Fusion 21 in Oldham

Great Restaurant! Attentive Staff! Convenient Location! Awesome Food! Been with my wife numerous times and Fusion 21 has never disappointed. Food Quality and Service is always excellent. They never fail to make the costumers feel welcomed and valued!

Brilliant food and the staff are so friendly. The choice of food is awesome too. Highly recommended!

made a booking and then got refused. The manager had a very poor attitude towards us, he cancelled our booking. would never go there again. disgusting behaviour from manager.

Heard alot about this place so decided to take the family out seven of us in total "waiter" seated us and started setting the table randomly after seating us which I found very odd (see picture). Glasses arrived after the drinks?!? The restraunt was busy but seemed very understaffed. Starters arrived 2 at a time with 5-10min gaps inbetween. Food was average at best lacked flavour. The steak is only available in one choice (medium) waiters did not seem genuine at all like they were pulled off the street. Oh and they were sold out of coca cola aswell. Wont be going back I'm afraid.

Had a fantastic night here for a 40th birthday.👍 lovely food excellent service polite staff well worth a visit even let us bring out a birthday cake will be paying a visit there again & so will the others in the group.. 5/5.. & was not expensive

Me and my 2 other friends came around 5:30ish, they told us there is a booking so we need to eat quick and finish by 7 bare in mind the whole restaurant was empty. The food arrived at 6:15, expecting us to finish our food by 7. There was one waiter in particular who was very rude as he didn’t speak to us or make conversation when he was seating us, making faces which made us feel uncomfortable. I ordered a lamb steak it was nice however over cooked, which made it hard to chew, nearly choked a couple of times. Won’t be visiting again I’m afraid

Very rude and ignorant people. Food is blant and disgusting. Disgusting manager. Place needs to be shut down ASAP.

Shocking burger rock solid chicken patty stale bun as bad as it gets. Struggling to even cut through with a knife. Will not be returning again.

We came to Fusion21 from Rochdale for the first time and were pleased with the quality of the food and service. The kids enjoyed the extra attention staff paid to them with lollies and sweets.

The staff named Nader Khan is a very helpful and has very good people skills as he is a genuine good worker! Food is really nice especially the starters! Very good place.

First time in fusion 21 and had no idea what I wanted however the waiter naderr helped making it easier recommending popular foods which I end up loving and is ever so polite and cheery, he made sure that we got all our orders in and made sure we was looked after, would defo come again

Went in for a meal with mates last Tuesday. A waiter approached us. Very friendly and explain the menu. Even recommended mocktails that wasn't on the menu. Was told of food may take 30 to 40 minutes but arrived much earlier. The waiter was very professional. By his interaction and experience looked like he has many years of experience. At the end he offered us coffee, tea but we were full after the meal. I was cheeky to ask his name ( Hassan ) if I remember correctly. If you're looking for customer service this waiter will look after you from start to finish. with mouth watering meals. Will definitely be back.

I came to the restaurant with a few of my friends this evening and i was really impressed with the service as well as the food. I recieved by the waiters, one in particular by the name of Lukman, he was cheery and very polite and made us all feel very welcome 😊 I would reccomend the restaurant and food.

Booked here last minute and so pleased we did. A group of 8 which they easily accommodated. The customer service is second to none, ice cold water for the table without asking which was fab. The staff made an effort with our toddler and gave her free ice cream which she loved. The food was amazing, fresh, hot, full of flavour and plentiful. We all enjoyed it so much that we will be back soon. Couldn't fault anything about it.

Lovely food and great service from all the members of staff. Would go again and recommend for bigger groups that like a lot of choice on the menu

Visited this yesterday with my husband. Very polite friendly staff, beautiful decor. Food was on point. Asked for mine to be cooked non spicy and this is how it was done. (Really frustrating when you dine out and they dont understand what non spicy means )

Attended my mates birthday party today and we had ordered 4 tawas. The food was incredible, so tasty. We also had couple of vegans to which the staff catered for them from the main course to the desert. Definitely recommend it.

