Fusion Tadka in Hillingdon

Starter and main course was good 👍🏼 but due to one chef off sick, bit delayed in serving the food.

When this place opened it was really good and the food was cooked fresh and was really quite tasty. Seems to have gone downhill and the food has suffered - not as nice and portions have got smaller. I don't think they are as busy as they once were. Real shame as I used to love the food here.

Really tasty food had the right amount of spice in it... great customer service would definitely recommend it will be using it more frequently.

I never had pani puri like this restaurant before. It was very first time experience in fusion tadka. Interior design is awesome. They welcome guests beautifully. Loved customer service. Kaju curry was sooo delicious. They accomodate jain meal for me. Yummmm.

Good food. But service is slow. If doing takeaway then place order atleast 1 hour before.

We really enjoyed the food here. We also love fusion vibes and have been there several times so we thought we would try fusion tadka for our 6th anniversary. We were not disappointed. The service was impeccable. We ordered the tandoori broccoli and bhindi fries for starters. We had paneer masala with butter naan and chilli naan and vegbfried rice. The food was faultless. The naans were crispy and warm. I had a hawaian colada and my husband had a cobra beer to drink. We will be recommending this restaurant to friends and family and definitely be coming back!

First visit to Fusion Takda. Food and service was outstanding. Paneer tikka was full of flavour. Mixed grill cooked very well. Can't wait to return. Since first review have visited Fusion Tarkda frequently. Food is very tasty and tried many more items on the menu. Yet to find one that has disappointed us.

Very poor. Over priced and food was not fresh. Chicken tikka over priced and meat felt like it was on last legs. Sheek kebab was over cooked and felt like it had been reheated after days. Breads were not fully cooked. Won't be back.

Ordered take away and was very disappointed with the food. Our Naan bread was dripping in grease, cold and flavourless, considering it was meant to be garlic and chilli. Ordered a chickpea curry which we have had from here before, this time it was so spicy that after a couple bites we could not eat the rest of the curry, very unpleasant. I have a good tolerance and enjoy spicy food but this was so over the top. We had plain rice which was undercooked. Such a shame as previous experience was good. I won't be in a hurry to eat here again. Will be sticking with my old faithful curry house in Uxbridge which is further out but outstanding food and service.

Visiting from Cornwall we were keen to experience Fusion Tadka as it had been recommended by family, after one and half hours there was no sign of any food arriving, when the starters did finally arrive they were brought out at intervals with ten min gaps between dishes, to be fair the food that was above room temperature was nice and I’d probably give them an other opportunity to improve on their customer service and communication skills when I next visit but I’d probably make reservation at 5 and take some crisps to get me through the wait

The food tasted nice but the down side was that the food proportions was too small compared to the price which was a bit high.

We celebrated our 15th marriage anniversary at this venue and it was blast. From drink to desert everything was perfect. Service was excellent and restaurant was very accommodating. Vaibhav and Deep were brilliant in looking after us. I highly recommend this place for authentic North Indian food . Thank you 😊

Disgusting service. Long wait times for food. Waited almost 2 hrs for mains

Ordered through Deliveroo. Horrendous quality of food!! 1. Sent the wrong item (asked for Garlic Chili Fish and was provided Lasooni Machchhi, that too with uncooked spice paste layered on the tilapia fillet) 2. The Chicken Fried Rice was horrible; replete with soya sauce and black pepper, enough to burn one's mouth) 3. The Chicken Fried Wings ordered too was replete with BBQ sauce that was just way too pungent!! Will never ever order from this lousy restaurant and would definitely pass it on to our friends and families living around!!

Absolutely love this hidden gem, best cocktails around! Decor is gorgeous, with a private room available perfect for when we had a birthday celebration. Food is delicious, pricey but worth it.

Delicious food, especially kaju curry. The best Indian eatery this part of the Middlesex, West Herts. Don't be fooled by suggestion of those malcontents about waiting time, those who are first to write bad reviews but than in the same input prising great food, nonsense. You cant have both those days - good fresh tasting food without need for wait. I eat out a lot in Central London too and there is even longer wait, plus factor of staff shortages as you have proudly voted for Brexit. If you want something quick than go to KFC or service station. If you desire exquisite experience, than is worth to wait here at busy times.

