Booked this hotel for a stopover before travelling the following morning. Reasonably priced and near to the long stay car park. Room was clean and comfortable. Special mention to Suleman and Attila who looked after us well when we had food and drink in the restaurant in the evening.

Do NOT stay here. Having stayed at many branches of ibis and giving them a lot of business over the years, this will be my last visit. First time to this branch. I booked a day room between flights and then had another long flight to China. I paid £50.00 for the room, plus an additional £30.00 for checking in early. When I arrived, they couldn't find my booking. I was then allocated a room where there was building works going on opposite! What was the common sense in doing that? Surely the staff would have known and why put guests through that torture. This is unfair to sell rooms like this. At the time, I should have asked to be changed but the noise started about an after I got into the room, I was in bed resting as I was not feeling well and also had zoom meetings. The noise then started and didn't stop except for a few gaps. Really loud drilling and banging. I ended up feeling worse with a terrible headache. By the time I got off my calls, it was only an hour or two left. I couldn't see a phone in the room and thought there is no point having the room changed now. When I complained upon checking out, the manager was very rude. He had no sympathy. Offered no explanation as to why I was given this room and totally not interested in me as a guest. Shocking customer service. I have asked for some sort of refund, but was refused. Surely a hotel should not be allowed to sell rooms where there is building works going happening on the same floor? It can also be dangerous.

Ive had a great stay here. They make it so easy, online check in, nice restaurant for a late arrival, accomodating my gluten free breakky and a late checkout coordinating with my flight. Also cheap airport shuttle from hotel and friendly staff.

This is my first time to stay in this hotel. I had a wonderful birthday greeting when I was having my lunch in its ground floor restaurant ( opposite to the reception ). It is because of the restaurant staff : Suleman ‘s good service for my birthday. Thank you very much. We are a group of 3 people, was taken good care by him during the visit this afternoon. One of the worst hotels at Heathrow and indeed on the bath road. For the same price or less you can stay at any premier Inn at Heathrow which have all been refurbished or are brand new(unlike this hotel). The rooms are tiny, old, with stained furnishings and carpets and with the smell of the kitchen coming in via the Aircon units. Just terrible.

It's such a good option for early travel from lhr. The check in staff are always so accommodating and helpful. Rooms are bright and clean. A small fridge would be nice but otherwise we'll equipped with decent hair dryer, kettle and aircon. Excellent value for an airport hotel.

The room did not have air conditioning. There was a terrible feeling of condensation. It was very hot that day in London and not having air conditioning was terrible. I asked for a crib for my child, and they didn't provide it to me either. I understand that it depends on availability, but if I check in online, it should be of some use. Overall I would not stay at that hotel again.

On checking we received our keys but twice the keys failed to let us into our room went back down to reception demanded that somebody came with us to get us into another room on the third room attempt we finally got into a room all this was on the back end of a flight from Australia over 50 hours of travelling to be met with this hassle then in the morning because we booked our room and paid for a breakfast as well they could not find us on the system so there was a delay before we could get our breakfast we felt uncomfortable as it was like they did not believe us, so on that note I would recommend not staying here

At fairly short notice I found myself with a wait at Heathrow Airport for around 12 hours :-0 with an extremely hot day forecast I decided a day room would be good, found Ibis Heathrow Airport on line and was offered a fabulous room rate, arrived early and was able to check-in and have a great breakfast before relaxing in a airconditioned room. Staff where all extremely helpful.

The room was very hot, humid, and smelled musty as a result of the heat and humidity. The room itself was fine aside from this. This would not have been a problem had it not been that we chose this hotel because the online description on multiple sources, including its website states that it has air conditioning. However, this was not the case. They have a system that pulls in air from the outside, but per the explanation provided to me, it is the same temperature as it is outside. This caused the room to continue to get hotter and more humid. The hotel stated they have fans to loan out to rooms but had no more available by the time we checked in. Overall, the hotel is fine if your expectations are managed. However, because we specifically wanted a room with A/C and this was advertised as having it inaccurately, we did not enjoy our stay at all and would not recommend this hotel without clarifying exactly what you are getting or going at a time when it is not hot like the middle of summer.