Myself and some friends visited this place over the weekend as we had come over from London. We was absolutely amazed with how wonderful this place was. From the hospitality to the quality of the food. It was amazing! I was also impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the place. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious as well as the portions and the prices were so good. I would recommend anyone to go and eat here as you wont be disappointed at all. If only there was a branch in London we would have gone everyday.

We went to Fusion 21 and I cannot tell you how fanatic this place is , the food 10/10 I can’t fault them, they took care of us all night the staff where amazing and really hard working. My Husband ordered King Prawns and we ordered the burger top food top Quality!! Would highly recommend this place!!!!! and not to forget the lovely drinks and deserts !!!!!!

I have been to many places, by far this place rivals has the best food in Oldham. The service is Excellent! From starters to mains, everything gets delivered with perfection. Massive shout out to the only Newcastle fan working at the restaurant! You have been a ⭐️! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent, delicious and tasty food.

We came as a family to try this place out as we wanted to try somewhere different, I have to say upon arriving we got seated, the restaurant is very modern and the decor was fabulous, we ordered our food and drinks together, the wait was abit long as they weren't really that busy, when our food come come out slowly one by one but yes eventually it all come together, the steaks were nice and tasty aswell as the chicken dishes the one thing we didn't like was the seafood mains, that really needs to improve drastically. Overall was good but they are new do won't be hurrrying back il let them settle them il revisit thanks

It may have taken a while to get to my mouth, but I've found one of the best burgers in Oldham & perhaps the surrounding areas.

Come from out of town just to try out this new place. We have heard and seen terrific reviews about it. I can definitely confirm we weren’t disappointed! Place had great atmosphere and we received high quality of service. The food was outstanding and I would personally recommend the lamb shank tasted absolutely delicious. Definitely will be visiting again soon and recommend to others!

Just today 29/09/18 at 6:45pm table for 2 waiter took our order nice recommendation but guy was jumping side to side 'looking dodgy' taking our order. Once taken offered any drinks so the mrs said glass of sprite, starter was nice, garlic chicken thigh was way to hot. Main course my mrs had sirloin steak was ok not the best bland taste no taste of meat juice. My lamb shank was waay too salty so had to return it back and given back to me, halfway through our meal waiter comes along with our bill, so dissappointing very unprofessional. After our meal asked to take my meal home apparently waiter forgot an binned it, even after leaving them a tip for visiting first this is the last time i guess. It wont be my 2nd time try ohh...not to mention we still didnt get our bottles of sprite. I am so dissappointed as my main course which i didnt eat at all was binned our drinks wasnt given. Bill was given in middle of our main course. I hope the managers read this an try understand how unprofessional waiters they have employed, it wasnt even a full house to make so much mistakes, regardless of being a saturday night

Went to fusion21 on Thursday evening to celebrate my brother inlaws birthday. There was ten of us altogether. The deco of the place seemed nice, we were greeted with smiles and were shown to our table very quickly. However once we all decided what we wanted and our order had been taken we got impatient waiting to be served. We waited a whole hour for the food to start coming to the table and when it did it came in dribs and drabs which wasn’t the greatest as some of us were half way through the food before others got theirs etc. That’s isn’t what you want when go out to eat together as a family at all. The food was decent though, the steaks and the chicken stir fry’s were lovely, but I however didn’t enjoy my food. I ordered the sea food sizzlers, it was £14.99 and it was just not upto standard. The seabass and salmon we’re over cooked and it also had bones in it and the king prawns were tasteless. When I complained I was told that the main chef was not working that day but I didn’t think it was a good enough reason to justify having to pay money for food I didn’t even eat. There was no discount or any alternative offered and I was very disappointed at their service. It was my first time going there as it was for a lot of others too and I think it’s fair to say I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Me and my husband went here on the recommendation of a friend and it was so god, from the moment we walked in we were treated extremely well, the food is so fresh and tasty, the staff so friendly and helpful and the passion drink is delicious, Thank you we will certainly be back and recommend you highly