The food was great but sadly the service was appalling. Table was booked for 7pm, waited an hour for starters and longer for mains. Left at 1015 as didn't want to wait even longer for dessert! Take away orders are prioritised. Maybe order a take away and then sit in!

Have tried the food twice. One of the best places to have good Indian food in and around Northwood. Well done to the Chef and team.

The food is amazing at this place but let down by the poor service and speed of food being ready. More than an hour wait of starters and then longer for the mains. We were told they have many chefs but they are prioritising Uber eats etc.. so sit down tables are waiting for a long time! Something needs to change as this is not a one off in my experience! Avoid unless you are happy to wait a long time !

Food tastes great, but the the time it takes for the food to get ready is just horrendous. Came here the second time and on both visits had to wait nearly an hour for the food to get to my table and if the wait wasn’t enough on both visits they forgot to bring some of my starters. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, really dissatisfied with the service!!!

Shocking service! We arrived for a 7pm booking, didn’t receive starters until after 8 and main course at 9.15. The restaurant wasn’t full but it seemed that takeaways were a higher priority than the diners in situ. We didn’t receive all of our ordered food and this was still on the bill despite highlighting this to the team. Will not be visiting again.

Plz don’t go! Horrible service.. long wait for food event though the restaurant is not fully booked. Avoid the restaurant, disappointing big time. Drinks were late, was lying in the bar area when my husband when to check. Ordered three started, only 2 came and 1 came after our plates were cleared, mains took more than 45 minutes to come and kids were so tired and sleepy and hungry waiting for the food. AVOID this place.

I don't ever leave negative reviews however this restaurant has gone down hill !!! This was my favourite restaurant and was a regular until 2 days ago, the food was horrendous, I don't know whether that is because a new chef has been hired or? The tandoori mix grill had a horrible funny taste and definitely doesn't taste the same! The sheesh kebab had a bitter taste!! Lack of staff is shown through late delayed orders especially when it is very busy, like it was then! However, Anna who served us with amazing customer service, apologised for the inconvenience and will review this further.

Good food but service was a little mish mash in terms of food arrivals (Mis timed hot dishes and cold naan etc) . Lovely staff. Would go again. Paneer was the best I've tasted from all the local Asian places, very different.

Great interior, good location, amazing food maybe wasn't really quick but so delicious so worth waiting time. Female part of staff AMAZING! We always could see them moving and doing all things to make sure all customers are happy unfortunately completely different with male member of staff which looked definitely lazy (not at the right place). Also female staff discrimated unfortunately by some of Inidan customers (heard it on the next table to us) like they didn't see how much work they do. Disgusting behaviour of customers. Ladies from Fusion Tadka great job! Keep it up. Will be back soon for sure.

Some good dishes but service could pick up a bit

The food is good. The service needs improvement. We visited when it first opened and there were teething problems. Items missing from menu. Dishes not available and service was slow. We recently gave them a 2nd go and hoped all teething problems would be ironed out. Food still good but we waiting so long for our starters we asked for the bill before ordering the mains and went to Red Klove instead as we know both food and service is good there.

Nice inside, food was okay. The sauces to the dishes we ordered seemed the same, too heavy and oily.

The ambience is quite nice'ish but got cheated by the 4+ ratings, phew. The food is just average, nothing 'fusion' about it really. The place might as well be called 'bland tadka'. The potions are so small that it feels they were still going through a credit crunch. First time I had to order 2 of some of the starters. Geez :-/ First, last time, never again, ever.

I had the chance to visit this restaurant over the weekend for a party. The food was delicious and the staff were very welcoming. I've given four stars only because it took me over 20 minutes to find parking. Therefore consider taking an Uber, public transport or car pooling if you are going in a large group.