While the stay itself was overall acceptable, I was extremely dissatisfied by the fact that we did not have a room ready for us when we arrived. Having paid in advance for this service, the fact that we were asked to wait an additional 20+ minutes with two overly tired children for something that should have been ready, is very upsetting. In addition, to add insult to injury, the person at check-in did not even seem remotely bothered by this oversight.

Upon our arrival, Sydney helped us with a wonderful welcome. He was extremely helpful curious and friendly. We were very tired from a long trip from the United States and he was able to assist us quickly. Sydney also helped us with amenities at the hotel with breakfast lunch and dinner times and also directions to get into the city. I would recommend the ibis hotel for future travel for myself and friends.

When I arrived (in the evening), the "manager" who checked me in, told me that they have "only rooms on the ground floor". I questioned it since I made a booking months ago... I was ensured that it was a "nice clean room". Being a light sleeper I knew it might be an issue, but agreed. When I went to the room, this so called "clean" room had huge carpet stains and it had an overwhelming smell of mold. I went back to this "manager" to question it (in my opinion, it really possesses a health hazard) , only to hear him blaming his cleaning staff for not reportIng it. (Well done for throwing them under the bus, "manager"). He then proceeded to "offer" me a twin room, which was a downgrade from a double room, but it was the only one left, so not much of a choice at 11pm in the evening... having stayed in this hotel dozens of nights, it was a little shocking how they treated not only the elite Accor members, but their own frequent customers. Well, I won't stay at this hotel EVER again. And, Accor, please, the hotel needs a deep refresh. The hallways are filthy, the AC pretty much isn't working... such a reputable company cannot sell such product... it's embarrassing.

I checked in only to find out that The hotel has no fridge or telephone in the rooms. Carpets were dirty and outdated Twin beds are for toddlers not adults. Room was damn too small like a jail cell. Bathroom lights were dark. I complained to the manager and asked for a refund he said no refunds so I left the hotel. The only thing is the exterior of the hotel and the lobby Potential customers, if you don't mind a subpar hotel, then ibis on bath road will meet your needs. If you are a clean person and have high standards, then ibis by bath road is not for you. I personally wouldn't recommend the place to anyone, I forfeited my money and went somewhere else

I did not stay at the hotel. I was staying down the street and came in for one last meal before my flight home in the morning. I had the fish and chips as well as the brownie with ice cream. My girlfriend and I are first time visitors to London. We picked the Ibis for its location and description on line. It far exceeded all expectations. The front desk staff/manager was professional, helpful, he was such a nice, friendly person and made us feel so welcome! The bar/restaurant staff were wonderful also, especially Dorota, who was so sweet and gave us fantastic customer service. She was very special! Thank you for everything, Ibis! Good location and friendly staff. Rooms dated and very small. No USB ports and hardly any outlets. If there were 2 of us there wouldn’t be space for us to open more than one suitcase at the same time. Nowhere for ice other than the bar. Biggest issue is that the room smells of old smoke.

Have been staying with ibis Bath road for a few years, the location is slightly off facing the runway of Heathrow airport but the price is reasonable so far and bus stops are only minutes walking away. Rooms are always clean, some rooms have better layout than majority. Overall nice shower and comfy beds. Complimentary coffee and tea with kettle in room. Depending who you get, some staff are friendlier than the others. I was having my evening drinks as usual at the lobby bar on a very busy night, Dorota had been busy the whole night and managed the floor well, she even took time to chat with me and ensured that everything was alright. Little gestures like this had made a big impact on customer experience. Well done for making my evening a pleasant one! 👍🏼

Easy to get to from Heathrow bus station. Catch the 111 bus for 4 stops. Quick check-in, clean room and friendly staff. Had an evening meal in the hotel. Food was served hot and priced good. good beer, generous tasty food portions, and cheap too ! distinctly less generous portions, since 'brexhit'... At least the beer is still good, and still cheap! Their pepperoni pizzas are particularly delicious.! Staff are also very good people.
