Ich habe dort zur Krönung von King Charles gewohnt und habe mit Frühstück gebucht.Das Frühstück sollte im Café nebenan bereit stehen.Dieses Cafe war über den gesamten Zeitraum geschlossen.Das Geld ca 60 pfund wurden trotz mehrmaligen schreiben anrufen nicht zurück gezahlt. Unter aller sau!!!

We had Fish and chips twice. It was very good. I recommend it. The choice of beers is very satisfactory. They have a three course menu option from Tuesday to Thursday as well.

This place is an absolute shambles. Attended last night with 24 friends to celebrate a hen party. The food was late coming out. One guest waited over an hour after everyone had been served to recieve their meal. Although serving staff were apologetic and a little stressed. The manager was extremely rude confrontational and lacked zero customer service skills. He ruined what was a lovely evening we created dispite the late arrival of food. Furzedown Brasserie 118 Mitcham Road really need they invest in a more robust vetting process when appointing people into a managerial position. The manager was clearly not emotionally evolved or experienced to listen to customer concerns. He reacted terribly and made no attempt to apologise to us as paying customers. I really believe he should not be in that role as he has completely let the company down as is an extremely poor representation for the Brasserie.

Stayed here for one night only thank goodness 😅 absolutely disgusting room not fit for anyone. Paid £125 for a double room to check in at 3pm. Had to pay an extra £25 because we arrived early at 2.45 even though the room was ready.

Made all the better by 50% discount and excellent, moderately priced bottle of Chablis. What a great addition to the local dining scene, it’s also spacious and child friendly. I will be recommending the Furzedown to others.