We went to fusion tadka yesterday and it was delicious food and the staff were so helpful and accommodating especially Tanya, Ana and Vaibhav. Vaibhav was very warm and welcoming. We will definitely be visiting again and recommending this place to family and friends

Very bad expectation. Portion sizes were small and too expensive for a meal out. Food was okay but chicken biriyani was very poor. Was not worth the money.

Awesome ambiance, tasty food with good potion size... Most importantly lovely staff!

So after hearing good things from a couzin, we ordered via deliveroo. The restaurant decided to not send any Milkshake even though it was available on the app. Instead they just put a small note on the bill outside the packaging ( which is so negligible) to say, " not available, please claim your money through deliveroo". If an item was made available on the app then its the restaurant responsibility to do more for a customer who has paid the money and ordered food in good faith. When we called the restaurant, we spoke with a clueless person called Tanya who had no idea what is going on. She passed the call to her Manger called "Ana" who was outright rude and said things like, "if you had ordered food from us directly we could have done something".... "we tried to call you, please check your phone" when there was no missed call or message on the phone. Liars through the teeth. Disgusting service for a customer who has ordered 1st time from you guys, really need to change the attitude and staff with this attitude as at this rate you won't have many customers coming back to your restaurant. Hope the owners read this review and do something about this.

Under new management very good service and taste of food except found the bindi starter a bit on salty side, mentioned it to waitress and it was taken off the bill

One and only reason its No Go Place as they cheat on menu. and makes you read what actually isnt written in menu. as you see Kids Set Menu image of thiers. I dont see its says that £6.95 has either one of the option to choose from Honey Paneer Tikka "or" Butter Paneer. however when ordered this set menu, after 15 mins waiter comes and ask, if I need Honey Paneer tikka or Butter Paneer, I said, does it have to be one or the other? as i cant see that written on menu. he agrees and goes away, after 10 mins he comes again with his Manager spoon fed words says "actually in this kids veg set menu you can only get either one" i said where does it says? he goes it doesnt say but thats how it is. than i cancelled it as its purely cheat. then ordered food comes in below no logical sense. Butter Naan (had ordered as part of main course, as clearly no one need Naan with papodom) Chutney papadom then after 15 mins when Asked why Naan is here and not the main course? then they bring Main course after 5 mins meanwhile naan becomes like cold piece of flour! Totally poor and cheated service with costed high ens ambient!

Very tasty grilled chicken and ricotta cheese. Very nice staff, headed by the coolest manager, Anna. I will definitely come back there♥️♥️♥️

Great food! Special mixed grill was amazing, different to the usual mixed grill and very pleasantly surprised. Would recommend this restaurant to all, and all dishes were very reasonably priced. A restaurant I'll be returning back to in the very near future

Just had our first takeaway. Disappointed. Giving 2 stars **only for nice kachumber**. Veg kofta was too salty. Naans were rubbery. I shouldn't forget nice gesture from restaurant staff for giving complimentary poppadoms. But foodwise Blacklisted.

Good place. Tried it today - good decor, well organised for COVID spacing. Their presentation is good too - like the way they presented the food on the table. And good taste. Also a call out for their service-very friendly. I would go there again.

Beautiful deco and delicious food. Both the mocktails and cocktails were tasty and refreshing. The restaurant was clean and Covid precautions were good. Love the concept of having the buzzer tabs on the table so you can call the waiter, get the bill or ask for water easily. I will definitely be coming back with family.

Excellent food with very good service

I have ordered food for party at home. The food was absolutely amazing. The Fusion team is excellent and very helpful. Delivered started and main at different time so that we have got food.

It ticked all the boxes we dreamt to have our daughters big day a memorable event. Organising so well with fulfilling Social distancing measures shows a good team work. 1. Decor was awesome and fit in perfect with pleasant ambience 2. Food was very tasty, warm and look and feel was like mesmerising 3. Staff service was great, all with a smile and very accomodative Though we could see the restaurant was very busy due to weekend, there were no flaws to the event, everything was looked at and managed well. This only happens with perfect Management. I thank all the team in Fusion Tadka. Words are less to express this but you have made our Big day a memorable one. All our guest are talking about it and how well the dinner went. Thank you once again :)
