping prawn crackers, tasteless satay, squishy spring rolls, wouldn't use again. Really gone down hill since we last ordered

Poor food quality, chicken was rubbery and had no taste to it. Noodles were dry and hard. Not worth the money paid. Won't be back again

Beef curry was very bland, tasted like a microwave meal

Meal was hot when it arrived 90 minutes before the time I wanted and food was good. The meat was especially good - no fat and cooked just right.

The sushi I ordered was lovely. The only grumble I have is that the wasabi and ginger should be served separately. I don't like either of them and as they were served loose in the takeaway tub it had soaked into the sushi. Please, please separate the wasabi and ginger like you do with the soy sauce as not everyone likes it!!! Other than this I really enjoyed my meal.

I have visited this restaurant regularly. It is an all you can eat buffet. It is generally very busy early evening. All my family love it from my 5 yr old grandson to my 80 yr old mum. There is a wide variety of dishes all well cooked and tasty. Usually 2-3 rice dishes 2-3 noodle dishes veggie meat and fish. Great value for money although the decor suffers from the high volume of customers and it can be a little noisy. Make sure you book a table

Was ok food but they forgot my rice and the delivery driver was abit rude about it to be honest. However they did send me out a rice in the end no questions asked just a shame as I had to wait longer and we'd already eaten the rest of the meal minus the rice by the time they brought it.

I might buy from fusion wok every 3 or so months and have done for a good while however the quality of the food is noticeably getting worse. Portion size is the same as it's in the tubs but there's little flavour any more and the chicken wings, really don't bother. It's a shame as when I first had a takeaway there it was fresh and tasty and frankly everything you expect a good Chinese should be. Hence why I've persevered considering the options available. Those times have gone and I'm sure it's not the chefs fault.

Ordered via JustEat but the restaurant declined the order for some reason. I phoned and the girl said she didn't know why it was declined and approved the order. Delivery was 30 minutes late over the 50 minutes they quoted. When I rang, the girl said it had been dispatched 10 minutes ago but the driver rang 10 minutes after that and said he was just leaving! Someone was telling porkies. Food was good - not as sweet as some takeaways and didn't seem to have the high levels of MSG that gives a very dry mouth through the night, so that's a plus. There were also a few different dishes we've not seen before. If they could speed up delivery, I'd use them again but with many competing delivery options in and around Swindon, I'd be tempted to try somewhere else next time.

Wrong stuff delivered. Can't get in touch with restaurant but Just Eat say they have and they've refused to deliver the right stuff or to give a refund.

They gave us disgusting food with a really bad taste! My chicken and mushroom soup was really spicy which it's not meant to be! I'll never order from here again! Also the roast duck with plum sauce was horrible the duck wasn't cooked and the worst quality meat!

Prawns were way to spice and I think description needs to be updated

The food came over an hour and a half late. However the food is always lovely and the staff are always pleasant. If it comes on time then it is a decent Chinese!

Burnt rice, dried pork and crispy chilli was soggy.... Burnt rice was unacceptable and was 30mins late

We always use this place and have always been happy but tonight's meal was garbage - completely tasteless. On s plus side the tasteless rubbish was delivered in time and was hot :(

This order was really good, the last one was still good but the prawn chow mein was only 3/4 full, would have left feedback then but the app lost my previous orders 😢 will use again tho

Crispy Chilli Beef was excessively spicy. Duck pancakes were dry on one side and soggy on the other. Very pleased with the portion of duck though.

I would never order from Fusion Wok ever again, the meal i had which was a thai curry i did not eat as it was so bad that it went in the bin, the rice had a funny smell to it, & i have had Coconut rice many times before & it has never smelt like that, the Vegetarian Spring Roll had nothing in them this is the worst takeaway i have ever had will never recommend them to any of my friends will tell them to steer clear of this one. Lyn Harrison.
