Fusion Food in Bolton

Wrong drink came, large chips was really small, cold and soggy. The pizzas were ok but all tasted the same.

pizza was n just soft and warm, like it's just been sat there.

order completely wrong and shop not picking up very very disappointed

The fusion food is great no doubt about it, today i am very disappointed with customer service and delivery time, suppose to recived my order within 50 minutes it took them one hour fourty five min to deliver my food, and this is NOT GOOD ENOUGH when driver came to deliver my food asking for more money even though i paid my bill by bank transfer, i think lack of communication between all staff ,business need GOOD MANAGER who can work under pressure and deliver fantastic customer service,,, after all this fiasco NO APLOGY offerd,,

chips cold, box with sizzler and nan all flat. driver had my food for over 20 minutes. slowly going to stop ordering from here

Too much red salt..on cheesy chips! basically spoiled the cheesy chips,,and too much mayo on the chicken burger left the cheesy chips! Was like a big heart attack,on plate with the salt.

ordered last night and the food was really not worth it. what is going on fusion. donner meat tastes gritty and it was burnt, the chips was hard as they was cooked for far to long. the pizza was OK. wouldn't normally leave a bad review but it's starting to become more then often this happens

Kept making ETA later and later. finally put "out for delivery" after 90 minutes, but the order never actually arrived.

This place is my go-to, the staff are extremely cool, and the food is to die for. My favourite is their kebab roll, no salad, just sauces, its delicious for those who like a bit of spice It may take long, but that is because they are usually very busy, so u should order for collection when it's warm

where do i begin? the naan bread which i ordered it on was an undercooked pizza dough. the filling consisted of meat absolutely smothered in sauce and the salad i ordered was a hand full of shredded lettuce. who puts lettuce in a kebab??? no cabbage or tomatoes. The whole thing was just a sloppy mess. The worst kebab I have ever had. I will definitely not be returning

Cold room, dirty, food on the floor, had to tell them to clean it, had to come collect the food ourselves when was waiting upstairs, my chicken burger was tiny and didn't fill me up at all. The toilet had no tissue paper and it didn't flush. Only decent thing was the food is quite cheap but rightfully so

Food is always fresh, hot and tasty. Delivery is always on time. Customer service is always on point. Even if they make a mistake on your order (due to busy periods which is understandable) they resolve it straight away without hesitation.

We were recommended this takeaway as we can’t find one everyone likes. Well everyone liked theirs except me! The chips had red salt on them and were really really salty and my pizza had 2 toppings on donner meat and peppers I couldn’t find any meat on it and it was burnt and cold. Everyone said theirs was salty but they enjoyed it!

Absolutely Rubbish ordered food via UBER the guy ws on a bike the food was stone COLD.... Pizza ws all Rubbery😑& The garlic bread was very hard to eat,for the price we payed over £26.... Never again 😒

The food was good but it took over a hour to actually get here and half of my order didn't even arrive, I rang to receive the rest of my order was told 25 mins and they're busy and I'm still waiting 45 mins later after another phone call with them telling me they waiting for a driver, very inefficient and just frustrating to deal with.

Rang shop twice to be told was on its way. Then he was outside. Eventually arrived cold. Driver told me it’s not his fault. Shop doesn’t like our postcode and to order somewhere else next time. Despite us using this shop regularly with no problem.

Only tried the pizzas from here... they're not too bad. Word of warning though, delivery takes ages and has turned up lukewarm in the past so better to opt for collection only.

Terrible experience. The food was very late with no communication Rang the restaurant 4 times and each time told it was 10mins away. When the food arrived it was extremely cold as if made 2 hours ago. Burger cold. Chips completely shrivelled and wet. Pizza ice cold. Milkshake gone stale

Never again £22 for 2 burger meals 2 apple pies and a milkshake. Chips tasted like warm ups Burger were just slung together. To top it of the delivery driver just give us the food with not sorry for your waiting , actually just mumbled something that we didn’t understand under his breath as he were walking away. Twenty past 10 at night we were left with rubbish food .

Very expensive! Food is okay not worth the money you are paying. It's always hit or miss with this place.

Arrived a lot later than stated

High quality food that is reasonably priced. The bbq options are all very tasty and cooked to perfection. The bbq wings are the best tender juicy and have the flame taste, recommend getting it with the chilli sauce. The chicken tikka kebab is up there with the tastiest though a bit pricey.

Placed an order and it never arrived rang an hour after it was placed and they didn't even have it ready daliveroo have now refunded me for the order avoid just avoid

They charged me £1.50 more instead of £19 they charged me £20.50 This is not first time this has happened , previously happened to me that as well Always check price with their menu and double check with them when paying total amount They said we will take it off next time when I ordered next time. Also, put chilli sauce despite mentioning not to put chilli sauce Only positive stuff was Mohsin didnt argue and accepted mistakes but when he was inquiring with staff about sauce they were replying badly which I heard on the phone. I stopped ordering them after a while started again and they messed up again. Most probably not going to order again.

Best 'Desi' pizza in Bolton. Not tried anything else. But wouldn't go anywhere else for pizza

I always order my pizza from Fusion foods. I tried everywhere but no one can make pizza like Fusion foods. I am strongly recommending to all readers of this post to order the pizza from Fusion foods. I hope these guys will maintain their quality of taste and services for long period of time.

Another worst n bad quality place to eat in Bolton so far. I am from London side n i see some of these takeaways in Bolton with prices equals to London with bad quality customer service and food quality.
